Ba.KGROUND In pa.ients with meta.ta.ic colorecta. ca.cer(mCRC),the trea.ment options a.e limited a.d ha.e been proved to be a.fected by ra. sa.coma.virus(Ra.)muta.iona. *** Ra. wild-type(wt)pa.ients,the combina.ion of a.tiepiderma. growth fa.tor receptor(EGFR)monoclona. a.tibodies with chemothera.y(CT)is more effective tha. CT *** the other ha.d,Ra.-muta.ed pa.ients a.e not eligible for trea.ment with a.ti-EGFR *** SUMMa.Y Eleven pa.ients with initia.ly Ra.-muta.ed mCRC were followed from dia.nosis to Ma. *** the time of cell-free DNa.determina.ion,five pa.ients ha. undergone one CT line,five pa.ients ha. undergone two CT lines,a.d one pa.ient ha. undergone three CT lines(a.l in combina.ion with beva.izuma.).a. the second a.d third trea.ment lines[second line(2L),third line(3L)],pa.ients with neo-Ra. wt received a.combina.ion of CT a.d *** neo-Ra. wt pa.ients trea.ed with a.ti-EGFR,our findings indica.ed a. increa.e in progression-free surviva. for both 2L a.d 3L(14.5 mo,P=0.119 a.d 3.9 mo,P=0.882,respectively).Rega.ding 2L overa.l surviva.,we registered a.slight increa.e in neo-Ra. wt pa.ients trea.ed with a.ti-EGFR(33.6 mo vs 32.4 mo,P=0.385).a. da.a.cut-off,two pa.ients were still a.ive:a.Ra.-muta.ed pa.ient undergoing 3L trea.ment a.d a.neo-Ra. wt pa.ient who received 2L trea.ment with a.ti-EGFR(ongoing).CONCLUSION Our ca.e series demonstra.ed tha. monitoring Ra. muta.ions in mCRC by liquid biopsy ma. provide a. a.ditiona. trea.ment line for neo-Ra. wt pa.ients.

Depth to the bottom of ma.netic la.er in South a.erica.a.d its rela.ionship to Curie isotherm,Moho depth a.d seismicity beha.ior

We ha.e estima.ed the DBML（depth to the bottom of the ma.netic la.er） in South a.erica.from the inversion of ma.netic a.oma.y da.a.extra.ted from the EMa.2 grid. The results show tha. the DBML va.ues, interpreted a. the Curie isotherm, va.y between -10 a.d -60 km. The deepest va.ues（〉-45） a.e ma.nly observed forming two a.oma.ous zones in the centra. pa.t of the a.des Cordillera. To the ea.t of the a.des, in most of the sta.le cra.onic a.ea.of South a.erica. intermedia.e va.ues（between -25 a.d-45 km） a.e predomina.t. The sha.lowest va.ues（〈-25 km） a.e present in northwestern corner of South a.erica. southern Pa.a.onia. a.d in a.few sectors to the ea.t of the a.des Cordillera. Ba.ed on these results, we estima.ed the hea. flow va.ia.ions a.ong the study a.ea.a.d found a.very good correla.ion with the DBML. a.so striking is the observa.ion tha. the therma. a.oma.ies of low hea. flow a.e closely rela.ed to segments of fla. subduction, where the presence of a.cold a.d thick subducting ocea.ic sla. benea.h the continent, with a.virtua. a.sence of hot ma.tle wedge, lea.s to a.decrea.e in the hea. tra.sfer from the deeper pa.ts of the *** compa.ing our results with the Moho depths reported by other a.thors, we ha.e found tha. the Curie isotherm is deeper tha. Moho in most of the South a.erica. Pla.form（northwa.d to -20°S）, which is loca.ed in the sta.le cra.onic a.ea.a. the ea.t of the a.des. This is evidence tha. the lithospheric ma.tle here is ma.netic a.d contributes to the long wa.elength ma.netic signa.. a.so, our results support the hypothesis tha. the Curie isotherm ma. be a.ting a. a.bounda.y a.ove which most of the crusta. seismicity is concentra.ed. Below this bounda.y the occurrence of seismic events decrea.es dra.a.ica.ly.

许多医学学科的资料表明,唾液可为较多的疾病及临床的需要提供一简便、无创性的诊断途径。样本来集最常用的采样方法为吐出全部唾液,该液为一种腮腺、颌下腺及舌下腺分泌液为主的混合液,其中含有小唾液腺及龈沟分泌液。后者主要为血浆渗出液,液中可含有细胞,龈炎或牙周炎时也可含有炎性产物。由于大量细菌不断地从牙面及软组织表面脱落,以及上皮细胞的脱落,所以常需对唾液进行离心处理,以获取澄清样品,但有时唾液中的细菌及细胞有一定诊断价值。未受刺激的唾液通常是由被动流口水的方式采集,
