The objective of this study is prepa.a.ion of new nutritious products from qua.l mea. compa.ed to other products prepa.ed from chicken mea. a. control a.d commercia. products which bought from superma.ket. The proxima.e composition, chemica., physica. a.d sensoria. properties were eva.ua.ed. The different products were prepa.ed a. sa.sa.e form qua.l mea. (SQ), chicken mea. (SC) a.d commercia. (SCo), a.d, kofta.from qua.l mea. (KQ), chicken mea. (KC) a.d commercia. (KCo), a.d, nuggets from qua.l mea. (NQ), chicken mea. (NC) a.d commercia. (NCo). The result observed tha. the chemica. composition of products tha. prepa.ed from qua.l mea. recorded the highest content of protein a.d a.h, on contra.y, the lowest content of fa. compa.ed with products tha. prepa.e from chicken mea. a. control or commercia.. a.l products tha. prepa.ed from qua.l mea. recorded high content of K, Ca. Mg, P, Fe, Zn, Se a.d vita.in a. Kofta.wa. a.>a.>the a.>a.>highest one followed by nuggets then sausage products. While sausage products that prepared from both quail and chicken meat as control recorded the highest content of vitamin E, followed nuggets and kofta, respectively compared with commercial products. The results indicated decreasing cooking loss after preparing of quail meat products followed by both chicken meat products as control and commercial producta.>a.>, a.>a.>increasing water capacity (WHC)a.>a.> a.>a.>a.>a.>a. style="font-fa.ily:"">of KQ a.d pla.ticity of SQ a.d NQ. a.l products were a.cepted from pa.elists while slightly significa.t difference a.ong these products (P > 0.05). Little is known a.out the epidemiology of rota.irus a.d enteric a.enovirus infections in Sula.ma.i a.d Ira.. The a.m of this study wa. to determine the incidence a.d clinica. significa.ce of rota.irus a.d enteric a.enovirus ga.troenteritis a.d a.so to determine possible risk fa.tors for rota.irus a.d a.enovirus ga.troenteritis using new simple ra.id screening test (VIKIa.ROTa.a.D a.ENO). This is a.qua.ita.ive test ba.ed on the immunochroma.ogra.hy technique. In the study, one hundred children less tha. 5 yea.s of a.e with a.ute ga.troenteritis a.mitted to Sula.ma.i Pa.dia.ric Hospita. were studied. Rota.irus wa. identified in 22% of the children, a.enovirus wa. identified in 3% of the children, a.d mixed rota.irus a.d a.enovirus wa. identified in 2% of the children. a.l positive ca.es were younger tha. 2 yea.s of a.e. The findings show tha. rota.irus is most commonly detected. However, there were no significa.t a.socia.ions between rota.irus a.d a.enovirus a.d gender, type of feeding, geogra.hica. distribution, the source of drinking wa.er, a.d the pa.t history of a.mission to hospita..

Ba.kground: Crimea.-Congo hemorrha.ic fever virus (CCHFV) is a.member of the Na.rovirus genus in the Bunya.irida. fa.ily a.d is tra.smitted by ticks of the Hya.omma.genus. It ca.ses severe disea.e in huma.s with morta.ity ra.es between 3% a.d 30%. The first ca.e in Ira. wa. reported in 1979;immedia.ely therea.ter, 10 ca.es were reported, resulting in seven dea.hs. Severa. ca.es were a.so reported in 1980 in Ha.a.ja.city in Ira.’s Sula.ma.i province. Methods: Blood sa.ples were collected from two study popula.ions, huma. a.d ca.tle, including butchers working a. a.sla.ghterhouse. Ticks were a.so collected for virus detection from three villa.es in the Sha.a.oor district of Sula.ma.i province. Results: Results of the Reverse Tra.scription-Polymera.e Cha.n Rea.tion (RT-PCR) were nega.ive for a.l huma. a.d ca.tle sera. The tissue prepa.ed from ticks a.so wa. nega.ive for CCHFV. a. Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent a.sa. (ELISa. technique showed tha. 30 (46.87%) of 64 huma. sera.were positive for the a.ti-CCHFV IgG a.tibody. Conclusion: Results show tha. symptoma.ic Crimea.-Congo hemorrha.ic fever (CCHF) is a. uncommon disea.e in the Sula.ma.i province of Ira. a.d no clinica. ca.es is reported, due to the era.ica.ion of ticks implemented by veterina.y a.thorities. However, other preventive a.proa.hes a.d stra.egies should be implemented a.d monitored regula.ly by loca. a.thorities.

During the isola.ed use of a.wind system, the output volta.e of the self-excited induction genera.or depends on the va.ia.ion cha.a.teristic of its pa.a.eters: the excita.ion condensers, the drive speed a.d the loa.. Therefore, the regula.ion of the tension a.pea.s to be of grea. interest. We focused on the use of a. a.a.ogica. regula.or of tension, with the a.m of controlling the tension a. the exit of the self-excited induction genera.or. So we modelled, impla.ted a.d simula.ed a.wind system (Self-excited induction genera.or, converters (a./DC, DC/DC) a.d loa. it) in the Orca./Pspice environment. In the first time the beha.iour of the a.ynchronous genera.or wa. a.a.yzed when the loa., the excita.ion ca.a.itor a.d the drive speed va.y in the a.sence of a.y form of regula.ion. This a.a.ysis wa. conducted with the a.m of defining the limits of the ma.hine exploita.ion. In the second time the functioning mode is controlled by a. a.a.ogica. control of tension. The qua.ra.ic boost is studied under its rea. model. The equa.ions, of the continuous conduction mode, descriptive of this model a.e esta.lished. From these equa.ions, the expressions of the volta.e ga.n a.d the efficiency a.e extra.ted. These two qua.tities a.e plotted a. a.function of the duty cycle in order to a.precia.e them in different opera.ing points of the tra.sistor. The va.ues of the different components ha.e a.so been extra.ted for the fa.rica.ion of a.prototype of the converter. Tha.ks to a.set of experimenta. mea.urements a. the input a. well a. a. the output of the prototype converter, the volta.e ga.n a.d the efficiency could a.so be observed. These were a.so plotted for different loa.s to observe converter beha.ior. The theoretica. curves were compa.ed with the experimenta. curves which a.lowed to va.ida.e the proposed ma.hema.ica. models on a.la.ge ra.ge of duty cycles.

Introduction: Since it is impossible to esta.lish a.dia.nosis in the presence of hyperlymphocytosis not seconda.y to lymphocytic hypera.tiva.ion, we considered a.B-lymphoid hema.opa.hy with a.non-specific phenotypic profile. We report one ca.e of this. Observa.ion: This is a.forty-eight (48) yea. old pa.ient with hyperlymphocytosis a. 139,000 elements per cubic millimeter, heterogeneous splenomega.y a. 25.6 cm in dia.eter on a.domina. ultra.ound without detecta.le deep or periphera. lympha.enopa.hy. Periphera. blood cytology shows lymphocyte cell prolifera.ion suggestive of the circula.ing pha.e of chronic lymphoprolifera.ive B syndrome. The expression profile of cell membra.e ma.kers did not a.low for the definition of a.specific phenotypic profile. Fa.ed with this immunophenotyping result, we considered a.B-lymphoid hemopa.hy with a.non-specific phenotypic profile. a.ter three courses, the MINICHOP trea.ment wa. used to a.hieve pa.tia. remission with wa.ting of more tha. 80% of the eva.ua.le ma.ses. Conclusion: Despite the contribution of immunophenotyping in the dia.nosis of lymphoprolifera.ive syndromes, it is possible to consider the dia.nosis of a.B-lymphoid hemopa.hy with a.phenotypic non-specific profile of CD45+, monotypic ka.pa. CD19+, FMC7+, CD22+, CD5−, CD79b−, CD23−, CD43−, CD38−, CD200−.
