Dielectric elastomers(DEs)have emerged as one of the most promising artificial muscle technologies,due to their exceptional properties such as large actuation strain,fast response,high energy density,and flexible processibility for various *** the past two decades,researchers have been working on developing DE materials with improved properties and exploring innovative applications of dielectric elastomer actuators(DEAs).this review article focuses on two main topics:recent material innovation of DEs and development of multilayer stacking processes for DEAs,which are important to promoting commercialization of *** begins by explaining the working principle of a ***,recently developed strategies for preparing new DE materials are introduced,including reducing mechanical stiffness,increasing dielectric permittivity,suppressing viscoelasticity loss,and mitigating electromechanical instability without *** the next section,different multilayer stacking methods for fabricating multilayer DEAs are discussed,including conventional dry stacking,wet stacking,a novel dry stacking method,and micro-fabrication-enabled stacking *** review provides a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of recent developments in high-performance DE materials and multilayer stacking *** highlights the progress made in the field and also discusses potential future directions for further advancements.

With the rapid development of portable electronics and electric road vehicles,high-energy-density batteries have been becoming front-burner ***,homogeneous electrolyte cannot simultaneously meet diametrically opposed demands of high-potential cathode and low-potential anode,which are essential for high-voltage ***,homogeneous electrolyte is difficult to achieve bi-or multi-functions to meet different requirements of *** comparison,the asymmetric electrolyte with bi-or multi-layer disparate components can satisfy distinct requirements by playing different roles of each electrolyte layer and meanwhile compensates weakness of individual ***,the asymmetric electrolyte can not only suppress by-product sedimentation and continuous electrolyte decomposition at the anode while preserving active substances at the cathode for high-voltage batteries with long cyclic *** this review,we comprehensively divide asymmetric electrolytes into three categories:decoupled liquid-state electrolytes,bi-phase solid/liquid electrolytes and decoupled asymmetric solid-state *** design principles,reaction mechanism and mutual compatibility are also studied,***,we provide a comprehensive vision for the simplification of structure to reduce costs and increase device energy density,and the optimization of solvation structure at anolyte/catholyte interface to realize fast ion transport kinetics.

Research efforts on permanganate(Mn(Vii))combined with redox-mediator(RM),have received increasing attention due to their significant performance for bisphenol-A(BPA)***,the mechanisms underpinning BPA degradation remain *** we show the overlooked interactions between RM and BPA during permanganate oxidation by introducing an RMdN-hydroxyphthalimide(NHPi).We discovered that the concurrent generation of MnO_(2) and phthalimide-N-oxyl(PiNO)radical significantly enhances BPA oxidation within the pH range of *** detection of radical cross-coupling products between PiNO radicals and BPA or its derivatives corroborates the pivotal role of radical cross-coupling in BPA ***,we observed the formation of an NHPi-BPA complex,which undergoes preferential oxidation by Mn(Vii),marked by the emergence of an electronrich domain in *** findings unveil the underlying mechanisms in the Mn(Vii)/RM system and bridge the knowledge gap concerning BPA transformation via *** research paves the way for further exploration into optimizing complexation sites and RM dosage,significantly enhancing the system's efficiency in water treatment applications.

to improve the resilience of a distribution system against extreme weather,a fuel-based distributed generator(DG)allocation model is proposed in this *** this model,the DGs are placed at the planning *** an extreme event occurs,the controllable generators form temporary microgrids(MGs)to restore the load ***,a demand response program(DRP)mitigates the imbalance between the power supply and demand during extreme *** cope with the fault uncertainty,a robust optimization(RO)method is applied to reduce the long-term investment and short-term operation *** optimization is formulated as a tri-level defenderattacker-defender(DAD)*** the first level,decision-makers work out the DG allocation scheme;at the second level,the attacker finds the optimal attack strategy with maximum damage;and at the third level,restoration measures,namely distribution network reconfiguration(DNR)and demand response are *** problem is solved by the nested column and constraint generation(NC&CG)method and the model is validated using an iEEE 33-node *** studies validate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed model according to the enhanced resilience and reduced cost.

in the present article we study the generalized laws of importation and crossmigrativity based on(D, N)-implications. On the one hand, we consider the generalized law of importation i(t(x, α), y) = i(x, j(α, y)), when t is concretized as a fuzzy conjunction C, i and j are concretized as(D, N)-implications generated by a fuzzy disjunction D and a fuzzy negation N. On the other hand, we discuss the cross-migrativity of fuzzy disjunctions over fuzzy implications, that is, i(x, D(y, z)) = D(y, i(x, z)), where i is a fuzzy implication, D is a fuzzy disjunction. in addition, we study the relationship between the(α-)cross-migrative of(i, D) and the(α-)cross-law of importation(i, iD,N, C).

the ESA and CAS SMiLE mission orbit is highly elliptical and will pass through multiple radiation *** Soft X-ray imager(SXi)instrument aboard has a radiation shutter door designed to close when the surrounding radiation flux is *** shutter door will close when passing below an altitude threshold to protect against trapped particles in the Earth’s Van Allen ***,two radiation environments can be approximated based on the shutter door position:open and *** instrument background for the CCDs(Charge-Coupled Devices)that form the focal plane array of the SXi were evaluated for the two *** to the correlation of the space environment with the solar cycle,the solar minima and maxima,the background was also evaluated at these two *** results demonstrated that the highest instrument background will occur during solar minima due to the main contributing source being Galactic Cosmic Rays(GCRs).it was also found that the open background was highest for solar minima and that the closed background was highest during solar *** is due to the radiation shutter door acting as a scattering centre and the changes in the energy flux distribution of the GCRs between the two solar extremes.

A novel X-shaped variable stiffness vibration isolator(X-VSVi)is *** Runge-Kutta method,harmonic balance method,and wavelet transform spectra are introduced to evaluate the performance of the X-VSVi under various *** layer number,the installation angle of the X-shaped structure,the stiffness,and the active control parameters are systematically *** addition,a prototype of the X-VSVi is manufactured,and vibration tests are carried *** results show that the proposed X-VSVi has a superior adaptability to that of a traditional X-shaped mechanism,and shows excellent vibration isolation performance in response to different amplitudes and forms of ***,the vibration isolation efficiency of the device can be improved by appropriate adjustment of parameters.
