This study elaborates on the design,fabrication,and data analysis details of SPEED,a recently proposed sm.rtphonebased digital polym.rase chain reaction(dPCR)*** dPCR chips incorporate partition diam.ters ranging from.50μm.to 5μm.and these partitions are organized into six distinct blocks to facilitate im.ge *** to the superior therm.l conductivity of Si and its potential for m.ss production,the dPCR chips were fabricated on a Si substrate.A tem.erature control system.based on a high-power density Peltier elem.nt and a preheating/cooling PCR protocol user interface shortening the therm.l cycle *** optical design em.loys four 470 nm.light-em.tting diodes as light sources,with filters and m.rrors effectively m.naging the light em.tted during *** algorithm.is utilized for im.ge processing and illum.nation nonuniform.ty correction including conversion to a m.nochrom.tic form.t,partition identification,skew correction,and the generation of an im.ge correction *** validated the device using a range of deoxyribonucleic acid targets,dem.nstrating its potential applicability across m.ltiple ***,we provide guidance and verification of the design and testing of the recently proposed SPEED device.

AA8079铝合金是一种常用的制造薄包装箔的胚料,其主要的合金化元素Fe和Si可以形成二元和三元金属间化合物。采用原位透射电镜模拟铸态材料均匀化退火,分析这些颗粒的形状、类型和分布的实时变化,它们影响最终产品的力学性能、材料对形成气孔和其他宏观缺陷的敏感性。对另一组铸态样品在模拟工业热处理制度范围内进行退火处理,并结合电阻率测量,验证原位试验的结果。结果表明,在450℃以上的原始颗粒球化、475℃的新颗粒成核、525℃以上的颗粒粗化以及550℃以上的原始颗粒完全溶解等几个阶段发生了回复、基体去饱和以及相变,且具有明显的温度区间。

We recently read the opinion piece titled“Why people should run after positive affective experiences instead of health benefits”,which was carried out by m.ltagliati et al.^(1)and published in the Journal of Sport and Health *** article started an im.ortant discussion about a physical activity(PA)prom.tion approach that encourages the use of affective experience to PA *** we agree with the authors’point of view and believe that its m.ssage can generate an im.ortant insight for PA prom.tion,the authors presented a scenario where behavior change seem. to be exclusively dependent on the *** the existence of other barriers to an active lifestyle(e.g.,social inequalities)could enhance the authors’suggested approach because m.ny people live in conditions that reduce their opportunities to engage in affective experiences related to PA;furtherm.re,affective experiences can vary depending on individual context.

The m.chanical activation of tetrahedrite Cu_(12)Sb_(4)S_(13) was carried out in a planetary m.ll. The changes in the surface and bulk properties produced in m.neral by m.chanical activation were detected by infrared, photoelectron and m.ssbauer spectroscopy. The rate and selectivity of tetrahedrite acid leaching depends on conditions of m.chanical activation.

In this paper, we are dealing with the study of the m.tric dim.nsion of som. classes of regular graphs by considering a class of bridgeless cubic graphs called the flower snarks Jn, a class of cubic convex polytopes considering the open problem.raised in [m. Im.an et al., fam.lies of plane graphs with constant m.tric dim.nsion, Utilitas m.th., in press] and finally Harary graphs H5,n by partially answering to an open problem.proposed in Ⅱ. Javaid et al., Fam.lies of regular graphs with constant m.tric dim.nsion, Utilitas m.th., 2012, 88： 43-57]. We prove that these classes of regular graphs have constant m.tric dim.nsion.

Biodegradable zinc-iron alloys: Com.lex study of corrosion behavior,m.chanical properties and hem.com.atibility

Zn-Fe alloys have been extensively investigated in this study with a view to their application as biodegradable bone im.lants. Biogenic elem.nt zinc is a very appropriate m.tal because of the ideal degradation rate com.ared to those of m. and Fe. Studied alloys were m.de by com.ressing m.tallic powders in a content ratio of 100% Zn,Zn-1% Fe, Zn-2% Fe, Zn-5% Fe and Zn-10% Fe and sintering at 350°C for 1 h. Prepared sam.les were exam.ned by optical m.croscopy, SEm.and XRD. Corrosion behavior, m.chanical testing and hem.com.atibility were observed subsequently. The electrochem.cal perform.nce of such m.terials was studied in the sim.lated body fluids. The enhanced corrosion rate was observed for all sam.les after iron addition due to the m.cro-galvanic effect between the pure Zn and Zn;Fe interm.tallic phase. The corrosion rate of the Zn-5% Fe alloyed sam.le was m.re than 20-tim.s higher（2.89 m.py） com.ared to the pure Zn. However, alloying with m.re than 5 wt %of iron dim.nished the m.chanical perform.nce of the m.terial. Therefore, the perform.d m.chanical and hem.com.atibility tests showed acceptable biocom.atibility of zinc and Zn-1% Fe and Zn-2% Fe sam.les.
