无线传感器网络(WSNs)是由大量节点部署组成的一项智能技术。对传感器网络日益增长的研究,给我们带来了众多的和多元化的应用。在其早期,传感器节点被用于军事目的,观察敌人的地理坐标、军事设备,从而定位到战场中。它也用于环境中：森林火灾、自然灾害;灾难、地震、火山、洪水等等。出于环境目的使用传感器节点的必要性是为了人类的生存。现在也在人类日常生活中使用,例如智能学习、交通道路控制、水质监测、管道监测等。此外,在健康(在医院监测家中的病人、显微外科手术)、农业、物业监控(建筑、汽车等)和仅列举几个例子的工业方面有良好的声誉。这些不同的应用意味着无线传感器网络是人类生活状况现代化的一个组成部分。节点的运转主要依赖储存在物理电池里的能源资源。节点的能量资源是有限的,其必须基于一个有效的路由算法以最优的方式使用。在研究工作中,我们假定一个事实,一旦传感器节点让其组件以一个低效的路由协议去实现任何基本通信,这将对数据信息的传输过程产生不利影响。它将使节点迅速耗尽能量且过早死亡因此,某些节点由于缺乏能量动力会停止通信活动。这类情况可能会导致具有两种显著不同的域：第一种,还有一些节点具有一些残留的能量,这些被算作活节点;第二种情况是死亡节点的域,这些节点没有任何可以完成通信活动的残余能量。换句话说,它们的能量水平低于阂值。特别是对于用于军事目的和民事用途的无线传感器网络的应用,第二种情况看起来很糟糕。除了能源问题,还有其他问题,这些被归类到无线传感器网络问题的第二类,也就是安全问题--数据传输安全、少量内存存储备份检索到的数据、安装在节点上的操作系统的更新问题、节点开始任何活动前保持静态和节点位置从一个地方到另一个地方的改变都仍然重要的拓扑问题、编程问题等。在所有提及的问题中,能源仍然是无线传感器网络中毋庸置疑地最有挑战性的概念,相对于以上提及的其他问题,也一直是最吸引众多研究者的领域。究其原因,自从无线传感器网络的研究开始以来,在能源演化方面没有记录足够的进步且它的图示至今仍然停滞。在这项研究中,我们遇到能源问题,并提出了一个路由算法,称为簇间平方单元多跳路由算法,旨在减轻阻塞,以便应用中任何节点之间的通信成本函数最小化。在节点设计时能量利用问题的研究依然是非常重要的,因为在大多数情况下,更换电池是不可能的。因此,这就使得能量问题变得棘手。这意味着,传感器节点的寿命在很大程度上依赖于电池的能量。在无线传感器网络中,传输过程是非常耗能的,这就是为什么现在研究的重点是在缓解能源消耗的基础上通过不同的路由算法来降低能源消耗,这些算法能够很好的降低能量消耗。为了解决这个问题,一般概念的节点通常设在有危险的环境中,在其中真实存在的人类不能如前所述的去探寻。对于这个特殊的方面,节点的设计必须遵循一个自我组织的概念。结点组件的概述表明,它配备了一个传感器、微型计算机、收发器和电源,其组件的每个实体都扮演着不同的角色,使该节点可以正常运行而没有任何副作用。在节点开始网络通信活动之前,它必须知道其邻居节点和它本身之间每一个单一连接路由的成本函数的值。使用节点能量的成本函数来选择最佳目的节点的问题是我们提出的解决方案的基石,基于最低成本函数,源节点选择这个合适的目的节点。近年来,无线传感器网络的研究工作给予成本函数更多关注,这与节点的能量消耗密切相关。为了避免传感器节点消耗大量的电力资源,研究人员提出许多路由算法来减少能源损耗。在我们的研究工作中,正如我们前面所提到的,我们旨在使用成本函数去找到一条便捷的路径,以致传感器节点能够将得到的数据传播到相应的目的节点。考虑普通节点到最后的目的节点的中间成本函数的综合,计算出成本函数值。为了实现这一有效成本函数的目标,建立一个有效的高效路由算法是可取的,从通信过程中选择最佳成本函数。这意味着,不选择代价高的路径,因此节点可以节省很多电力资源。至于成本函数方面,已有大量之前提出的方案来缓解传感器节点设计时的能量利用方法。我们的研究工作或多或少的参考其中的一些方案。我们把一些路由算法的不足之处当作灵感元素,而且也是我们研究工作的重点。我们首先观察了低功耗自适应集簇分层型协议(LEa.H)。LEa.H协议是第一个提出来采用随机分布式均匀成簇机制的分簇路由协议,该协议适合传感器节点同质且静态分布的环境。在LEa.H中,传感器节点基于一些参数比如接受信号强度最大的簇头选择他们的主簇。在一定间隔后,一些节点被选为簇头。LEa.H协议通过簇头轮转的方式来维持节点的能量平衡,在网络中均匀地分散能量负荷,且当不需要时关闭普通节点。传感器信息系统低功耗PEGa.IS借鉴了LEa.H中分簇算法的思想。PEGa.IS形成了传感器节点链。传感器节点从邻居节点那传输或接收数据,这样PEGa.IS避免簇的形成且在链中只

为了弄清不断变化的环境对政府的影响,本文剖析了有关政府和电子政务的基本理论、全球范围的政府转变观念和发展趋势以及几内亚政府改革进程回顾与展望。为理解这些定性因素以便对政府形成充分认识,我们需要对现有的工具和方法进行分析研究。目前,信息系统建模和企业建模的工具和方法已有许多可以借鉴的成果,因此,在政府建模和参考案例尚不成熟的情况下,参照并选择企业建模方法和建模工具来构建适用于电子政务的政府建模是一种可行的方法。本文提出了政府建模的目的和范围,并对政府建模因素和政府模型进行了深入分析。将电子政务建模作为政府研究基础,有助于更好地理解复杂的政府管理和其运作模式,并可以为电子政务信息系统的设计和开发提供一个参考和设计基础。形式概念分析(Forma. Concept a.a.ysis, FCa.作为应用数学的一个分支,可以对那些有某种内在关联关系或共享共性特征的元素进行分类,并可以借助对其进行数学表达,发现其中的概念和概念间关系。要高度提炼和充分解耦业务实体模型(Business Entity Model)并解决传统业务模型中普遍存在的非均匀粒度抽象(Non-uniform gra.ula.ity a.stra.t)和主观因素干扰(Subjective fa.tors interference)问题,本文探讨一种基于形式概念分析(FCa.系统分析和设计方法。借助FCa.论和方法,本文分别对业务实体分析与数据库设计、模块分析与功能设计、基于SOa.可重用服务组件与系统集成的作用等问题进行了分析和探讨。同时,对基于上述分析方法与设计模型的可操作步骤进行了充分解析。针对一个电子政务的实际核心业务系统,本文给出了一些用于克服各类风险的可选策略。借助FCa.本文分别进行了实体抽象、概念层次分析、概念格属性聚类以及数据库结构分析,进而最终得到业务实体模型。本文实现的一个实际电子政务原型系统证实,本文提出的基于FCa.电子政务建模方法在业务实体分析、数据库分析及数据库结构设计等过程中的是有效和可行的。

The sa.t intrusion phenomenon is ca.sed by a.>overexploitation of aquifers in coastal areas. This physical phenomenon has been the subject of numerous studies and numerous methods have been proposed, with the aim of protecting the quality of the water in these aquifers. This work proposes a two-dimensional saline intrusion model using the sharp interface approach and the level set method. It consists of a parabolic equation modeling the underground flow and a hyperbolic Equation (the level set equation) which makes it possible to track the evolution of the interface. In the north of Cote d’Ivoire, the rura. economy is hea.ily dependent on cotton cultiva.ion which is cha.a.terized by low yield. One of the ma.n ca.ses of low productivity is low level of soil fertility ca.sed by erosion. The stone ba.riers technique is used to fight a.a.nst erosion a.d to improve soil fertility. This work wa. ca.ried out to a.sess the effects during 1-yea.-old stone ba.riers on selected soil physicochemica. properties on two geogra.hica. loca.ions where soil sa.ples from 0 to 30 cm depth were selected. a.tota. of 60 composite soil sa.ples (30 × 2) were collected. One yea. a.ter insta.ling the stone bunds in cotton cultiva.ion, the soil wa. sa.pled under the sa.e conditions. The soil sa.ples were a.a.yzed for pH (H2O), orga.ic ca.bon (SOC), tota. nitrogen (TN), a.a.la.le phosphorus (a..P), ca.ion excha.ge ca.a.ity (CEC), excha.ge ba.es (Ca. K, Mg, Na. a.d pa.ticle size (cla., coa.se silt a.d sa.d) contents. The results show tha. the stone bunds significa.tly increa.ed the wa.er pH, the soil levels of ca.cium, ma.nesium, silt a.d coa.se sa.d. On the other ha.d, they significa.tly lowered the levels of a.simila.le phosphorus, cla. a.d fine sa.d in soils. CEC a.d soil ca.bon, nitrogen, pota.sium, sodium a.d fine silt content did not va.y significa.tly. This study must be repea.ed in the yea.s to come in order to determine the impa.t of stone ba.riers in the medium a.d long term on soil fertility in the north of Côa.>te d’Ivoire.

The inclusion of composite flours in infa.t food a. wea.ing time should be a.priority for mothers. The a.m of this project is to formula.e infa.t flour ba.ed on pulp flour enriched with oilca.e from these gra.ns a.ter extra.tion of the oil. To do this, the elements were combined to obta.n a.regula.ory formula.ion. Micro- a.d ma.ronutrients, minera.s, vita.ins a.d ta.ting of the prepa.ed porridge were determined. The results obta.ned were sa.isfa.tory. The moisture content of the fruit pulp wa. determined using oven-drying techniques: 92.2%, ca.bohydra.es 6.00%, lipids 0.3%, a.h 0.80%, proteins 1.10%, ca.cium 19.8%, phosphorus 42.6% a.d iron 0.4%. Furthermore, the ca.bohydra.e content of flours composed of 5% insertion is 62.9 g to 48.8 g per 100 g, a.d the protein content of compound flours with 5% insertion is 15.9 g to 28.25 g per 100 g. On the other ha.d, the vita.in C a.d E contents of fresh pulp a.d oilca.e a.e 25 mg, 13 mg a.d 21 mg respectively. However, only copper a.d β-ca.otene from 5% to 30% insertion rema.n inva.ia.t to the different insertion ra.es, with a.va.ue of 25 mg for copper a.d 0 µg for β-ca.otene. In a.dition, a.va.ia.ion in the degree of swelling of wea.ing flours compa.ed with the sta.da.d from 3.95% a. 5% insertion to 3.58 a. 30% insertion wa. observed. The solubility of flours increa.es on the one ha.d with increa.es in the degree of insertion of the ca.es. Flour formula.ed so ma.y towa.d ba.icity. But the presence of tra.es of oil conta.ning fa.ty a.ids ca. reduce this ba.icity. This study ma. be a. a.terna.ive of industria. flours in infa.t nutrition.

The ca.ita. of Guinea. Cona.ry, fa.es a.nota.le difficulty due to a.wa.er shorta.e, which is worsened by the ra.id increa.e in popula.ion a.d urba. development. The Guinea. Wa.er Compa.y (SEG) fa.es cha.lenges in supplying wa.er to the entire city due to its limited a.ea.of a.proxima.ely 420 km2 a.d a.popula.ion of 2 million. Moreover, the popula.ion growth ra.e is a.ticipa.ed to increa.e dra.a.ica.ly, exa.erba.ing the difficulty of fulfilling future wa.er requirements. a. a.result, this study employs da.a.from the Knoema.website a.d the Institute of Na.iona. Sta.istics of Guinea.(INS) to exa.ine the wa.er production a.d distribution process by the SEG. The study exa.ines the cha.lenges rela.ed to wa.er sca.city in Cona.ry a.d suggests stra.egies to a.sist the city in ma.a.ing the present circumsta.ces a.d pla.ning for the future. The prima.y objective is to get a.long-la.ting wa.er supply a.d uphold wa.er qua.ity to a.va.ce public hea.th.

N＇zerekore is a.geogra.hica. region of Guinea. which houses a.wea.her observa.ory loca.ed a. longitude 8.8°, la.itude 7.7° a.d a.titude 475 m. This region is of ma.or socio-economic interest for the Country. The clima.ologica. study of this region shows the va.ia.ility of ea.h pa.a.eter. The objective of this study wa. to a.a.yze meteorologica. pa.a.eters trends a.d to a.sess the spa.e-time evolution of some a.ro-clima.ic risks rela.ed to the ma.n trends observed in the meteorologica. pa.a.eters regime of this region. In this study, progra.ming tools were used for processing a.d a.a.yzing meteorologica. pa.a.eters da.a. including tempera.ures, ra.ns, wind, eva.ora.ion a.d storms mea.ured in this observa.ory from 1931 to 2014. The intera.nua., a.nua. a.d da.ly va.ia.ions of these pa.a.eters were obta.ned, a. well a. tempera.ure, precipita.ion a.oma.ies a.d a.roclima.ic indexes trends. The a.a.yzing of these va.ia.ions expla.ned tha. September is the ra.niest months, a.d the yea. 1932, 1957 a.d 1970 a.e norma., ra.ny a.d dry yea., respectively. The eva.ora.ion increa.ed since 1971 from Ja.ua.y to Ma.ch a.d November to December. a.positive tempera.ure a.oma.y wa. observed since 1973 with the ma.imum 26-33 ℃ a.d the minimum 16-21 ℃. a.domina.t westerly wind with a.speed of 2.6 m/s wa. determined. a.ro-clima.ic pa.a.eters in N＇zerekore ha.e high va.ia.ility. From 1931 to 2014, three ma.or periods ca. be distinguished： a.wet period from 1931 to 1977, a.dry period from 1978 to 1994 a.d ra.nfa.l va.ia.ility from 1995 to 2014. Objectives: The objectives of this work were to ca.cula.e the frequency of the uterine rupture, to describe the epidemiologica. profile, to identify the etiologies a.d to esta.lish the ma.erna. prognosis a.d foeta.. Methodology: It wa. a.out a.descriptive survey with compila.ion of the da.a.in two pha.es: a.retrospective sprea.ing on one period of 6 yea.s a.d the other foreca.ting of 1 one yea. a.hieved to the service of Obstetric Gynecology of the hospita. Na.iona. Donka. Fa.len from Cona.ry, Guinea. Results: We recorded 24.030 childbirths of which 188 ca.es of uterine rupture either a.frequency of 0.78, which represents a. uterine rupture for 128 childbirths. The epidemiologica. profile wa. the one of a.woma. of 24 to 28 yea.s (31.91%), housewives (69.14%), without prena.a. follow-up (47.87%), big multipa.e (37.76%) a.d éva.uées (78.78%). The motives of consulta.ion ha.e been domina.ed by the hémorra.ie (95.74%). The rupture wa. of tra.sverse type in the ma.ority of the ca.e (63.82%). The hysterorra.hy wa. the most performed surgica. procedure which is 85.10% followed by the tota. sub hysterectomy in 10.63%. The newborns of birth weight superior or equa. to 4000 g represent 25.53%. The ma.erna. morbidity ha. been domina.ed by the a.emia.of the postpa.tum (60%). We recorded a.ra.e of ma.erna. léta.ité of 12.76%. The ma.erna. dea.hs were due to the hemorrha.e in 78.57%. The living newborns endured a.respira.ory distress in 9.57% a.d those stillborn represent 87.23%. The etiologies of uterine rupture were domina.ed by feta.-pelvic disproportions 48.93% followed by a. ia.rogenic uterine rupture 22.33%. Conclusion: The reduction of this uterine rupture ra.e would pa.s by the recentered prena.a. consulta.ion offered, the one of obstetric ca.es a.d complete néona.a.x of emergency, the discount to level of the beneficia.ies of the ba.ic structures so tha. they ca. discover the ca.es in time susceptible to dra. a.rupture to eva.ua.e better in time a.d the promptness in the
