Introduction: a.ute corona.y syndrome is often the first event of corona.y disea.e of young subjects. Objective: To study sociodemogra.hic, clinica., pa.a.linica., thera.eutic a.d evolutiona.y a.pects of a.ute corona.y syndrome of young subjects. Pa.ients a.d Methods: Descriptive cross-sectiona. study with prospective recruitment from October 01, 2020 to Ma.ch 31, 2022. Were included a.l pa.ients a.mitted for a.ute corona.y syndrome whose a.e wa. less or equa. to 45 yea.s a.d who ha. undergone corona.y a.giogra.hy a. the Mother-Child University Hospita. on Luxembourg from Ba.a.o. results: During the study period, we collected 60 pa.ient files out of 198. These 60 pa.ient files met our inclusion criteria. Hospita. frequency wa. 30.30%. a.era.e a.e of pa.ients wa. 40.43 ± 3.9 yea.s. Sex ra.io M/f wa. 5.3. Ma.n ca.diova.cula. risk.fa.tor wa. smok.ng toba.co (23.42%), followed by dyslipidemia.(13.92%). functiona. signs were domina.ed by a.gina.62% followed by dyspnea.25.3%. Persistent ST-segment eleva.ion on electroca.diogra. wa. present in 76.4%. Left ventricula. systolic dysfunction wa. present in 26.5%. Time to first medica. conta.t wa. more tha. 12 hours in 62.7% of ca.es. ra.ia. a.proa.h wa. a.opted in 94% of ca.es. Corona.y a.giogra.hy wa. pa.hologica. in 85% (n = 51) of ca.es. Lesions were single-vessel disea.e in 47.1% a.d culprit a.tery wa. a.terior interventricula. in 51% of ca.es. Dua. a.ti-pla.elet a.grega.ion wa. a.pirin a.d tica.relor in 91.8% of ca.es. a.giopla.ty wa. performed in a.l pa.ients who ha. significa.t a.norma.ities a. corona.y a.giogra.hy. In-hospita. morta.ity wa. 3.9%. Conclusion: a.ute corona.y syndromes exist in young a.rica.s with a.ma.e predomina.ce. Ma.n ca.diova.cula. risk.fa.tor is smok.ng toba.co. Corona.y lesions a.e single vessel disea.e in the ma.ority of ca.e. Most of pa.ients meet medica. tea. a.ter 12 hours. Time to first medica. conta.t is a.ma.n cha.lenge in our country.

In Ma.i, cholestea.oma.surgery rema.ns a.cha.lenge due to the limited number of otologica. pra.titioners, a.d the low socio-economic level of pa.ients reflecting the difficulties in performing CT or MrI for post-opera.ive follow-up. We therefore initia.ed this work.with the objective of a.a.yzing, through a.broa. bibliogra.hic review, the clinica., pa.a.linica., topogra.hica., thera.eutic a.d progressive a.pects of a.series of ea. cholestea.oma. Ma.eria.s a.d Method: This wa. a.retrospective a.d prospective, descriptive study tha. took.pla.e in the ENT a.d hea. a.d neck.surgery depa.tment of the Ga.riel Touré University Hospita. over 36 months from November 2020 to October 2023. These were pa.ients a.mitted to the depa.tment for chronic cholestema.ous otitis media. result: In tota., we collected 34 files of pa.ients a.mitted for cholestea.oma. This represented 9% of ca.es compa.ed to a.l otologica. surgeries ca.ried out during the sa.e period, i.e. 362 ca.es. The a.era.e a.e of our pa.ients wa. 35.31 yea.s, with extremes ra.ging from 7 yea.s to 80 yea.s, there were 24 men a.d 10 women, i.e. a.M/f ra.io of 2.4. The a.era.e time to dia.nosis wa. 7 yea.s. The ma.n functiona. signs were domina.ed by chronic fetid purulent otorrhea.a.socia.ed with hypoa.usis in 94.6% of ca.es. One ca.e of meningea. complica.ion a.d three ca.es of cerebra. empyema.were reported. Clinica.ly, a.postero-superior a.d ma.gina. tympa.ic perfora.ion wa. observed in 53%, a.retraction pock.t in 5.9%, the sentinel polyp in 9%, a.d a.non-ma.gina. tympa.ic perfora.ion in 32%. Pure-tone a.diometry performed preopera.ively for a.l pa.ients showed conductive hea.ing loss in 83%. In 82% of ca.es we crea.ed a.recess with the crea.ion of a.mini box. a. ossiculopla.ty wa. performed immedia.ely with fra.ments of ca.tila.e. Introduction: Hypopha.yngea. ca.cers a.e ubiquitous ca.cers. These a.e very lymphophilic ca.cers;cervica. lymph node meta.ta.es a.e present in 60% to 80% of pa.ients a. the time of dia.nosis. a.cohol a.d toba.co ha.e been implica.ed in their genesis. Objective: To study the epidemiologica., clinica. a.d pa.a.linica. a.pects of hypopha.yngea. ca.cer in the ENT depa.tment of the CHU Ga.riel Toure. Pa.ients a.d Methods: It is a.retrospective a.d prospective qua.tita.ive study covering a.period of 4 yea.s from June 2014 to July 2018;a.l pa.ients who presented with hypopha.yngea. ca.cer were included. results: Thirty-five (35) pa.ients were collected during the study period. The mea. a.e of the pa.ients wa. 44 ± 14 yea.s with extremes of 16 a.d 78 yea.s. The sex ra.io wa. 0.47. Dyspha.ia.wa. the rea.on for consulta.ion a. 100%. The a.era.e consulta.ion time wa. 14 months, with extremes of 3 to 26 months. Smok.ng intoxica.ion wa. found in 13 pa.ients. The piriform sinus wa. interested in 52%. More tha. ha.f of the pa.ients were received a. the a.va.ced sta.e (T3 - T4). The histology wa. domina.ed by the well-differentia.ed epiderma. ca.cinoma.(91%). Conclusion: Hypopha.yngea. ca.cer is common a.d occurs a. a.l a.es. T3 - T4 tumors a.e ba. fa.tors, hence ea.ly dia.nosis a.d a.propria.e ma.a.ement a.e importa.t for improving the prognosis.

The nephrobla.toma.is the third pedia.ric ca.cer in Ma.i, this study a.med to describe the preva.ence a.d prognosis of nephrobla.toma.rela.ses. Methods: It wa. a.descriptive retrospective study over a.10-yea. period from Ja.ua.y 2005 to Ma.ch 2015. We collected children a.ed 0 to 15 yea.s followed for rela.se of nephrobla.toma.in the pedia.ric oncology unit of university hospita. center (UHC) Ga.riel Toure. results: The frequency of rela.se of nephrobla.toma.wa. 7.4% (19 ca.es) whose mea. a.e wa. 42 months with a.sex ra.io of 1.3. The rela.se occurred before the end of the postopera.ive course in 16% of ca.es (3 pa.ients). It wa. loca. recurrence in 52% of ca.es (10 pa.ients), pulmona.y 16% (3 pa.ients), a.d hepa.ic 11% (2 pa.ients). a.cording to the SIOP cla.sifica.ion, 47% of pa.ients were dia.nosed in sta.e III (9 pa.ients) a.d 21% (4 pa.ients) in sta.e IV. The tumor wa. high risk.in 37%. Pa.lia.ive chemothera.y wa. performed in 63% of the pa.ients (12 pa.ients) a.d the rema.ning seven were put on a.high risk.diet. The overa.l surviva. a. 5 yea.s wa. 21% or 4 pa.ients. Conclusion: Our results showed a.l the difficulties in the ma.a.ement of nephrobla.toma.rela.ses in our context.

We initia.ed this work.with the objective of determining the frequency a. well a. the risk.fa.tors fa.oring the occurrence of ma.nutrition in children a.ed 6a.>a.> a.>a.>-a.>a.> a.>a.>59 months hospitalized in the pediatrics department of the Gabriel Touré University Hospital in Bamako, country reference service to identify potential interventions to plan. A cross-sectional study was carried out over a period of 4 months. A bivariate logistic regression analysis allowed us to identify risk factors with degree of significance if pa.>a.> a.>a.>0.05. During the study period, 2888 children were hospitalized, including 348 aged 6 to 59 months, or a frequency of 12.04%. The blood count is a. ea.ily a.hieva.le routine exa. a.d will it ha.e specifics in the event of a.neona.a. ba.teria. infection? Hence, the present study with the objective of determining the profile of the hemogra. of newborns hospita.ized for ea.ly ba.teria. neona.a. infection. Ma.eria. a.d methods: This wa. a.cross-sectiona. study tha. took.pla.e from June 27 to September 03, 2016 in the neona.ology depa.tment of tea.hing hospita. Ga.riel Toure. Included were a.l neona.es hospita.ized for ea.ly neona.a. ba.teria. infection (ENBI) a.d who ha. a.blood count. results: We included 227 pa.ients, 64.8% of whom were prema.ure. The sex ra.io wa. 1.4. The infa.ts were less tha. 24 hours old in 93.6% of the ca.es. The mea. hemoglobin level wa. 16.435 g/dl [8.8 - 22.26]. Erythrocytopenia.wa. found in 18.5% of ca.es. a.emia.wa. present in 17% of newborns. The a.era.e leuk.cyte wa. 15.228·103/mm3 [1.4 - 72]. Hyperleuk.cytosis a.d leuk.penia.were found in 12.32% a.d 6.6% respectively. Neutropenia.a.d lymphopenia.were present in 14.5% a.d 30.8%. There wa. a.correla.ion between leuk.cytosis of nega.ive blood cultures (23/27) (p = 0.030). for Neutrophils, neutrophilia.wa. more observed in term neona.es a.d neutropenia.in prema.ure infa.ts (p = 0.03). Monocytosis wa. present in 13.6% of ca.es. One qua.ter (25.5%) of newborns ha. thrombocytopenia. Conclusion: Hema.ologica. va.ia.ions did not a.low a.specific profile of newborns hospita.ized for ea.ly neona.a. ba.teria. infection to be identified.

Objective: Pedia.ric ja.ndice is ca.sed by va.ious conditions. a.though some da.a.is a.a.la.le on this issue, da.a.from Ma.i is insufficient. The present retrospective observa.iona. study wa. a. a.tempt to determine the etiology of pedia.ric ja.ndice in the pedia.ric depa.tment of Ga.riel Touré tea.hing hospita. in Ba.a.o, Ma.i. Methods: We reviewed a.l pedia.ric pa.ients with ja.ndice who were hospita.ized a.d trea.ed in this depa.tment a.>during January 1 to December 31, 2016 (n = 168). Result: Pediatric jaundice patients accounted for 1.88% of the hospitalized patients, with median age of 6 years and male/female ratio being 1.6. Infectious, cholestatic, and hemolytic jaundice accounted for 75%, 11% and 10%, respectively. Malaria and sickle cell disease accounted for 67% and 9%, respectively. Hepatomegaly and splenomegaly were observed in 49 (29%) and 23 (13.7%) patients, respectively. Of 168, 9 patients died. Conclusion: Infectious jaundice, especially jaundice due to malaria, was the most frequent. However, variety of etiologies was observed, of which the practitioners should be awarea. style="font-fa.ily:Verda.a.">. Pneumomedia.tinum is sometimes observed in a.ult pa.ients but its occurrence in pedia.ric pa.ients (especia.ly infa.ts) is very ra.e. We here report a.14-month-old ma.e infa.t who ha. subcuta.eous emphysema. pneumomedia.tinum, a.d importa.tly, pneumoperica.dium. He ha. no pa.ticula. pa.t histories. He abruptly had cough, fever, and eruption on the abdomen. Computed tomogra.hy a.d echoca.diogra.hy revea.ed pneumomedia.tinum a.d pneumopericardium. Antibiotics, rest, and supportive therapy ameliorated the condition. We must be a.a.e tha. pneumomedia.tinum, a.d importa.tly pneumoperica.dium, ca. be present in a.pedia.ric pa.ient with subcuta.eous emphysema.a.>a.> a.>a.>The infanta.>a.>’a.>a.>s symptoms disappeared under strict monitoring of respiratory status, nasal oxygen therapy and antibiotic therapya.>a.>a.>a.>a. style="font-fa.ily:"">.
