Introduction: 68Ga-PSMA-11 is considered the gold standard in detection of micro and oligometastases in advanced prostate cancer, being used for therapeutic planning, as well as, potentially, for evaluating response to treatment. The development of ready-to-use lyophilized kit of PSMA-11 adds quality and safety to the routine use of this radiopharmaceutical and represents a pharmacotechnical challenge as it must preserve the integrity and specificity of the ligand. Methods: PSMA-11 kit formulation was proposed, considering radiolabeling parameters and the preservation of the peptide during the lyophilization process, using mannitol as an excipient. Critical temperature characterization studies were carried out using DSC equipment and the freeze-drying process was developed. The direct radiolabeling conditions were evaluated and standardized using 68Ge/68Ga generator eluate from two different manufacturers (ITG and Eckert & Ziegler). The radiochemical purity was evaluated by TLC and HPLC. Biological evaluation was carried out with lyophilized PSMA-11 to demonstrate the integrity of the peptide and preservation of biological activity after the lyophilization process. Results: Based on critical temperature characterization studies, the freeze-drying cycle was designed to reach a freezing temperature of around −40˚C and primary drying at 2˚C. Using 20 mg of mannitol, an intact and elegant lyophilized cake was obtained. PSMA-11 lyophilized kit was directly labeled with 68Ga eluate from 68Ge/68Ga GMP generators (ITG and Eckert & Ziegler) resulting in % RP > 95% at pH 4.0 to 4.5. The results obtained from in vitro and in vivo biological competition studies confirmed the preservation of PSMA-11 affinity for the receptor after lyophilization. Conclusion: A lyophilized formulation (Kit) of PSMA-11 was successfully obtained, which preserved the integrity and biological activity of the peptide and guaranteed radiolabeling efficiency.

Nitrogen(N)monitoring is essential in nurseries to ensure the production of high-quality *** spectroscopy(NIRS)is an instantaneous,nondestructive method to monitor *** data such as NIRS can also provide the basis for developing a new vegetation spectral index(VSI).Here,we evaluated whether NIRS combined with statistical modeling can accurately detect early variations in N concentration in leaves of young plants of Annona emargiaata and developed a new VSI for this *** were grown in a hydroponics system with 0,2.75,5.5or 11 mM N for 45 *** we measured gas exchange,chlorophylla fluorescence,and pigments in leaves;analyzed complete leaf nutrients,and recorded spectral data for leaves at 966 to 1685 nm using *** a statistical learning approach,the dimensionality of the spectral data was reduced,then models were generated using two classes(N deficiency,N)or four classes(0,2.75,5.5,11 mM N).The best combination of techniques for dimensionality reduction and classification,respectively,was stepwise regression(PROC STEPDISC)and linear discriminant *** was possible to detect N deficiency in seedlings leaves with 100%precision,and the four N concentrations with93.55%accuracy before photosynthetic damage to the plant ***,NIRS combined with statistical modeling of multidimensional data is effective for detecting N variations in seedlings leaves of ***.

Seafloor irregularities influence rupture behavior along the subducting slab and in the overriding plate,thus affecting earthquake *** seafloor irregularities increase the likelihood of large earthquakes in a subduction zone remains contested,partially due to focus put either on fault development or on rupture ***,we simulate a subducting slab with a seafloor irregularity and the resulting deformation pattern of the overriding plate using the discrete element *** simulations illustrate the rupture along three major fault systems:megathrust,splay and backthrust *** results show different rupture dimensions of earthquake events varying from tens to ca.140 *** results suggest that the recurrence interval of megathrust events with rupture length of ca.100 km is ca.140 years,which is overall comparable to the paleoseismic records at the Mentawai area of the Sumatran *** further propose the coseismic slip amounts decrease and interseismic slip amounts increase from the surface downwards *** conclude that the presence of seafloor irregularities significantly affects rupture events along the slab as well as fault patterns in the overriding plate.

During space missions,astronauts live in a confined technological environment,completely isolated and deprived of the variety and variation found in the environment on *** circumstance has a strong impact on the psycho-physiological states of the *** in light of the plans for long-duration missions,new research needs to be carried *** goal of this study,conducted at Xiangtan Central Hospital in China,was to test whether multicolour lighting can improve people’s psychological state in an isolated and confined environment over a period of seven *** participants(10 male and 10 female)were randomly divided into two groups:one group that was exposed to multicolour lighting and a control group,which was exposed to a static,monotonous white *** participants’psychological state was recorded on the first day,the fourth day,and the seventh *** results of the control group showed that the participants’negative emotions and anxiety continued to increase over time,whereas the group randomly exposed to multicolour lighting that changed every three hours did not show any significant increase in negative emotions and ***,the random change of light colour in the isolated environment appeared to help the participants increase their sense of surprise,thereby counteracting ***,during this experiment,it was observed that when people who are accustomed to being connected to social networks were deprived of this,they experienced insomnia and unaccustomed reactions,in particular on the first days of *** article contributes to future space exploration and to social and psychological support of life in isolated and confined environments.

Vegetation types alter soil ecosystems by changing soil fauna community activities and soil physi-cal-chemical ***,it is unclear how tree species(natural forest,native and exotic tree plantations)promote changes in the soil ecosystem,and if these changes alter functional groups of soil fauna and ecosystem *** determine the effects of five decades of old-field veg-etation on soil ecosystems in the Brazilian Atlantic Forest,field sampling of three ecosystems(exotic tree species Pinus elliottii ***,endangered tree species Arau-caria angustifolia(Bertol.)Kuntze plantation,and a natural ecosystem)were carried out,as well using bait-lamina tests and bioassays with collembolans,earthworms and seeds of Lactuca sativa *** sampling evaluated the soil fauna community and soil physical-chemical *** bait-lamina test in situ was carried out for 14-days to deter-mine fauna feeding activity,and the bioassays evaluated the reproduction of Folsomia candida,the avoidance of Eisenia andrei,and germination of *** in the soil from each *** results are:(1)vegetation type altered the soil fauna community composition;(2)soil fauna feeding was reduced in the plantations compared to the natural eco-system;(3)a physical barrier was created by recalcitrant litter that compromised fauna community structure and seed bank germination in situ;and,(4)changes in soil physical-chemical properties promoted decomposers.

Apart from socio-economic disparities,indigenous people of the Himalayan range in Asia face an increasing trend of *** tragic suicidal events usually go unaddressed,and no strategies are presently in place to mitigate suicides in the *** study aims to explain the prevailing causes of suicidal ideation to come up with some policy *** a preliminary survey,we identiﬁed social stigma,social isolation,lack of healthcare facilities,and domestic violence as the potential reasons for suicidal *** identiﬁed individuals with suicide ideation for further data collection to test the relationships between the identiﬁed variables and suicidal ideation.A quantitative,explanatory and cross-sectional design was used to test the *** statistics were applied to the data containing 314 responses,and the results revealed that all the predictive variables inﬂuence the formation of suicidal *** study uncovered some new dimensions of social stigma and social isolation that are common among the indigenous *** results also indicate that some domestic violence is socially acceptable and considered a normal familial ***ﬁndings have theoretical and practical *** have identiﬁed new dimensions of social stigma,social isolation,and domestic violence that are new additions to the existing bank of *** provides insights to encourage public authorities,healthcare providers,and NGO managers to play their role in the right direction to mitigate the *** study opens further venues for researchers to investigate the complex issue of suicide more deeply.

Herein,we report on the synthesis and lithium storage properties of electrospun one-dimensional（1D） CuFe2O4 nanomaterials.1D CuFe2O4nanotubes and nanorods were fabricated by a single spinneret electrospinning method followed by thermal decomposition for removal of polymers from the precursor *** as-prepared CuFe2O4 nanotubes with wall thickness of 50 nm presented diameters of 150 nm and lengths up to several *** was found that phase separation between the electrospun composite materials occured during the electrospinning process,while the as-spun precursor nanofibers composed of polyacrylonitrile（PAN）,polyvinylpyrrolidone（PVP） and metal salts might possess a core-shell structure（PAN as the core and PVP/metal salts composite as the shell） and then transformed to a hollow structure after ***,as a demonstration of the functional properties of the 1D ***2O4 nanotubes and nanorods were investigated as anodes for lithium ion batteries（LIBs）.It was demonstrated that CuFe2O4 nanotubes not only delivered a high reversible capacity of 816 mAh·g-1 at a current density of 200 mA·g-1over 50 cycles,but also showed superior rate capability with respect to counterpart ***,the enhanced electrochemical performance can be attributed to its high specific surface areas as well as the unique hollow structure.
