By using two sepa.a.e components, mem-sensing devices ca. be fa.rica.ed combining the sensitivity of a.tra.sducer with non-vola.ile memory. Here, we discuss how a.mem-sensor ca. be fa.rica.ed using a.single ma.eria. with built- in sensing a.dmemory ca.a.ilities, ba.ed on ZnO microwires （MWs） embedded in a.photocura.le resin a.d processed from liquid by vertica.ly a.igning the MWs a.ross the polymeric ma.rix using dielectrophoresis. This results in a. ultra.iolet （UV） photodetector, a.device telecommunica.ion, hea.th, a.d defense, tha. is widely a.plied in fields such a. a.d ha. so fa. implemented using bulk inorga.ic semiconductors. However, inorga.ic detectors suffer from very high production costs, brittleness, huge equipment requirements, a.d low responsivity. Here, we propose for the first time a.ea.y processa.le, reproducible, a.d low- cost hybrid UV mem-sensor. Composites with a.igned ZnO MWs produce gia.t photocurrentscompa.ed to the sa.e composites with ra.domly distributed MWs. in pa.ticula., we efficiently exploit a.mere-response where the photocurrent ca.ries memory of the la.t electronic sta.e experienced by the device when under testing. Furthermore, we demonstra.e the non-equiva.ence of different wa.e profiles used during thedielectrophoresis： a.pulsed wa.e is a.le to induce order in both the a.is a.d the orienta.ion of the MWs, wherea. a.sine wa.e only a.fects the orienta.ion.

The open question of where, when, a.d how the hea.y elements beyond iron enrich our Universe ha. triggered a.new era.in nuclea. physics studies. Of a.l the releva.t nuclea. physics inputs, the ma.s of very neutron-rich nuclides is a.key qua.tity for revea.ing the origin of hea.y elements beyond iron. a.though the precise determina.ion of this property is a.grea. cha.lenge, enormous progress ha. been ma.e in recent deca.es, a.d it ha. contributed significa.tly to both nuclea. structure a.d a.trophysica. nucleosynthesis studies. in this review, we first survey our present knowledge of the nuclea. ma.s surfa.e, empha.izing the importa.ce of nuclea. ma.s precision in r-process ca.cula.ions. We then discuss recent progress in va.ious methods of nuclea. ma.s mea.urement with a.few selected exa.ples. For ea.h method, we focus on recent brea.throughs a.d discuss possible wa.s of improving the weighing of r-process nuclides.

Three novel a.prolium HCl（a.P）-selective electrodes were investiga.ed with 2-nitrophenyl octylether a. a.pla.ticiser in a.polymeric ma.rix of polyvinyl chloride（PVC）. Sensor i wa. fa.rica.ed using pota.sium tetra.is（4-chlorophenyl） bora.e（Tp ClPB） a. a.ca.ionic excha.ger without incorpora.ion of a. *** Ⅱ used 2-hydroxy propyl β-cyclodextrin a. a. ionophore while sensor Ⅲ used p-tert-butylca.ix[8]a.ene a. a. ionophore. The three proposed sensors showed Nernestia. response slopes of 29.2±0.8,29.3±0.6 a.d 30.2±0.4 m V/deca.e over the concentra.ion ra.ge from 10–6 to 10–2 mol L_（-1）,respectively. The proposed sensors displa.ed useful a.a.ytica. cha.a.teristics for the determina.ion of a.P in bulk powder, different pha.ma.eutica. formula.ions, a.d chicken liver a.d in the presence of ethopa.a.e. The proposed method wa. va.ida.ed a.cording to iCH guidelines for its linea.ity, a.cura.y,precision a.d robustness.

High-resolution ro-vibra.iona. spectroscopy of ^15N2^16O in 1650-3450 cm-1 region is studied using highly enriched isotopologue sa.ple. The positions of more tha. 7300 lines of ^15N2^16O isotopologue were mea.ured with a.typica. a.cura.y of 5.0×10-4 cm-1. The tra.sitions were rovibra.iona.ly a.signed on the ba.is of the globa. effective Ha.iltonia. model. The ba.d by ba.d a.a.ysis a.lowed for the determina.ion of the rovibra.iona. pa.a.eters of a.tota. of 73 ba.ds. 29 of them a.e newly reported a.d more rota.iona. tra.sitions ha.e been observed for the others. The ma.imum devia.ion of the preidictions of the effective Ha.iltonia. model is up to 0.70 cm-1 for the ^15N2^16O species.

The diffra.tion of ela.tic wa.es by a.sedimenta.y va.ley in a.homogeneous ela.tic ha.f-spa.e is studied in this pa.er. The sediment-filled va.ley is composed of a.fluid la.er over a.soft soil deposit whose cha.a.teristics ma. be significa.t a.d should be ca.efully considered when designing long spa. bridges with high piers. The method of a.a.ysis a.opted in the pa.er is to decompose the problem into a. interior region a.d a. exterior region. in the exterior region, the sca.tered wa.e fields a.e constructed with the linea. combina.ions of two independent sets of La.b＇s singula. solutions, i.e., the integra. solutions for two concentra.ed surfa.e loa.s in two directions; a.d their deriva.ives a.e used to represent the sca.tered wa.e fields. a.technique is proposed to ca.cula.e the integra.s in the wa.e-number doma.n ba.ed on the method of steepest descent. The luminescent properties of ZnSe, ZnSe：Cr（0.05 a..% Cr）, ZnSe：Yb（0.03 a..% Yb） a.d ZnSe：Cr：Yb（0.05 a..% Cr, 0.05 a..% Yb） crysta.s, doped during the growth process by the chemica. va.or tra.sport method, were studied within the tempera.ure interva. of 6–300 K. a. the 6 K tempera.ure in the visible spectra. ra.ge 2 ba.ds were observed： a.ba.d in the excitonic spectra. region a.d a.ba.d of self-a.tiva.ed luminescence. it wa. shown tha. co-doping of zinc selenide crysta.s with the chromium a.d ytterbium led to the combina.ion of the impurities influence on the photoluminescent properties. a. the liquid helium tempera.ure in the middle infra.ed ra.ge of the spectra.of the ytterbium a.d chromium co-doped crysta. a.ba.d with the ma.imum loca.ized a. 1.7μm wa. observed, which wa. overla.ped with a.complex ba.d in the middle-iR spectra. ra.ge, cha.a.teristic for the chromium doped ZnSe crysta.s. On the ba.is of obta.ned da.a.a. intera.tion mecha.ism of the chromium a.d ytterbium co-doping impurities wa. proposed. Guided by the existent model of the ytterbium ion incorpora.ion in the selenide subla.tice of the ZnSe crysta.s, a. a.sumption a.out sta.iliza.ion of single cha.ged chromium ions in the zinc subla.tice crysta. nodes, by mea.s of forma.ion of the loca. cha.ge compensa.ing clusters, wa. ma.e. it wa. a.sumed tha. the resona.t energy tra.sfer from one chromium ion to a.other,which led to the concentra.ion quenching of the iR emission in the ZnSe：Cr PL spectra. would lea. to the broa.ening of the iR emission in the spectra.of ytterbium a.d chromium co-doped zinc selenide crysta.s.g

We ha.e a.plied Ma.well＇s equa.ions to study the physics of qua.tum Ha.l＇s effect. The electroma.netic properties of this system a.e obta.ned. The Ha.l＇s volta.e, VH ---- 27rh2ns/em, where ns is the electron number density, for a.2- dimensiona. system, a.d h ---- 27rh is the Pla.ck＇s consta.t, is found to coincide with the volta.e drop a.ross the qua.tum ca.a.itor. Considera.ion of the cyclotronic motion of electrons is found to give rise to Ha.l＇s resista.ce. Ohmic resista.ces in the horizonta. a.d vertica. directions ha.e been found to exist before equilibrium sta.e is rea.hed. a. a.funda.enta. level, the Ha.l＇s effect is found to be equiva.ent to a.resona.t LCR circuit with LH = 2π m/e2ns a.d CH -= me2/π2h2ns sa.isfying the resona.ce condition with resona.t frequency equa. to the inverse of the sca.tering （rela.a.ion） time, τs. The Ha.l＇s resista.ce is found to be RH = √LH/CH The Ha.l＇s resista.ce ma. be connected with the impeda.ce tha. the electron wa.e experiences when it propa.a.es in the 2-dimensiona. ga..
