The.e.we.e.cla.sifie. into 13 phyla. 26 cla.se., 48 orde.s, 96 fa.ilie. a.d 176 ge.e.a. a. the.phylum le.e., the.most fre.ue.t ba.te.ia. communitie. we.e. for PFM, Prote.ba.te.ia.(38.94%) a.d Firmicute. (19.37%);for PFL, Firmicute. (69.10%) a.d Prote.ba.te.ia.(30.89%);for PNFL, Firmicute. (84.92%) a.d Prote.ba.te.ia.(14.22%). we.e.the.most fre.ue.t in PFL, while.a.idoba.te.ia.(40.02%), Prote.ba.te.ia.(38.94%) a.d Firmicute. (19.37%) we.e.pre.onde.a.t in PFM. Firmicute.
