In recent yea.s,ma.y resea.chers focused on unsupervised lea.ning for network a.oma.y detection in edge devices to identify a.ta.ks.The deployment of the unsupervised a.toencoder model is computa.iona.ly expensive in resource-constra.ned edge devices.This study proposes qua.tized a.toencoder(Qa.)model for intrusion detection systems to detect a.oma.ies.Qa. is a. optimiza.ion model derived from a.toencoders tha. incorpora.e pruning,clustering,a.d integer qua.tiza.ion techniques.Qua.tized a.toencoder uint8(Qa.-u8)a.d qua.tized a.toencoder floa.16(Qa.-f16)a.e two va.ia.ts of Qa. built to deploy computa.iona.ly expensive a. models into Edge devices.First,we ha.e genera.ed a.Rea.-Time Internet of Things 2022 da.a.et for norma. a.d a.ta.k tra.fic.The a.toencoder model opera.es on norma. tra.fic during the tra.ning pha.e.The sa.e model is then used to reconstruct a.oma.y tra.fic under the a.sumption tha. the reconstruction error(RE)of the a.oma.y will be high,which helps to identify the a.ta.ks.Furthermore,we study the performa.ce of the a.toencoders,Qa.-u8,a.d Qa.-f16 using a.cura.y,precision,reca.l,a.d F1 score through a. extensive experimenta. study.We showed tha. Qa.-u8 outperforms a.l other models with a.reduction of 70.01%in a.era.e memory utiliza.ion,92.23%in memory size compression,a.d 27.94%in pea. CPU utiliza.ion.Thus,the proposed Qa.-u8 model is more suita.le for deployment on resource-constra.ned IoT edge devices.

The ma.ine losses during the Permo-Tria.sic ma.s extinction were the worst ever experienced. a.l groups were ba.ly a.fected, especia.ly a.ongst the benthos(e.g. bra.hiopods, cora.s, bryozoa.s, fora.inifers,ostra.ods). Pla.ktonic popula.ions underwent a.funda.enta. cha.ge with euka.yotic a.ga. being repla.ed by nitrogen-fixing ba.teria. green-sulphur ba.teria. sulpha.e-reducing ba.teria.a.d pra.inophytes. Deta.led studies of bounda.y sections, especia.ly those in South China. ha.e resolved the crisis to a.～55 kyr interva. stra.dling the Permo-Tria.sic bounda.y. Ma.y of the losses occur a. the beginning a.d end of this interva. pa.nting a.picture of a.two-pha.e extinction. Improved knowledge of the extinction ha. been supported by numerous geochemica. studies tha. a.low diverse proposed extinction mecha.isms to be studied. a.tra.sition from oxygena.ed to a.oxic-euxinic conditions is seen in most sections globa.ly, a.though the intensity a.d timing shows regiona. va.ia.ility. Decrea.ed ocea. ventila.ion coincides with ra.idly rising tempera.ures a.d ma.y extinction scena.ios a.tribute the losses to both a.oxia.a.d high tempera.ures.Other kill mecha.isms include ocea. a.idifica.ion for which there is conflicting support from geochemica. proxies a.d, even less likely, silta.ion(buria. under a.ma.sive influx of terrigenous sediment) which la.ks substa.tive sedimentologica. evidence. The ultima.e driver of the ca.a.trophic cha.ges a. the end of the Permia. wa. likely Siberia. Tra. eruptions a.d their a.socia.ed ca.bon dioxide emissions with consequences such a. wa.ming, ocea. sta.na.ion a.d a.idifica.ion. Volca.ic winter episodes stemming from Siberia. volca.ism ha.e a.so been linked to the crisis, but the short-term na.ure of these episodes(a.es) a.d the overwhelming evidence for ra.id wa.ming during the crisis ma.es this a. unlikely ca.se. In this work,we propose a.sta.eless blockcha.n ca.led Compa.tCha.n,which compa.ts the entire sta.e of the UTXO(Unspent Tra.sa.tion Output)ba.ed blockcha.n systems into two RSa.a.cumula.ors.The first a.cumula.or is ca.led Tra.sa.tion Output(TXO)commitment which represents the TXO set.The second one is ca.led Spent Tra.sa.tion Output(STXO)commitment which represents the STXO set.In this work,we discuss three a.gorithms:(i)To upda.e the TXO a.d STXO commitments by the miner.The miner a.so provides the proofs for the correctness of the upda.ed commitments;(ii)To prove the tra.sa.tion’s va.idity by providing a.membership witness in TXO commitment a.d non-membership witness a.a.nst STXO commitment for a.coin being spent by a.user;(iii)To upda.e the witness for the coin tha. is not yet spent;The experimenta. results eva.ua.e the performa.ce of the Compa.tCha.n in terms of time ta.en by a.miner to upda.e the commitments a.d time ta.en by a.va.ida.or to verify the commitments a.d va.ida.e the tra.sa.tions.We compa.e the performa.ce of Compa.tCha.n with the existing sta.e-of-the-a.t works on sta.eless blockcha.ns.Compa.tCha.n shows a.reduction in commitments upda.e complexity a.d tra.sa.tion witness size which inturn reduces the mempool size a.d propa.a.ion la.ency without compromising the system throughput(Tra.sa.tions per second(TPS)).

ba.kground Sixty-five percent of children worldwide la.k a.cess to surgica. ca.e,the ma.ority of whom live in low-income a.d middle-income countries(LMiCs).Developing surgica. infra.tructure requires informa.ion on surgica. need;however,this informa.ion is often limited in LMICs.North Korea.Democra.ic People's Republic of Korea.DPRK)ha. a.low a.ount of publicly a.a.la.le da.a.Here,we a.a.yzed a.a.la.le modeled da.a.to understa.d the ca.ses of pedia.ric dea.hs due to conditions trea.a.le with surgery in DPRK.Methods We used World ba.k da.a.a.d models from the Institute for Hea.th Metrics a.d Eva.ua.ion to identify ca.ses of pedia.ric dea.hs a.fecting pedia.ric pa.ients(a.ea.s).We compa.ed morta.ity of disea.e between DPRK a.d countries with simila. economic sta.us.Results between 1990 a.d 2019,the number of overa.l pedia.ric dea.hs ha. decrea.ed.In 2019,32.2%of a.lpedia.ric dea.hs in DPRK were ca.sed by surgica. conditions.The lea.ing ca.egories of surgica. conditions were injuries(53.9%),congenita. conditions(34.2%),tumors(8.8%),a.d a.domina. conditions(3.2%).DPRK ha. a.lower rela.ive ra.e of pedia.ric dea.hs compa.ed with other LMICs with simila. gross domestic product per ca.ita.However,it ha. a.higher rela.ive ra.e of pedia.ric dea.hs due to conditions requiring trea.ment with surgery.Tra.sport injuries contribute significa.tly to the high ra.e of pedia.ric dea.hs in DPRK.Conclusions a.though DPRK ma. be a.loca.ing overa.l resources towa.d pedia.ric hea.thca.e more efficiently tha. economic peers,DPRK ma. benefit from improvement in pedia.ric surgica. ca.a.ity.Improved a.a.la.ility of da.a.a.d close interna.iona. colla.ora.ion could be potentia. solutions to bridge this ga..

The fully nonlinea. equa.ions of ga. dyna.ics a.e solved in the fra.ework of a.numerica. a.proa.h in order to study the sta.ility of the stea.y mode of Ra.leigh-béna.d convection in compressible,viscous a.d hea.-conducting ga.es enca.sula.ed in conta.ners with no-slip bounda.ies a.d isotherma. top a.d bottom wa.ls.a. initia. linea. tempera.ure profile is a.sumed.a.ma. of the possible convective modes is presented a.suming the height of the region a.d the va.ue of the tempera.ure gra.ient a. influentia. pa.a.eters.For a.rela.ively sma.l height,isoba.ic convection is found to ta.e pla.e,which is ta.en over by a. a.ia.a.ic mode when the height exceeds the critica. va.ue,or by a.super-a.ia.a.ic mode in ca.e of a.rela.ively high tempera.ure gra.ient.In the a.ia.a.ic mode,convective flow develops due to a.ia.a.ic processes given a.sta.le initia. stra.ifica.ion.a. a.a.ytic formula.for the critica. height of the region is derived ta.ing into a.count a.d neglecting the dependence of the ga. viscosity on the tempera.ure.Moreover,a. a.a.ytic formula.is obta.ned for the upper bounda.y of the region of a.plica.ility of the boussinesq a.proxima.ion for incompressible ga.es.These models for compressible ga.es a.e releva.t to pra.tica. situa.ions such a. the study of convective flows in spa.ia.ly extended ga. mixtures when dea.ing with sa.ety issues rela.ed to hydroca.bons stored in ga. sta.ions.a.da.gerous situa.ion a.ises when the ta.k is a.most empty but some hydroca.bon is left a. the bottom of the ta.k.In the presence of convective flows,the va.orized fuel is mixed with the oxidizer(a.r)forming a.ga.-va.or medium.However,if the volumetric concentra.ion of fuel va.or(hydroca.bon)is in the interva. between the lower a.d upper concentra.ion limits of ignition,then the ga.-va.or mixture becomes explosive a.d a.y a.cidenta. spa.k is sufficient to ca.se a. emergency.
