Many studies propose a significant shift in the tectonic and paleogeographic evolution of the Andes in south-central Chile and Argentina during the Late *** has been proposed that the preceding Jurassic-Early Cretaceous extensional regime that resulted in a low-relief volcanic arc and the backarc Neuquén basin came to an end,giving way to shortening and Andean growth from the Late Cretaceous ***,there are disagreements regarding the timing and nature of this transition to Andean *** a.dress these issues,we conducted geochronologic(U-Pb and^(40)Ar/&(39)Ar),sedimentologic,and structural studies on Mesozoic-Cenozoic sedimentary and volcanic rocks in the Río Maule area(Principal Cordillera,Chile,36°s).From our findings and prior analyses,we propose the following tectono-stratigraphic evolution of the region.(1)Marine deposition of the Tithonian-Hauterivian Baños del Flaco Formation took place in an extensional backarc basin.(2)After a~40 Myr hiatus,fluvial deposits of the Colimapu Formation and volcanic rocks of the Plan de los Yeuques Formation accumulated during the *** the Colimapu Formation displays evidence of syndepositional shortening,the Plan de los Yeuques Formation exhibits synextensional growth *** to other studies,our results suggest that the Chilean part of the Principal Cordillera was largely a zone of active deposition rather than an elevated fold-thrust belt during the Late *** propose that sedimentation occurred within a series of relatively stable intermontane subbasins generated by shortening,followed by extension.(3)After a~20 Myr hiatus,middle Eocene to early Miocene(Lutetian-Aquitanian)accumulation of a thick succession of andesitic lavas and minor clastic sediments of the Abanico Formation occurred in an intraarc extensional basin.(4)Finally,major shortening and uplift of previously deposited Mesozoic-Cenozoic rocks took place throughout the *** phase constitu

Chronic neck pain(CNP)is a worldwide health problem with several risk *** of the most widely used treatments for managing this condition is therapeutic exercise,which could generate a response called exerciseinduced hypoalgesia(EIH).There is no consensus on the best exercise modality to induce ***,this review aims to analyze and synthesize the state-of-the-art about the hypoalgesic effect of exercise in subjects with *** included articles on EIH and CNP in patients older than 18 years,with pain for more than three months,where the EIH response was *** that studied CNP associated with comorbidities or measured the response to treatments other than exercise were *** studies reviewed reported variable *** in healthy subjects has been shown to reduce indicators of pain sensitivity;however,in people with chronic pain,the response is *** investigations reported adverse effects with increased pain intensity and decreased pain sensitivity,others found no clinical response,and some even reported EIH with decreased pain and increased *** is an identifiable,stimulable,and helpful therapeutic response in people with *** research is still needed on subjects with CNP to clarify the protocols and therapeutic variables that facilitate the EIH *** addition,it is necessary to deepen the knowledge of the intrinsic and extrinsic factors that influence EIH in people with CNP.

随着城镇化水平不断提升,中国每年新增建筑面积约20亿m2,大规模基础设施建设对土木工程理论和技术创新的要求越来越高。学者们通过研究自然界的增强增韧、水下黏合、钻孔掘进和轻质高强等现象发现,生物体具有独特的外部形态和组织结构,通过模仿生物体的外部形态、结构特征或运动机理可为土木工程技术创新和可持续发展提供新思路、新原理和新理论。从仿生材料、仿生结构和仿生机械与构筑物3个方面阐述仿生学在土木工程中的应用,列举典型的应用案例,并对仿生土木工程进行总结和展望,为未来的研究提供基础材料。作为新兴的研究方向,仿生土木工程基础理论尚不完善,仿生土木工程涉及生物、材料、结构等多学科的交叉,需要开展不同领域间的协同合作研究。

BACKGROUND The influence of Helicobacter-pylori(***)infection and the characteristics of gastric cancer(GC)on tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte(TIL)levels has not been extensively *** of infiltrating-immune-cell subtypes as well as survival is necessary to obtain comprehensive *** To determine the rates of deficient mismatch-repair(dMMR),HER2-status and *** infection and their association with TIL levels in *** samples from 503 resected GC tumors were included and TIL levels were evaluated following the international-TILs-working-group recommendations with assessment of the intratumoral(IT),stromal(sT)and invasive-border(IB)*** density of CD3,CD8 and CD163 immune cells,and dMMR and HER2-status were determined by immunohistochemistry(IHC).*** infection was evaluated by routine histology and quantitative PCR(qPCR)in a subset of *** dMMR was found in 34.4%,HER2+in 5%and ***-positive in 55.7%of *** IT-TIL was associated with grade-3(P=0.038),while sT-TIL with grade-1(Pstinal-histology(Ps associated with high TIL levels in the sT(P=0.019)and IB(P=0.01)compartments,and sTCD3(P=0.049)and sT-CD8(P=0.05)***2-was associated with high IT-CD8(P=0.009).*** was associated with high IT-TIL levels(P=0.009)when assessed by routine-histology,and with high TIL levels in the 3 compartments(P=0.002-0.047)and CD8 density in the IT and sT compartments(P=0.001)when assessed by qPCR.A longer overall survival was associated with low IT-CD163(P=0.003)and CD8/CD3(P=0.001 in IT and P=0.002 in sT)and high IT-CD3(P=0.021),sT-CD3(P=0.003)and CD3/CD163(P=0.002).CONCLUsION TIL levels were related to dMMR and *** CD8/CD3 and high CD163/CD3 were associated with lower recurrence and longer survival.

Dynamics of ^(14)C-labelled Glucose and NH_4^+ in a Regularly Flooded Extremely Alkaline saline soil

Flooding an extremely alkaline(pH 10.6) saline soil of the former Lake Texcoco to reduce salinity will affect the soil carbon(C)and nitrogen(N) dynamics.A laboratory incubation experiment was done to investigate how decreasing soil salt content affected dynamics of C and N in an extremely alkaline saline *** soil with electrical conductivity(EC) of 59.2 ds m^(-1) was packed in columns,and then flooded with tap water,drained freely and conditioned aerobically at 50%water holding capacity for a *** process of flooding-drainage-conditioning was repeated eight *** original soil and the soil that had undergone one,two,four and eight flooding-drainage-conditioning cycles were amended with 1000 mg glucose-^(14)C kg^(-1) soil and 200 mg NH_4^+-N kg^(-1)soil,and then incubated for 28 *** CO_2 emissions,soil microbial biomass,and soil ammonium(NE_4^+),nitrite(NO_2^-) and nitrate(NO_3^-) were monitored in the aerobic incubation of 28 *** soil EC decreased from 59.2 to 1.0 ds m^(_1) after eight floodings,and soil pH decreased from 10.6 to *** the added ^(14)C-labelled glucose,only 8%was mineralized in the original soil,while 24%in the soil flooded eight times during the 28-d *** priming effect was on average 278 mg C kg^(-1) soil after the 28-d *** microbial biomass C(mean 66 mg C kg^(-1) soil) did not change with flooding times in the unamended soil,and increased 1.4 times in the glucose-NH_4^+-amended *** immobilization and NO_2^- concentration in the aerobically incubated soil decreased with increasing flooding times,while NO_3^- concentration *** was found that flooding the Texcoco soil decreased the EC sharply,increased mineralization of glucose,stimulated nitrification,and reduced immobilization of inorganic N,but did not affect soil microbial biomass C.
