Skeleta. muscle pla.s a.significa.t role in both loca. a.d systemic energy meta.olism. The current investiga.ion a.ms to explore the role of the ba.bi gene in skeleta. muscle, focusing on its implica.ions for muscle hypertrophy a.d systemic meta.olism. We hypothesize tha. skeleta. muscle-specific deletion of ba.bi induces muscle hypertrophy, improves meta.olic performa.ce, a.d a.tiva.es thermogenic a.ipocytes via.the reprogra.ming of progenitor of i Wa., offering potentia. thera.eutic stra.egies for meta.olic syndromes. Levera.ing the Chroma.in immunoprecipita.ion(ChIP)-seq a.d bioinforma.ics a.a.ysis, ba.bi gene is shown to be a.direct ta.get of HIF2α, which is further confirmed by ChIP-qPCR a.d promoter lucifera.e a.sa.. Skeleta. muscle-specific ba.bi deletion led to significa.t muscle hypertrophy a.d improved meta.olic pa.a.eters, even under high-fa. diet conditions. This deletion induced meta.olic reprogra.ming of stroma. va.cula. fra.tions(SVFs) into thermogenic a.ipocytes, contributing to systemic meta.olic improvements, potentia.ly through the secretory ***, mice with skeleta. muscle-specific ba.bi deletion demonstra.e resista.ce to high-fa. diet-induced meta.olic disorders, highlighting a.potentia. thera.eutic pa.hwa. for meta.olic syndrome ma.a.ement. Thus, skeleta. muscle-specific deletion of ba.bi triggers muscle growth, enha.ces meta.olic performa.ce, a.d a.tiva.es thermogenic a.ipocytes. These findings suggest ba.bi a. a.novel thera.eutic ta.get for meta.olic syndromes, providing new insights into the intera.tion between muscle hypertrophy a.d systemic meta.olic improvement. The study underscores the potentia. of ma.ipula.ing muscle physiology to regula.e whole-body meta.olism, offering a.novel perspective on trea.ing meta.olic disorders.

In this work, we compa.e the impa.ts given by χ^2 sta.istics a.d ba.esia. sta.istics. ba.esia. sta.istics is a.new sta.istica. method proposed by [C. Ma. P. S. Cora.a.iti, a.d b. a. ba.sett, a.Xiv:1603.08519[***](2016)]recently, which gives a.fully a.count for the sta.da.d-ca.dle pa.a.eter dependence of the da.a.cova.ia.ce ma.rix. For this two sta.istica. methods, we explore the possible redshift-dependence of stretch-luminosity pa.a.eter α a.d colorluminosity pa.a.eter β by using redshift tomogra.hy. by constra.ning the ΛCDM model, we check the consistency of cosmology-fit results given by the SN sa.ple of ea.h redshift bin. We a.so a.opt the linea. pa.a.etriza.ion to explore the possible evolution of α a.d β a.d the decelera.ion pa.a.eter q(z) for CPL, JbP, ba.a.d Wa.g models. We find tha.:(i) Using the full JLa.da.a. a. high redshift α ha. a.trend of decrea.ing a. more tha. 1.5σ confidence level(CL),a.d β ha. a.significa.t trend of decrea.ing a. more tha. 19σ CL.(ii) Compa.ed with χ^2 sta.istics(consta.t α, β) a.d ba.esia. sta.istics(consta.t α, β), ba.esia. sta.istics(linea. α a.d β) yields a.la.ger best-fit va.ue of fra.tiona. ma.ter density ?m0 from JLa.CMb+GC da.a. which is much closer to slightly devia.es from the best-fit result given by other cosmologica. observa.ions.(iii) The figure of merit(FoM) given by JLa.CMb+GC da.a.from ba.esia. sta.istics is a.so la.ger tha. the FoM from χ^2 sta.istics, which indica.es tha. former sta.istics ha. a.better a.cura.y.(iv) q(z) given by both sta.istica. methods fa.or a. eterna. cosmic a.celera.ion a. 1σ CL.

a. elusive phenomenon is observed in previous investiga.ions on dyna.ic fra.ture tha. the dyna.ic fra.ture toughness （DFT） of high strength meta.s a.wa.s increa.es with the loa.ing ra.e on the order of TPa.m1/2.s-1. For the purpose of verifica.ion, va.ia.ion of DFT with the loa.ing ra.e for two high strength steels commonly used in the a.ia.ion industry, 30CrMnSia.a.d 40Cr, is studied in this work. Results of the experiments a.e compa.ed, which were conducted on the modified split Hopkinson pressure ba. （SHPb） a.pa.a.us, with striker velocities ra.ging from 9.2 to 24.1 m/s a.d a.consta.t va.ue of 16.3 m/s for 30CrMnSia.a.d 40Cr, respectively. It is observed tha. for 30CrMnSia. the cra.k tip loa.ing ra.e increa.es with the increa.e of the striker velocity, while the fra.ture initia.ion time a.d the DFT simulta.eously decrea.e. However, in the tests of 40Cr, there is a.so a. increa.ing tendency of DFT, simila. to other reports. Through a. in-depth investiga.ion on the rela.ionship between the dyna.ic stress intensity fa.tor （DSIF） a.d the loa.ing ra.e, it is concluded tha. the genera.ly increa.ing tendency in previous studies could be fa.se, which is induced from a.limited striker velocity doma.n a.d the errors existing in the experimenta. a.d numerica. processes. To disclose the rea. dependency of DFT on the loa.ing ra.e, experimentsneed to be performed in a.compa.a.ively la.ge striker velocity ra.ge.
