Tita.ium a.d its a.loys ha.e numerous biomedica. a.plica.ions tha.ks to the composition a.d morphology of their oxide *** this study,the colorful oxide films were formed by a.odizing ca.t Ti-6a.-4V a.d Ti-6a.-7Nb a.loys in a.10%oxa.ic a.id solution for 30 s a. different volta.es(20–80 V)of a.direct current power *** force microscopy wa. used a. a. a.cura.e tool to mea.ure the surfa.e roughness of thin films on the na.ometer *** electron microscopy a.d X-ra. diffra.tion were performed to a.a.yze surfa.e morphology a.d pha.e *** to the results,the produced tita.ium oxide la.er showed high surfa.e roughness,which increa.ed with increa.ing a.odizing *** impa.t of a.odizing volta.es on the color a.d roughness of a.odized la.ers wa. *** corrosion resista.ce of the a.odized sa.ples wa. studied in simula.ed body fluid a. pH 7.4 a.d a.tempera.ure of 37℃ utilizing electrochemica. impeda.ce spectroscopy a.d the potentiodyna.ic pola.iza.ion *** a.odized sa.ples for both a.loys a. 40 V were a. the optima. volta.e,lea.ing to a.TiO_(2) la.er forma.ion with the best compromise between oxide thickness a.d corrosion ***,findings showed tha. integra.ing tita.ium-ba.ed impla.ts with the surrounding bone tissue rema.ns cha.lenging. This study a.ms to explore the impa.t of different a.odiza.ion volta.es （20-80V） on the surfa.e topogra.hy of two-pha.e （α/β） Ti a.loys a.d to produce TiO2films with enha.ced bone forma.ion a.ilities. Sca.ning electron microscopy coupled with energy dispersive spectroscopy （SEM-EDS） a.d a.omic force microscopy （a.M） were a.plied to investiga.e the morphologica.， chemica.， a.d surfa.e topogra.hy of the prepa.ed a.loys a.d to confirm the growth of hydroxya.a.ite （Ha. on their surfa.es. Results disclosed tha. the surfa.e roughness of TiO2films formed on Ti-6a.-7Nb a.loys wa. superior to tha. of Ti–6a.–4V a.loys. Ti-6a.-7Nb a.loy a.odized a. 80 V ha. the highest yields of Ha.a.ter immersion in SBF with enha.ced Ha.surfa.e covera.e. The developed Ha.la.er ha. a.mea. thickness of 128.38 ± 18.13 μm， suggesting its potentia. use a. a. orthopedic impla.ta.le ma.eria. due to its promising bone integra.ion a.d， hence， rema.ka.le sta.ility inside the huma. body.

Synthesis of zinc oxide na.opa.ticles (Zn-NPs) via.green method is a. outsta.ding a.terna.ive to conventiona./regula. methods; however， the sa.ety or toxicity of the biosynthesized ZnO-NPs in vivo is not fully explored. This study wa. conducted to eva.ua.e the protective efficiency of cinna.a.dehyde-loa.ed chitosa. na.opa.ticles (Cin@CSNPs) a.a.nst oxida.ive da.a.e a.d genotoxicity of zinc oxide na.opa.ticles (ZnO-NPs) in mice. ZnO-NPs were biosynthesized using the extra.t of fresh lea.es of Mentha.pulegium L. Cin wa. extra.ted from cinna.on essentia. oil， a.d wa. loa.ed into chitosa. na.opa.ticle (Cin@CSNPs). Both ZnO-NPs， Cin@CSNPs a.d CSNPs were cha.a.terized. The in vitro relea.e of Cin@CSNPs wa. determined. in the biologica. study， 6 groups of ma.e Ba.b/c mice were trea.ed by ga.a.e for 3 weeks a. follows， control group， the group received ZnO-NPs (25 mg/kg b.w)， the groups received Cin@CSNPs a. low dose (50 mg/kg b.w) or high dose (100 mg/kg b.w)， a.d the groups received ZnO-NPs plus Cin@CSNPs a. the two tested doses. Blood a.d tissue sa.ples were collected for different biochemica.， genetica. a.d histologica. studies. The pa.ticle size of ZnO-NPs， CSNPs， a.d Cin@CSNPs were (20.78 ± 2.6)， (170.0 ± 3.7)， a.d (218.23 ± 2.9) nm， a.d ξ-potentia. were (32.7 ± 4.6)， (8.32 ± 0.27) a.d (4.8 ± 0.21)， respectively. ZnO-NPs disturbed the biochemica. a.d oxida.ive stress indices， a.P， CEa. TNF-α， chromosoma. a.erra.ions in soma.ic a.d germ cells， a.d sperm a.norma.ity a.ong with severe pa.hologica. cha.ges in the hepa.ic， rena.， a.d testicula. tissues. Cin@CSNPs improved significa.tly a.l the pa.a.eters tested a.d the histologica. picture in a.dose-dependent. Therefore， the biosynthesized ZnO-NPs exhibit oxida.ive da.a.e a.d genotoxicity， a.d Cin@CSNPs ha.e potentia. protective effects a.a.nst the risks of ZnO-NPs a.d ma. be a.promising tool to overcome the cha.lenges of using Cin in food a.d pha.ma.eutica.s a.plica.ions.

Neoproterozoic isla.d a.c a.sembla.e of the a.a.ia.–Nubia. in this a.ticle,we suggest a.new form of modified Kudrya.hov’s method(NMK)to study the Dua.-mode Sa.a.a.Kotera.*** know very well tha. the more the solutions depend on ma.y consta.ts,the ea.ier it is to study the model better by observing the cha.ge in the consta.ts a.d wha. their impa.t is on the *** this point of view,we developed the modified Kudrya.hov method a.d put it in a.genera. form tha. conta.ns more tha. one controlla.le *** ha.e studied the model in this wa. a.d presented figures showing the correctness of wha. we hoped to rea.h from the proposed *** a.dition to the results we rea.hed,they were not sufficient,so we presented a. extensive numerica. study of this model using the finite differences *** a.so ca.e up with the loca. trunca.ion error for the difference scheme is h^(6) k^(2)(1+k^(2)).in a.dition,the a.a.ytica. solutions we rea.hed were compa.ed with the numerica. solutions,a.d we presented ma.y forms tha. show tha. the results we rea.hed a.e a.clea. contribution to this field.
