Refractory multi-principal-element alloys(RMPEAs)exhibit high specific strength at elevated temperatures(T).However,current RMPEAs lack a balance of room-temperature(RT)ductility,high-T strength,and high-T creep *** density-functional theory methods,we scanned composition space using four criteria:(1)formation energies for operational stability:-150ngth found via interstitial electron density with Young’s moduli E>250 GPa;(3)inverse Pugh ratio for ductility:G/Bnd(4)high melting points:T_(m)>2500°*** rapid bulk alloy synthesis and characterization,we validated theory and down-selected promising alloy compositions and discovered Mo72.3W12.8ta10.0Ti2.5Zr2.5 having well-balanced RT and high-T mechanical *** alloy has comparable high-T compressive strength to well-known MonbtaW but is more ductile and more creep *** is also superior to a commercial Mo-based refractory alloy and a nickel-based superalloy(Haynes-282)with improved high-T tensile strength and creep resistance.

The Mufushan Complex(MFSC),located in northeastern Hunan,is a significant producer of nb-ta-Li-Be rare metals in South *** present study examines the genetic relationship,material provenance,fluid evolution,and metallogeny of the co-developed ore-free pegmatite(OFP)and ore-bearing pegmatite(OBP)in granite-related pegmatite-type nb-ta rare-metal deposits in *** minerals(columbite-tantalite(coltan),zircon,and monazite)were chosen for *** coltan grains display both primary crystallization structures(crystal homogeneity,oscillatory zonings,and primary growth rims)resulting from equilibrium and disequilibrium reactions due to localized changes in the physicochemical conditions and environment,as well as later replacement structures(alteration rims,patches,irregular zonations,and complex zonations)from metasomatic replacement processes related to hydrothermal fluid *** coltan yielded two weighted mean^(206)Pb/^(238)U ages of 138.1±2.1 Ma and 125.3±2.0 Ma corresponding to magmatic and hydrothermal nb-ta mineralization *** the OFP,zircons also yielded two weighted mean^(206)Pb/^(238)U ages of 138.4±0.8 Ma and 131.5±0.7 Ma,whereas monazite gave a weighted mean U-Pb age 142.9±1.2 *** ages of 142-138 Ma and 131 Ma represent the early and late stages of OFP crystallization and barren pegmatites in the MFSC,*** Lu-Hf isotopic compositions link rare-metal metallogenesis to the Lengjiaxi Group,which was the source material to the Mufushan composite ***ε_(Hf)(t)values and TDM2 ages from the OFP(-7.6 to-3.6 and 1676-1418 Ma,respectively)and the OBP(-14.1 to+4.9 and 2976-1548 Ma,respectively)are akin to those of schists and metasandstones of the metasedimentary Lengjiaxi *** propose a long-lived(ca.13-Myr)event involving two metallogenic episodes of nb-ta mineralization in the Mufushan *** study demonstrates the potential of zircon,coltan,and monazite for fingerprinting minerals and classifying the m

BACKGROUnD Based on the breakthrough of genomics analysis, The Cancer Genome Atlas Research Group recently proposed an integrative genomic analysis, dividing gastric cancer(GC) into four subtypes, characterized by the chromosomal instability(CIn) status. However, the CIn status of GC is still vaguely characterized and lacking the valuable easy-to-use CIn markers to diagnosis in molecular and histological *** To explore the associations of CIn with downstream lipidomics *** We collected cancerous and noncancerous tissue samples from 18 patients with GC; the samples were divided into CIn and non-CIn types based on the system of The Cancer Genome Atlas Research Group and 409 sequenced oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes. We identified the lipidomics profiles of the GC samples and samples of their adjacent noncancerous tissues by using liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry. Furthermore, we selected leading metabolites based on variable importance in projection scores of > 1.0 and P n and six women participated in this study; the participants had a median age of 67.5 years(range, 52–87 years) and were divided into CIn(n = 9)and non-CIn(n = 9) groups. The GC samples exhibited distinct profiles of lysophosphocholine, phosphocholine, phosphatidylethanolamine,phosphatidylinositol, phosphoserine, sphingomyelin, ceramide, and triglycerides compared with their adjacent noncancerous tissues. The glycerophospholipid levels(phosphocholine, phosphatidylethanolamine, and phosphatidylinositol)were 1.4-to 2.3-times higher in the CIn group compared with the non-CIn group(P ns in the glycerolipid and glycerophospholipid pathways indicated progression of GC toward *** The lipidomics profiles of GC samples were distinct from those of their adjacent noncancerous tissues. CIn status of GC is primarily associated with downstream lipidomics in the glycerophospholipid pathway.

Background: Cerebral blood vessels are mainly supplied by sympathetic nerves arising from the superior cervical ganglia and cerebral blood volume may be influenced by bilateral superior cervical ganglionectomy (SCG). Various stages of cerebral blood volume changes depended on the time following bilateral excision of SCG. In this study, we emphasize the subacute effect (two weeks) on the local cerebral blood flow (LCBF). Material and Methods: Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 250 ~ 400 gm (n = 20) were selected into two groups. Under the ambient temperature 20oC, the first group animals (n = 10) received sham operation and the other group animals (n = 10) underwent bilateral SCG. The LCBF and O2 delivery of 14 brain struc-tures were measured for each animal by the use of 14C-iodoantipyrine technique two weeks after the opera-tion. Results: The average of LCBF was decreased from 150 ml/100 gm/min to 129 ml/100 gm/min after bi-lateral SCG. Only the LCBF at basal ganglia was increased from 108 ml/min/100 g in the sham-operated group to 118 ml/min/100g in the SCG group. A mean of 14% reduction of LCBF was estimated. In 14 brain structures, the delivery amount of O2 was all decreased, except in basal ganglia. However, these changes of LCBF and the delivery amount of O2 at these 14 brain structures did not reach the significant differences. Conclusions: The present results show that chronic effect (two weeks) of bilateral SCG on LCBF was not only in a decrease of the LCBF, but also a decrease of local cerebral O2 delivery. However, the changes didn’t show the significant differences.

The high penetration of distributed generation(DG)has set up a challenge for energy management and consequently for the monitoring and assessment of power quality(PQ).Besides,there are new types of disturbances owing to the uncontrolled connections of non-linear *** stochastic behaviour triggers the need for new holistic indicators which also deal with big data of PQ in terms of compression and scalability so as to extract the useful information regarding different network states and the prevailing PQ disturbances for future risk assessment and energy management *** and continuous monitoring would guarantee the report to claim for damages and to assess the risk of PQ *** this context,we propose a measurement method that postulates the use of two-dimensional(2D)diagrams based on higher-order statistics(HOSs)and a previous voltage quality index that assesses the voltage supply waveform in a continous monitoring *** suitable for both PQ and reliability applications,the results conclude that the inclusion of HOS measurements in the industrial metrological reports helps characterize the deviations of the voltage supply waveform,extracting the individual customers’pattern fingerprint,and compressing the data from both time and spatial *** method allows a continuous and robust performance needed in the SG ***,the method can be used by an average consumer as a probabilistic method to assess the risk of PQ deviations in site characterization.

目的本研究旨在探讨护士工作经验、结构性赋权与计算机使用态度的关系。方法本研究属于横断面调查研究。采用人口统计学问卷、工作环境效能问卷-Ⅱ(the Conditions for Work Effectiveness Questionnaire-II,CWEQ-Ⅱ)和医疗实践工作中使用计算机的态度预测量表(the Pretest for Attitudes toward Computers in Healthcare,PATCH)对约旦4所医院的184名注册护士进行调查。结果护士的工作年限范围为1~26年,中位数为5.0年。护士PATCH得分为(61.90±11.38)分,其中45.1%护士对使用计算机的态度属于“在使用用户友好型计算机时感觉舒适”的类别。CWEQ-II平均得分为(12.40±2.43)分,其中机会为(3.57±0.87)分,资源为(2.83±0.85)分,信息为(3.06±0.79)分,支持为(2.95±0.86)分。127名(69.0%)护士具有中等水平的结构性赋权。护士的工作经验、结构性赋权分别与使用计算机的态度存在弱负相关(r=-0.17,P<0.05)及弱正相关(r=0.20,P<0.05)。结论结果显示,工作年限长的护士较不愿意使用计算机。加强护士的结构性赋权,改善工作环境可以改变护士对计算机使用的态度。
