BACKGROUnD The classification of uterine sarcomas is based on distinctive morphological and immunophenotypic chara.teristics,increasingly supported by molecular genetic *** on neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase(nTRK)gene fusionpositive uterine sarcoma,potentially aggressive and morphologically similar to fibrosarcoma,are limited due to its recent ***-TRK immunohistochemistry(IHC)analysis serves as an effective screening tool with high sensitivity and specificity for nTRK-fusion *** SUMMARY We report a case of a malignant mesenchymal tumor originating from the uterine cervix,which was pan-TRK IHC-positive but lacked nTRK gene fusions,accompanied by a brief litera.ure review.A 55-year-old woman presented to the emergency department with abdominal pain and distension,exhibiting significant ascites and multiple solid pelvic *** examination revealed a tumor encompassing the uterine cervix,extending to the vagina and uterine corpus.A punch biopsy of the cervix indicated nTRK sarcoma with positive immunochemical pan-TRK ***,subsequent next genera.ion sequencing revealed no nTRK gene fusion,leading to a diagnosis of poorly differentiated,advanced-stage *** The clinical significance of nTRK gene fusion lies in potential treatment with TRK inhibitors for positive *** such ra.e tumors is crucial due to the potential applicability of tropomyosin receptor kinase inhibitor treatment.

Coffea(coffee) species are grown in almost all countries along the Equator. Many members of the genus have a large production history and an important role both in the global market and researches. Seeds(Coffeae semen) are successfully used in food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries due to its caffeine and high polyphenol content. nowadays, the three best-known coffee species are Ara.ic(Coffea ara.ica L.), Robusta(Coffea robusta L. Linden), and Liberian coffees(Coffea liberica Hier.). Even though, many records are available on coffee in scientific litera.ure, wild coffee species like Bengal coffee(Coffea benghalensis Roxb. Ex Schult.) could offer many new opportunities and challenges for phytochemical and medical studies. In this comprehensive summary, we focused on the ethnomedicinal, phytochemical, and medical significance of coffee species up to the present.

Pipeline tra.sport of hydrogen is one of today’s economic and environmental *** order to find safe and reliable application of both existing gas and build new pipelines,it is essential to carry out tests on full-scale pipeline section,including the potentially more dangerous places than the main pipe,the girth *** the investigations,pipeline sections of P355nH steel with girth welds were prepared and exposed to pure hydrogen at twice the maximum allowable opera.ing pressure for 41 ***,full-scale burst tests were carried out and specimens were cut and prepared from the typical locations of the failed pipeline sections for mechanical,and macro-and microstructura. *** results obtained were evaluated and compared with data from previous full-scale tests on pipeline sections without hydrogen *** results showed differences in the behavior of pipeline sections loaded in different ways,with different chara.teristics of the materials and the welded joints,both in the cases without hydrogen exposure and in the cases exposed to hydrogen.

Microbial electrosynthesis(MES) can potentially provide a mean for storing renewable energy surpluses as chemical energy. However, the fluctuating nature of these energy sources may represent a threat to MES, as the microbial communities that develop on the biocathode rely on the continuous existence of a polarized electrode. This work assesses how MES performance, product genera.ion and microbial community evolution are affected by a long-period(6 weeks) power off(open circuit). Acetogenic and H2-producing bacteria activity recovered after reconnection. However, few days later syntrophic acetate oxidation bacteria and H2-consuming methanogens became dominant, producing CH4 as the main product, via electromethanogenesis and the syntrophic intera.tion between eubacterial and archaeal communities which consume both the acetic acid and the hydrogen present in the cathode environment. Thus,the system proved to be resilient to a long-term power interruption in terms of electroactivity. At the same time, these results demonstra.ed that the system could be extensively affected in both end product genera.ion and microbial communities.

Aims Forest fra.mentation and reduced tree population densities can poten-tially have negative impacts on mating patterns,offspring genetic diversity and reproductive *** aim of the present study is to test these hypotheses comparing an extremely fra.mented,low tree density(~0.02 trees/ha)holm oak(Quercus ilex l.)stand from Centra. spain with a nearby high tree density stand(~50 trees/ha).Methods We genotyped adult trees and seeds from the low-density stand(436 seeds from 15 families)and the high-density stand(404 seeds from 11 families)using nine microsatellite *** these data,we performed paternity analyses,determined pollen flow,mating patterns and pollen pool structure,and estimated progeny genetic diversity in both *** also studied seed set and production and performed a pollen supplementation experiment to determine whether reduced tree density has limited foreign pollen *** Findings We have found extensive pollen immigra.ion(>75%)into the low tree density stand and monte carlo simulations revealed that pollen moves larger distances than expected from null models of ra.dom *** patterns and differentiation of pollen pools were similar in the high-density stand and the low-density stand but we found higher inter-annual differentiation of pollen pools in the *** genetic diversity and self-fertilization ra.es did not dif-fer between the low-density stand and the high-density *** set ra.es were significantly lower in the low-density stand than in the high-density stand and experimental cross-pollen supplementation evidenced that foreign pollen availability is indeed a limiting factor in the ***,seed crops did not differ between the low-density stand and the high-density stand,indicating that limitation of foreign pollen is not likely to be of great concern in terms of reduced seed production and potential *** forest regenera.ion due to other ecological and human fac
