针对XYZ-125G型稀油站所广泛使用的j41H截止阀工作状态下流场特点,采用计算流体动力学(CFD)的方法对截止阀的流动情况进行动态数值计算。详细模拟出截止阀阀盘开启和闭合过程中阀体内部的速度、压力分布和压头损失。CFD模拟阀体压头损失值和利用理论计算的阀体压头损失值吻合较好,阀门的开启或闭合,水泵的突然停车等原因,使流速发生突然变化,同时产生压强的大幅度波动现象。通过CFD技术在模拟截止阀启闭过程中动态流动状况的应用,能够确定流体通过阀道时所产生的漩涡、水锤和死水区等水流状况,为液压冲击的预测与防范及阀道结构优化提供理论依据。

A new search for two-neutrino double-beta(2νββ)decay of^(136)Xe to the 0+1 excited state of 136ba is performed with the full EXO-200 dataset.A deep learning-based convolutional neural network is used to discriminate signal from background *** detection efficiency is increased relative to previous searches by EXO-200 by more than a factor of *** the addition of the Phase II dataset taken with an upgraded detector,the median 90%confidence level half-life sensitivity of 2νββdecay to the 0+1 state of 136ba is 2.9×10^(24)yr using a total^(136)Xe exposure of 234.1 kg *** statistically significant evidence for 2νββdecay to the 0^(+)_(1)state is observed,leading to a lower limit of T2ν1/2(0^(+)→0^(+)_(1))>1.4×10^(24)yr at 90%confidence level,improved by 70%relative to the current world's best constraint.

Introduction: The extended administration of corticoids by oral way for a length of more than 3 months defines the long-term-corticosteroid-therapy. This one, used in numerous indications, displays most often at the risk of undesirable effects linked sometimes to the habits of prescription of the doctors. Patients and Methods: In order to study the prescription modalities of this treatment, we conducted a cross-sectional, multicentric and descriptive study from june 1st, 2017 to August 1st, 2017, over a period of 2 months. It involved a questionnaire given to medical specialists of all medical specialties and practicing in the University Hospital of Dakar. Results: 170 doctors were interviewed. Dermatologists and internists were mostly found 19.4% and 18.8% or 33% and 34% doctors. systemic autoimmune diseases alone accounted for 48% of prescription reasons. Prednisone was prescribed in 88% of cases. The immunosuppressive dose of 1 mg/kg was most often prescribed. Practitioners very heterogeneously prescribe most adjuvant measures to prolonged systemic corticosteroid therapy. Thus, the recommendation of a low-sodium diet (38% of physicians), and the systematic prescriptions of proton pump inhibitors (44.7% of physicians) and vitamin-calcium supplementation were frequently performed by physicians (34% of physicians). While the low carbohydrate diet was advocated by less than a quarter of doctors and the prevention of pneumocystosis and osteoporosis were rare (respectively 61% and 52% of prescribers did not). Conclusion: The global analysis of the habits of our medical specialists concerning the use of long-term glucocorticoids reflected a diversity of indications, heterogeneity of practices, with certain habits not in accordance with the usual recommendations.

ba-REE fluorcarbonate minerals from a carbonatite dyke at bayan Obo, Inner Mongolia, North China, are first reported in this contribution, in which chemical composition, rare earth element (REE) patterns, and intergrowth relationships for these minerals have been investigated. syntactic intergrowth or syntaxy between cebaite and cordylite, as well as cordylite and huanghoite were observed. This syntactic texture resulted from the variation of chemical composition of crystallizing agents for those minerals that crystallized directly from carbonatite magmas. It is worth noting that REE patterns of the ba-REE fluorcarbonate minerals in the dyke are similar to those of the corresponding minerals from the ore hosted dolomite marble of the bayan Obo giant REE-Nb-Fe mineral deposit, which implies their relation in origin.

Introduction: Exercise echocardiography is a non-invasive technique that occupies a special place for the detection of stable coronary disease. The main objective of this study was to report our experience and assess our practice in the diagnosis of stable coronaryartery disease. Methodology: We conducted a retrospective study, descriptive over a period of 34 months, from December 1, 2016 to september 30, 2019. All the patients received during the study period for stress echocardiography as part of a suspicion of stable coronary artery disease were included. A total of 100 examinations were completed during the study period. Results: Ninety (90) exams were studied. There were 56 men or a sex-ratio of 1.64. The mean age was of 57.3 ± 10 years. Hypertension (31 patients or 62%) was the most frequent risk factor. Typical chest pain was noticed in 45 patients (52.3%). The pre-test probability was intermediate in 77 patients (89.5%). Echocardiography at rest was normal in 86 patients (95.6%). A total of 62 tests were negative (69%) and 02 (2.2%) were non-contributory. Ten tests (10) of 26 electrical positive tests were associated with segmental kinetics disorders. In the 10 patients who had exercise kinetic disorders, 08 had coronary angiography. It was normal in 04 of them. The positive predictive value of exercise echography was 50% in our study. In a patient with a negative exercise echocardiography with a high clinical probability of coronary disease, the coronary angiography showed a two-vessel impairment with an intermediate lesion of Cx2 and an intermediate lesion of RCA2. It thus constitutes a false negative. sensitivity was 80% in our study. We noticed an incident like non-sustained ventricular tachycardia. Conclusion: Exercise echocardiography is a safe and reliable examination for the diagnosis of stable coronary artery disease. A good selection of patients based on the clinical probability of coronary ischemia should improve our sensitivity. This is even more

为揭示青藏高原湿地浮游植物功能群时空分布特征与环境因子的关系,本文于2019年7月(丰水期)和2019年10月(枯水期)在麦地卡湿地调查浮游植物功能群组成和生物量,并运用spearman相关性分析、冗余分析(RDA)和典范对应分析(CCA)等方法,对麦地卡湿地浮游植物功能群时空分布特征及其与环境因子的关系进行分析.结果表明:1)根据功能群分类方法,麦地卡湿地浮游植物可划分为27个功能群,分别为A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H1、j、K、L_(M)、L_(O)、M、MP、N、P、s1、s2、T、T B、T C、W1、W2、X1、X2、X3和Z;在时间维度上,丰水期有26个功能群,枯水期有23个功能群;在空间维度上,河流湿地有24个功能群,湖泊湿地有23个功能群,沼泽湿地有12个功能群.2)丰水期,以功能群A、D、L M、L_(O)、MP、N、P、T、T B和X3为主,枯水期以功能群A、D、j、L_(M)、L O、MP、N、P、T和T B为主,其中A和T功能群为2个水情期的共有绝对优势功能群,功能群j仅为枯水期的绝对优势功能群.3)生态状态指数(Q)范围为1.80~4.86,平均值为3.80,表明麦地卡湿地水质状态为“好”.4)相关性分析表明,浊度、COD Cr、总磷和硝态氮与部分优势功能群生物量具有显著相关性;RDA分析表明,盐度和总氮是影响丰水期优势功能群生物量的主要环境因子.CCA分析表明,总氮和硝态氮是影响枯水期优势功能群生物量的主要环境因子.

The continuous emergence of new severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(sARs-CoV-2)variants meansthere is a need to explore additional strategies to develop broad-spectrum vaccines or therapeutics for individuals remaining at risk of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Neutralizing monoclonal antibody(mAb)that binds to theconserved s2 subunit of the sARs-CoV-2 spike(s)protein alone,or in combination with mAb that binds to the receptor-binding domain(RBD)of s protein,might be effective in eliciting protection from infection by a variety of sARs-CoV2 *** high-throughput single-cell immunoglobulin sequencing of B cells from COVID-19-convalescent donors,we identified a high-affinity s2-specific mAb-39,that could inhibit original sARs-CoV-2 strain,Omicron ba.1,ba.2.86,ba.4,ba.5,and EG.5.1 s protein-mediated membrane fusion,leading to the neutralization of these ***,mAb-39 could also improve the neutralizing activity of anti-RBD antibody against the highlyneutralization-resistant Omicron *** docking and point mutation analyses revealed that mAb-39 recognized epitopes within the conserved upstream region of the heptad repeat 2(HR2)motif of the s2 ***,these findings demonstrate that targeting the conserved upstream region of the HR2 motif(e.g.,using mAbs)provides anovel strategy for preventing the infection of sARs-CoV-2 and its variants.
