With plenty of popular and effective ternary organic solar cells(OSCs)construction strategies proposed and applied,its power conversion efficiencies(PCEs)have come to a new level of over 19%in single-junction ***,previous studies are heavily based in chloroform(CF)leaving behind substantial knowledge deficiencies in understanding the influence of solvent choice when introducing a third ***,we present a case where a newly designed asymmetric small molecular acceptor using fluoro-methoxylated end-group modification strategy,named BTP-BO-3FO with enlarged bandgap,brings different morphological evolution and performance improvement effect on host system PM6:BTP-eC9,processed by CF and ortho-xylene(o-XY).With detailed analyses supported by a series of experiments,the best PCE of 19.24%for green solvent-processed OSCs is found to be a fruit of finely tuned crystalline ordering and general aggregation motif,which furthermore nourishes a favorable charge generation and recombination ***,over 19%PCE can be achieved by replacing spin-coating with blade coating for active layer *** work focuses on understanding the commonly met yet frequently ignored issues when building ternary blends to demonstrate cutting-edge device performance,hence,will be instructive to other ternary OSC works in the future.

A convenient and efficient procedure for the synthesis ofN, N-bicyclic pyrazolidinone derivatives has been developed via the reaction of azomethine imines with terminal alkynes under the ball milling condition without sol- vent, which was promoted by calcium fluoride with a catalyst of copper（I） salt. The cyclization reactions exhibited moderate to high yields.

Human activities have severely impacted on many species and ***,understanding the local biodiversity situation is crucial for implementing effective biodiversity conservation *** in the southern Philippines is home to various unique species,particularly in its pristine ***,the available biodiversity data for many terrestrial vertebrates and key areas remain *** address this issue,we synthesized published literature related to biodiversity from 2000 to 2022 in ***,this analysis used four key terrestrial vertebrates(amphibians,reptiles,birds,and mammals)in Mindanao as research *** to our findings,there was a significant and positive correlation between the number of biodiversity studies and species *** terms of species richness,birds were the most recorded group(n=334 spp.),followed by reptiles(n=108 spp.),mammals(n=70 spp.),and amphibians(n=52 spp.).We also found that the number of endemic and threatened species varies geographically and across taxonomic ***,we discovered a significant disparity in the information available on biodiversity in different provinces of *** example,the western provinces of Mindanao have had no record of biodiversity for more than two ***,we found that the changes in tree cover loss were consistent with biodiversity records,but this correlation is only significant for ***,we highlighted some critical threats and challenges to biodiversity,including deforestation,agricultural expansion,mining,and their impact on biodiversity conservation in *** findings suggested that biodiversity conservation should focus not only on areas with high levels of biodiversity but also on areas lacking biodiversity *** do this,we call for strengthening collaboration among various institutions and digitizing and centralizing of information related to *** gaining a deeper understanding of biodiversit

目的探讨IBA57基因突变致多发性线粒体功能障碍综合征的临床特征及遗传学信息。方法留取患儿及其父母外周血, 对患儿基因组DNA进行全外显子测序筛查可能存在的基因变异, Sanger测序进行家系验证。结果患儿, 男, 1月2天, 临床上表现为精神萎靡、呼吸衰竭、肌张力低下等症状, 影像学表现为脑白质病变, 测序结果显示患儿IBA57基因存在c.24dela(p.G9Afs*63)和c.316A>G(p.T106A)复合杂合变异, 分别遗传自其父亲和母亲。文献数据库未见c.24del(p.G9Afs*63)位点变异的相关文献报道, c.316A>G(p.T106A)变异目前已有文献报道, 根据美国医学遗传学与基因组学学会指南, 判定为可能致病性变异。结论 IBA57基因c.24dela(p.G9Afs*63)和c.316A>G(p.T106A)杂合变异, 是导致该患儿多发性线粒体功能障碍综合征的突变位点。本研究结果加强了对该类疾病的临床特征和遗传性病因认识, 同时扩展了IBA57基因的变异谱。

Effect of the Number and Orientation of Fractures on the P-Wave Velocity Diminution: Application on the Building Stones of the Rabat Area (Morocco)

This study is focused on two types of Moroccan rocks, among the most widely used as building stones: the calcarenite of Salé (CS) and the marble of oued Akrech (ma). The two rocks, lithologically different, show a clear contrast of their P-wave velocities (Vp): 3.90 vs 5.10 km/s at dry state and 4.29 vs 5.64 km/s at saturation. The “Artificial fractures” created in the two rock types reveal that their Vp undergo diminutions which the rates vary depending of the number and the plane orientation of the fractures. In the CS, Vp shows an increasing of cumulative diminution (Dc) according to the number of fractures, but with a variable rate of unitary diminution (Du) from one fracture to the other. This defines a linear regression with a low coefficient of determination (Dc = 10.18NbFr + 10.96;r2 = 0.87). The mode of the Vp evolution would be related to the roughness of fractures surface, which itself depends upon the petrographic nature of the calcarenite (friable structure, high porosity and heterogenous composition). The ma manifested an increasing Dc with a fairly constant rate of Du from a fracture to another, giving a regression line with a high coefficient of determination (Dc = 12.17NbFr – 10.69;r2 = 0.99). This steady diminution of Vp would be related to the granoblastic texture and the monomineral composition of the marble, which engender smoother fracture surfaces. The rates of Vp diminution also depend on the orientation plane of the fractures relative to the direction of wave propagation. The fractures parallel (θ = 0°) amplify slightly the Vp, playing a significant role of “waveguide”. The fractures oriented at 45° lead to a diminution lower than those of fractures oriented at 25° and 90°. The same trend of diminution, but at variable rates, appears on the samples of the two types of stones at dry and saturated state. This can be explained by the compressive nature of P-waves, which obey the physic laws of the transmission of the constraints in the solid me

Power-conversion-efficiencies(PCEs)of organic solar cells(OSCs)in laboratory,normally processed by spin-coating technology with toxic halogenated solvents,have reached over 19%.However,there is usually a marked PCE drop when the bladecoating and/or green-solvents toward large-scale printing are used instead,which hampers the practical development of ***,a new series of N-alkyl-tailored small molecule acceptors named YR-SeNF with a same molecular main backbone are developed by combining selenium-fused central-core and naphthalene-fused *** to the N-alkyl engineering,NIR-absorbing YR-SeNF series show different crystallinity,packing patterns,and miscibility with polymeric *** studies exhibit that the molecular packing,crystallinity,and vertical distribution of active layer morphologies are well optimized by introducing newly designed guest acceptor associated with tailored N-alkyl chains,providing the improved charge transfer dynamics and stability for the PM6:L8-BO:YRSeNF-based *** a result,a record-high PCE approaching 19%is achieved in the blade-coating OSCs fabricated from a greensolvent o-xylene with high-boiling ***,ternary OSCs offer robust operating stability under maximum-power-point tracking and well-keep>80%of the initial PCEs for even over 400 *** alkyl-tailored guest acceptor strategy provides a unique approach to develop green-solvent and blade-coating processed high-efficiency and operating stable OSCs,which paves a way for industrial development.

目的对1例Canavan病(CD)患儿进行临床表型及遗传学分析。方法选取1例因"发现竖头不稳2个月,四肢肌张力高1周"于2021年4月9日就诊于山东大学附属儿童医院的患儿进行高通量全外显子组测序检测,并对候选变异进行Sanger测序家系验证。结果测序结果显示患儿ASPA基因存在父源c.556559dupGTTC(p.L187Rfs*5)和母源c.919dela(p.S307Vfs*24)复合杂合变异。根据美国医学遗传学与基因组学学会变异相关指南,二者均被评级为致病性变异(PVS1+PM2Supporting+PM3)。结论ASPA基因c.556559dupGTTC(p.L187Rfs*5)和c.919dela(p.S307Vfs*24)复合杂合变异可能是该CD患儿的致病原因。

Intra-tumor heterogeneity(ITH) is a key challenge in cancer treatment, but previous studies have focused mainly on the genomic alterations without exploring phenotypic(transcriptomic and immune)heterogeneity. Using one of the largest prospective surgical cohorts for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)with multi-region sampling, we sequenced whole genomes and paired transcriptomes from 67 HCC patients(331 samples). We found that while genomic ITH was rather constant across stages, phenotypic ITH had a very different trajectory and quickly diversified in stage Ⅱ patients. Most strikingly, 30% of patients were found to contain more than one transcriptomic subtype within a single tumor. Such phenotypic ITH was found to be much more informative in predicting patient survival than genomic ITH and explains the poor efficacy of single-target systemic therapies in HCC. Taken together, we not only revealed an unprecedentedly dynamic landscape of phenotypic heterogeneity in HCC, but also highlighted the importance of studying phenotypic evolution across cancer types.
