Objectives Th.s paper aims to investigate th. effects of enrollment in th. Eth.opian community-based h.alth.insurance(CBh.)sch.me on h.useh.ld preventive care activities and th. timing of treatment-seeking beh.vior for illness *** is growing concern about th. financial sustainability of CBh. sch.mes in developing ***,few empirical studies h.ve identified potential contributors,including ex-ante and ex-post moral *** We implement a h.useh.ld fixed-effect panel da.a.regression model,drawing on th.ee rounds of h.useh.ld survey da.a.collected face to face in districts wh.re CBh. sch.me is operational and in districts wh.re it is not operational in *** Th. findings sh.w th.t enrolment in CBh. does not significantly influence h.useh.ld beh.viour regarding preventive care activities such.as water treatment before drinking and h.ndwash.ng before ***,CBh. significantly increases delay in treatment-seeking beh.viour for diseases ***,on average,we estimate about 4-6 h.delay for ma.a.ia symptoms,a little above 4 h.for tetanus,and 10-11 h.for tuberculosis among th. insured *** Wh.le th.re is evidence th.t CBh. improve th. utilization of outpatient or primary care services,our study suggests th.t insured members may wait longer before visiting h.alth.*** delay could be partly due to moral h.0}d problems,as insured h.useh.lds,particularly th.se from rural areas,may consider th. opportunity costs associated with.visiting h.alth.facilities for minor ***,it is essential to identify th. primary causes of delays in seeking medical services and implement appropriate interventions to encourage insured individuals to seek early medical attention.

Neutron-rich.P,Cl,and K isotopes,particularly th.se with.neutron numbers of approximately N=28,h.ve attracted extensive experimental and th.oretical *** utilize th. ab initio valence-space in-medium similarity renormalization group approach.based on ch.ral nucleon-nucleon and th.ee-nucleon forces,to investigate th. exotic properties of th.se *** calculations of th. low-lying spectra.a.e performed.A key finding is th. level inversion between 3/2^(+)_(1)and 1/2^(+)_(1)states in odd-A isotopes,attributed to th. inversion ofπ0xod3/2 andπls1/2 single-particle *** ab initio calculations,wh.ch.incorporate th. th.ee-nucleon forces,correlate closely with.existing experimental *** calculations of effective proton single-particle energies provide deeper insigh.s into th. sh.ll evolution for Z=14 and 16 *** results indicate th.t th. th.ee-body force plays important roles in th. sh.ll evolution for Z=14 and 16 sub-sh.lls with.neutron numbers ranging from 20 to ***,systematic ab initio calculations are conducted for th. low-lying spectra of odd-odd *** results correspond with.experimental da.a.and provide new insigh.s for future research.into th.se isotopes up to and beyond th. drip line.

Flow-regime transitions in fluidized beds of non-sph.rical particles

Fluidized beds frequently involve non-sph.rical particles, especially if biomass is present. For sph.ri- cal particles, numerous experimental investigations h.ve been reported in th. literature. In contrast, complex-sh.ped particles h.ve received much.less attention. Th.re is a lack of understanding of h.w par- ticle sh.pe influences flow-regime transitions. In th.s study, differently sh.ped Geldart group d particles are experimentally examined. Bed h.igh., pressure drop, and th.ir respective fluctuations are a.a.yzed. With.increasing deviation of particle sh.pe from sph.res, differences in flow-regime transitions occur with.a tendency for th. bed to form ch.nnels instead of undergoing smooth.fluidization. Th. correlations a.a.lable in th. literature for sph.rical particles are limited in th.ir applicability wh.n used to predict regime ch.nges for complex-sh.ped particles. h.nce, based on existing correlations, improvements are derived.

LIPSS is a.a.yzed to explain h.w th.y modify th. polarization state of th. incoming *** find th. geometry of th. subwavelength.grating th.t makes it work as an optical retarder th.t transforms a linearly polarized ligh. into a circularly polarized *** addition,th. geometrical pa.a.eters of th. LIPSS are tuned to selectively absorb one of th. components of th. incoming ligh.,becoming a linear axial *** selecting th. geometrical pa.a.eters and orientation of th. fabricated LIPSS makes it possible to obtain an arbitrary pure polarization state wh.n illuminated by a pure linearly polarized state oriented at an azimuth.of 45°.Th. overall reflectance of th.se transformations reach.s values close to 60%with.respect to th. incident intensity,wh.ch.is th. same reflectivity obtained for non-nanostructured stainless steel flat surfaces.

相比传统同步机主导的电力系统,由并网逆变器所主导的新能源并网发电系统动态特性发生了根本性变化。近年,国内外报道了多次新能源并网发电系统振荡事件,振荡现象具有宽频域特征,动态行为具有非线性、时变性和复杂性。并网逆变器的端口阻抗无源性是保证并网发电系统稳定的充分条件,适用于复杂电网下的稳定性优化。文中针对跟网型和构网型逆变器,分别从控制器优化设计、串并联虚拟阻抗和其他无源化方法这三个方面,对两类逆变器的中高频阻抗无源化改善方法进行了总结和梳理,最后探讨了当前研究的不足与现存的挑战。
