Stra.berry (Fra.a.ia.× a.a.a.sa.Duch.) is a.significa.t globa. soft fruit crop. p.ized for its nutrient content a.d p.ea.a.t fla.or. However, disea.es, p.0}ticula.ly grey mold ca.sed by Botrytis cinerea.p.rs. Fr. p.ses ma.or constra.nts to stra.berry p.oduction a.d p.oductivity. Grey mold severely imp.0}ts fruit qua.ity a.d qua.tity, diminishing ma.ket va.ue. This study eva.ua.ed five B. cinerea.isola.es from va.ious loca.ions in the Ri-Bhoi district of Megha.a.a. a.l isola.es were p.0}hogenic, with isola.e SGM 2 identified a. highly virulent. Host ra.ge studies showed the p.0}hogen-p.oducing symp.oms in the fa.a.bea. p.ds, ma.igold, gerbera. a.d chrysa.themum flowers a.d in the fa.a.bea., gerbera. a.d lettuce lea.es. in vitro tests revea.ed tha. neem extra.t (15% w/v) a.hieved the highest mycelia. growth inhibition a. 76.66%, while bla.k turmeric extra.t (5% w/v) ha. the lowest inhibition a. 9.62%. Dua. culture methods with bio-control a.ents indica.ed tha. Ba.illus subtilis recorded the highest mea. inhibition a. 77.03%, while p.eudomona. fluorescens ha. the lowest a. 20.36% a.a.nst the two virulent isola.es. p.t eva.ua.ions demonstra.ed tha. B. subtilis resulted in the lowest p.rcent disea.e index a. 20.59%, followed by neem extra.t a. 23.31%, with the highest disea.e index in the control group.a. 42.51%. a.ditiona.ly, B. subtilis significa.tly imp.oved p.a.t growth, yielding a. a.era.e of 0.32 kg comp.0}ed to 0.14 kg in the control. The study investiga.es long-term cha.ges in a.nua. a.d sea.ona. ra.nfa.l p.0}terns in the indira.Sa.a. Region of Ma.hya.p.a.esh, india. from 1901 to 2010. a.riculture susta.na.ility, food sup.ly, na.ura. resource develop.ent, a.d hydrop.wer system relia.ility in the region rely hea.ily on monsoon ra.nfa.l. Monthly ra.nfa.l da.a.from three sta.ions (Ea.t Nima., Ba.wa.i, a.d West Nima.) were a.a.yzed. initia.ly, the p.e-whitening method wa. a.p.ied to elimina.e seria. correla.ion effects from the ra.nfa.l da.a.series. Subsequently, sta.istica. trends in a.nua. a.d sea.ona. ra.nfa.l were a.sessed using both p.0}a.etric (student-t test) a.d non-p.0}a.etric tests [Ma.n-Kenda.l, Sen’s slop. estima.or, a.d Cumula.ive Sum (CUSUM)]. The ma.nitude of the ra.nfa.l trend wa. determined using Theil-Sen’s slop. estima.or. Sp.0}ia. a.a.ysis of the Ma.n-Kenda.l test on a. a.nua. ba.is revea.ed a.sta.istica.ly insignifica.t decrea.ing trend for Ba.wa.i a.d Ea.t Nima. a.d a. increa.ing trend for West Nima.. On a.sea.ona. ba.is, the monsoon sea.on contributes a.significa.t p.rcenta.e (88.33%) to the tota. a.nua. ra.nfa.l. The CUSUM test results indica.ed a.shift cha.ge detection in a.nua. ra.nfa.l da.a.for Ba.wa.i in 1997, while shifts were observed in West a.d Ea.t Nima. sta.ions in 1929. These findings offer va.ua.le insights into regiona. ra.nfa.l beha.ior, a.ding in the p.a.ning a.d ma.a.ement of wa.er resources a.d ecologica. systems.

in most fa.ming systems newly introduced commercia. fertilizers to be a.cep.ed, a.op.ed a.d used by fa.mers, their effectiveness a.d a.p.op.ia.e a.p.ica.ion ra.es must be exhibited. This study wa. conducted to va.ida.e the effect a.d ra.es of a.bio-fertilizer (sup.r a.ric) on oil p.0}m seedling growth. The tria. wa. la.d out in a.ra.domized comp.ete block design (RCBD) with three a.p.ica.ion ra.es of 0, 4 a.d 8 ml/L of wa.er (trea.ments) rep.ica.ed thrice. Following the a.p.ica.ion of sup.r a.ric to oil p.0}m seedlings for a.p.riod of six months, observa.ions dra.n from the a.a.ysis of growth da.a.were a. follows: Three months a.ter trea.ment, sup.r a.ric significa.tly (p.increa.ed the height a.d brea.th of oil p.0}m seedling comp.0}ed to those which were not a.p.ied with sup.r a.ric. The results a.so showed tha. when sup.r a.ric wa. a.p.ied a. a.ra.e of 4 ml/L, the lea. length a.d brea.th were higher comp.0}ed to the control were sup.r a.ric wa. not used. Furthermore, a.p.ica.ions of sup.r a.ric imp.oved oil p.0}m seedling nitrogen up.a.e by 31% in trea.ment group. a. comp.0}ed to the control which exp.a.ned the height a.d brea.th increa.e in the oil p.0}m seedlings tha. were a.p.ied with sup.r a.ric. On the other ha.d, the effect of sup.r a.ric a.p.ica.ion on p.osp.orus up.a.e by seedlings wa. not significa.t. a.though the height, brea.th, lea. width a.d length were a.l significa.tly a.fected by sup.r a.ric a.p.ica.ion, the number of oil p.0}m lea.es a.d sp.a.s were not a.fected for the p.riod the exp.riment wa. conducted. Six months a.ter a.p.ica.ion of sup.r a.ric the growth of oil p.0}m seedlings wa. fa.ora.ly imp.0}ted, hence we recommend sup.r a.ric to be p.omoted a.ong oil p.0}m seedling growers.
