Five perovskite cera.ics sa.ples of Ba.(1-x)Er_(x)SnO_(3) with x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15,a.d 0.20 were synthesized using the conventiona. solid-sta.e rea.tion *** prepa.ed sa.ples were cha.a.terized by X-ra. diffra.tion(XRD),Fourier tra.sforms infra.ed(FTIR),a.d UV-Vis *** shielding properties a.a.nst ionizing ra.ia.ion were a.so *** XRD a.a.ysis shows the perovskite cubic structure a. the ma.or pha.e in a.l *** FTIR revea.s a.distinctive ba.d a.ound 614-620 cm^(-1) a.cribed to the a.tisymmetric O-Sn-O ***-Vis spectroscopy wa. used to determine the ba.dga. a.cording to diffuse reflecta.ce,a.d the results displa. a.fixed enha.cement in the ba.dga. from 3.2 to 3.3 eV for a.l ***-ra. shielding properties of the synthesized sa.ples were experimenta.ly mea.ured a.d compa.ed with XCOM computa.iona. *** rela.ive differences(Δ,%)between experimenta. a.d theo retica. va.ues a.e low a.d fa.l within the 0.446%-7.10%*** a.dition of Er lea.s to the enha.ced density,neutron,a.d ga.ma.shielding *** contra.t,cha.ged pa.ticles’shielding pa.a.eters gra.ua.ly reduce with rising Er *** results suggest tha. Ba.(1-x)Er_(x)SnO_(3) sa.ples ca. be used in different ra.ia.ion shielding a.plica.ions.

Introduction: The improvement of surviva. in pa.ients with ca.cer a.d the expa.sion of thera.eutic options ha.e led to the emergence of a.new profile of ca.diotoxicity, specifica.ly a.socia.ed with a.timitotic a.ents. Our study a.med to a.sess the incidence of chemothera.y-induced myoca.dia. toxicity in pa.ients with ca.cer. Pa.ients a.d Methods: We conducted a.looking-forwa.d longitudina. cohort study including a.l pa.ients a.mitted to the Ca.diology depa.tments of a.istide le Da.tec Hospita. a.d Da.a. Ja.m Na.iona. Hospita. Centre for a.re-chemothera.y check-up. The included pa.ients did not undergo a.y pre-existing ca.diopa.hy. Results: Over a.period of two yea.s ra.ging from Ja.ua.y 2019 to December 2021, a.tota. of 37 pa.ients were included in the study. Nota.ly, there wa. a.fema.e predomina.ce (92%) with a. a.era.e a.e of 49.7 yea.s ± 13.69. Brea.t ca.cer a.counted for 70% of the neopla.ms. La.ora.ory findings revea.ed modera.e a.emia.in 19 pa.ients (51%). a. inclusion, the left ventricle (LV) wa. of norma. size (LV dia.tole a. 44.46 ± 4.97 mm). The systolic function of the left ventricle wa. norma. in a.l pa.ients, with a. a.era.e ejection fra.tion (EF) of 63.1% ± 5.80 a.d a.mea. globa. longitudina. stra.n (GLS) of −20.4% ± 2.58. The most commonly used a.ents were a.thra.yclines. During follow-up, 3 pa.ients (8.1%) developed clinica. symptoms of left hea.t fa.lure, a.d LV dysfunction on echoca.diogra.hy wa. observed in 5 (13.5%) pa.ients, with a.significa.t decrea.e in EF Conclusion: The incidence of ca.dia. toxicity is not negligible, hence the importa.ce of ea.ly screening. Stra.n ima.ing is a. essentia. tool tha. should be performed a. pa.t of the a.sessment before chemothera.y a.d re-eva.ua.ed during trea.ment.

Telemedicine is defined a. a.system tha. a.lows hea.thca.e workers to deliver their services a.d consulta.ions to the pa.ients remotely without the need of their physica. presence within a.a.emic institutions, hospita.s, a.d medica. clinics a.ming to reduce the persona. conta.t a.d limiting it to the need only. The field of telemedicine is growing every da. a.d fa.ilita.ing more flexible services for pa.ients a.ound the world especia.ly during COVID-19 pa.demic. Methods: This systema.ic review wa. conducted a.cording to the Cochra.e Ha.dbook for Systema.ic Reviews. Da.a.a.e sea.ch wa. ma.e on severa. da.a.a.es including PubMed/Medline, Scopus, Web of Science, Publons, EMBa.E, a.d Google Schola. using the releva.t keywords. Inclusion criteria.for a.ticles in our study included the following origina. resea.ch (prima.y resea.ch a.ticles), a.dressing the effica.y of telea.diology for hea.ing a.ds progra.ming a.d sa.isfa.tion of pa.ients. Results: Seven studies were included in this systema.ic review a.ticle. Included studies were a.sessed using Cochra.e ha.dbook guidelines. Conclusions: The results of this work ba.ed on the currently a.a.la.le litera.ure denote tha. remote progra.ming for the hea.ing a.ds using modern technology is effective a.d provide compa.a.le results with the sta.da.d fa.e-to-fa.e clinic progra.ming, even for pa.ients with no previous experience in hea.ing a.ds fitting in either of in-person physica. presence progra.ming or remotely over the internet using teleconferencing which is known a. telea.diology. Most of the results were positive a.d support the continuity to develop better fa.ilities to improve the telea.diology to be a. essentia. pa.t of hea.ing a.ds progra.ming with its different types. Minima. results provided nega.ive impa.t from the pa.ticipa.ing pa.ients, this resulted beca.se of the non-upgra.ed infra.tructure a.d fa.ilities of the a.diology clinic or the persona. computer of the pa.ient in his home/ workpla.e or both sides don’t h
