Developing a.bioma.eria. f.r wound hea.ing a.plica.ions is still a.***,dysprosium oxide(Dy_(2)O_(3)),a.uminum oxide(a._(2)O_(3)),a.d gra.hene oxide(GO)were embedded in ca.t f.lms ba.ed on polyca.rola.tone(PCL)to be exa.ined f.r wound dressing *** techniques were used to cha.a.terize the f.brica.ed f.lms including X-ra. dif.ra.tion(XRD),f.urier tra.sf.rm inf.a.ed spectroscopy(f.IR),Ra.a.,a.d sca.ning electron microscopy(SEM),besides their biologica. *** thermogra.imetric a.a.ysis(TGa.exhibits high therma. sta.ility a. the sca.1}old weight decrea.es slightly to 98.6%a.1}er ra.sing the tempera.ure f.om room tempera.ure to 280℃.The cell via.ility wa. investiga.ed a.d it is shown tha. the via.le cells grow up to a.proxima.ely 93%a. 75μg/***,the cell a.ta.hment shows excellent beha.ior a. the cells a.ta.h on most of.the surf.ce of.the modif.ed PCL which shows high biocompa.ibility.

In this study,green zinc oxide(ZnO)/polypyrrole(Ppy)/cellulose a.eta.e(Ca.f.lm ha. been synthesized via.solvent *** f.lm wa. used a. supporting ma.eria. f.r glucose oxida.e(GOx)to sensitize a.glucose *** na.opa.ticles ha.e been prepa.ed via.the green route using olive lea.es extra.t a. a.***/Ppy na.ocomposite ha. been synthesized by a.simple in-situ chemica. oxida.ive polymeriza.ion of.pyrrole(Py)monomer using f.rric chloride(f.Cl3)a. a. oxidizing *** produced ma.eria.s a.d the composite f.lms were cha.a.terized using X-ra. dif.ra.tion a.a.ysis(XRD),sca.ning electron microscope(SEM),f.urier tra.sf.rm inf.a.ed(f.IR)a.d thermogra.imetric a.a.ysis(TGa..Glucose oxida.e wa. successf.lly immobilized on the surf.ce of.the prepa.ed f.lm a.d then ZnO/Ppy/Ca.GOx composite wa. sputtered with pla.inum electrode f.r the current determina.ion a. dif.erent initia. concentra.ions of.*** mea.urements proved the suita.ility a.d the high sensitivity of.the constructed biosensor f.r the detection of.glucose levels in dif.erent *** perf.rma.ce of.the prepa.ed biosensor ha. been a.sessed by mea.uring a.d compa.ing glucose concentra.ions up to 800 *** results a.1}irmed the relia.ility of.the developed biosensor towa.ds rea. sa.ples which suggests the wide-sca.e a.plica.ion of.the proposed biosensor.
