INTRODUCTION: The objective of.our study wa. to determine the epidemiologica. clinica. a.d histologica. a.pects of.gynecologica. a.d brea.t ca.cers in Pointe-Noire. Pa.IENTS a.D METHODS: This wa. a.retrospective descriptive study tha. took pla.e in the ca.cerology a.d interna. medicine depa.tment during the period f.om Ja.ua.y 1, 2012 to December 31, 2021, i.e. a.period of.10 yea.s. Women with histologica. dia.nosis of.gynecologica. a.d brea.t ca.cers were included in our study. The va.ia.les studied were: f.equency, a.e, a.cohol a.d toba.co consumption, histologica. type, sta.e of.extension, loca.ion of.ca.cer. Biva.ia.e a.a.ysis wa. done between a.e a.d loca.ion of.the tumour. The sta.istica. test used wa. the KHI2 test. The results were sta.istica.ly signif.ca.t f.r a.va.ue of.p RESULTS: We collected 400 f.les f.om women with ca.cer. a.ong the 400 f.les, 265 were represented by gynecologica. a.d brea.t ca.cers, tha. is a.f.equency of.65.43%. a.ong the 265 ca.es of.gynecologica. a.d brea.t ca.cer identif.ed during this study period, brea.t ca.cer represented the f.rst ra.k with 52% f.equency. Cervica. ca.cer a.counted f.r 41% f.llowed by ova.ia. ca.cer (5%) a.d endometria. (2%). Ca.cer of.vulva.wa. represented by a.single ca.e. The a.era.e a.e of.pa.ients with gynecologica. a.d brea.t ca.cers during our study wa. 52 ± 12 yea.s. The a.era.e a.e of.pa.ients with ca.cer of.the brea.t, cervix, ova.ia., endometria. wa. respectively 49 ± 11.97 yea.s, 54.73 ± 12.91 yea.s old, 50 ± 14 yea.s, 67 ± 14.24 yea.s, the a.e of.the vulva.ca.cer pa.ient wa. 51 yea.s old. The histologica. type of.brea.t ca.cer wa. represented by inf.ltra.ing ducta. a.enoca.cinoma.in 91% of.ca.es, inva.ive lobula. ca.cinoma.in 7% a.d sa.coma.in 2%. Cervica. ca.cers were represented by squa.ous cell ca.cinoma. in 95% of.ca.es a.d a.enoca.cinoma. in 5% of.ca.es. Vulva.ca.cer wa. represented by squa.ous cell ca.cinoma. ova.ia. ca.cer wa. represented by epithelia. tumors (a.enoca.cinoma. in 100% of.ca.e

Introduction: The objective of.our study wa. to determine the preva.ence of.hema.ologica. toxicity during brea.t ca.cer chemothera.y. Pa.ients a.d Methods: This wa. a.cross-sectiona. descriptive study tha. took pla.e in the ca.cerology a.d interna. medicine depa.tment during the period f.om Ja.ua.y 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, i.e. a.period of.1 yea.. Were included in our study: pa.ients with a.d histologica. dia.nosis, a.d ha.ing received a. lea.t two cycles of.chemothera.y a.d ha.ing presented hema.ologica. toxicity: a.emia.a.d/or neutropenia. The va.ia.les studied were: a.e, level of.study, socioeconomic level, sta.e of.extension, type of.chemothera.y, type of.toxicity: neutropenia.a.d a.emia. Biva.ia.e a.a.ysis wa. done between a.emia. neutropenia.a.d type of.chemothera.y. Results: The a.era.e a.e of.the pa.ients wa. 50.35 ± 13.6 yea.s. The extremes were 27 yea.s a.d 79 yea.s old. The most represented a.e group wa. the a.e group f.om 37 to 46 yea.s with 18 ca.es or 33.33%. The most represented level study in our study wa. the prima.y level 63%, f.llowed by seconda.y level 26% a.d the upper or superior level 11%. Meta.ta.ic sta.e of.loca.ion wa. represented in 16.6% of.ca.es, the loca. sta.e wa. represented in 16.7% of.ca.es. The most common chemothera.y used wa. f.0} protocol in 50% of.ca.es, f.llowed by f.0} + DOCETa.EL in 47% of.ca.es, a. protocol wa. used in 3% of.ca.es. The most represented gra.e of.neutropenia.wa. gra.e 3 in 53% of.ca.es, f.llowed by gra.e 2 in 27% of.ca.es a.d gra.e 1 in 20%. Gra.e 1 a.emia.wa. the most represented in 70% of.ca.es, f.llowed respectively by gra.e 2 in 27%. The ma.ority of.pa.ients ha. received more tha. 3 courses of.chemothera.y in 83% of.ca.es. Gra.e 3 neutropenia.wa. observed mostly in the a.va.ced sta.es, 15 ca.es a. the locoregiona. sta.e. Gra.e 1 a.emia.wa. most common in pa.ients who received more tha. 3 courses of.chemothera.y. The f.0} chemothera.y protocol wa. responsible f.r more gra.e 3 a.emia.in 14 ca.es. f.0}-type

Objective: To determine the ka.pa.(κ) concorda.ce coef.icient between f.ne needle a.pira.ion a.d serum prosta.ic a.tigen (PSa. coupled with digita. recta. exa.ina.ion a.d prosta.ic ultra.ound. Ma.eria. a.d Methods: We conducted a.cross-sectiona. study covering the period f.om Ja.ua.y 1st to June 30th, 2018 in the city of.Pointe-Noire. It is a.study of.31 ca.es of.prosta.e tumors in Congolese subjects a. the Genera. Hospita. of.Loa.djili in Pointe-Noire of.Congo Bra.za.ille. The clinica., biologica., ultra.ound a.d cytologica. a.pects were the va.ia.les of.the study. Results: The mea. a.e wa. 71.06 yea.s with extremes of.57 a.d 93 yea.s. One pa.ient ha. a.f.0}ily history of.prosta.e ca.cer tha. wa. f.und a. his brother’s house a. the a.e of.52. Dysuria.wa. the most represented sign in a.l of.our pa.ients. Suspicion of.prosta.e ca.cer wa. the most commonly ta.ked in digita. recta. exa.ina.ion. Prosta.e specif.c a.tigen (PSa. wa. grea.er tha. or equa. to 10 ng/ml in more 74% of.our pa.ients. 61.3% of.our pa.ients ha. a.heterogeneous prosta.ic ultra.ound. 48.3% of.ma.igna.t tumors a.d 32.3% of.benign tumors were f.und cytologica.ly. The a.socia.ion between digita. recta. exa.ina.ion a.d prosta.ic ultra.ound wa. sta.istica.ly signif.ca.t (p ≤ 0.05) a.d good a.reement wa. f.und between cytologica. dia.nosis coupled with digita. recta. exa.ina.ion a.d prosta.ic echostructure (0.6 ≤ κ ≤ 0.8). a.low concorda.ce between prosta.ic specif.c a.tigen (PSa. a.d cytologica. concorda.ce wa. noted (0.2 ≤ κ ≤ 0.4). Conclusion: Prosta.ic tumors in Congo in their dia.nostic pa.ticula.ities a.e domina.ed by ma.igna.t tumors with a.la.ge number of.pa.ients to wa.ch. The f.ne needle a.pira.ion is suita.le f.r orienta.ion exa.ina.ions of.prosta.ic tumors a.d ca. be perf.rmed by a.y doctor a.d provides us a.f.0}t, ef.ective dia.nostic orienta.ion with a.strong clinico-morphologica. correla.ion in our low incomes countries.

Introduction: Brea.t ca.cer is the lea.ing ca.cer a.d the lea.ing ca.se of.ca.cer dea.h in women worldwide. The objective of.our study wa. to describe the epidemiologica., clinica. a.d thera.eutic a.pects of.brea.t ca.cer a. the Genera. Hospita. of.Loa.djili in Pointe Noire. Pa.ients a.d Methods: This wa. a.descriptive a.d cross-sectiona. study tha. took pla.e in the Ca.cer Depa.tment of.the Genera. Hospita. of.Loa.djili in Pointe Noire during the period f.om Ja.ua.y 1st, 2012 to December 31st, 2016 f.r dura.ion of.5 yea.s. 54 records of.pa.ients over 18 yea.s of.a.e with histologica. evidence were collected. The va.ia.les studied were: a.e, level of.educa.ion, time to presenta.ion, tellta.e sign, sta.e of.extension, histologica. type, a.d histologica. gra.e. Chi-squa.e test wa. used to compa.e va.ia.les a.d groups. Results: a. the end of.this study, we collected 54 f.les of.brea.t ca.cer pa.ients f.om 150 pa.ients hospita.ized in the Ca.cer Depa.tment. The f.equency of.brea.t ca.cer wa. 36%. The a.era.e a.e wa. 50 ± 13.6 yea.s;the extremes were 27 yea.s a.d 79 yea.s. The most represented a.e group wa. f.om 37 to 40 yea.s old with a.percenta.e of.28%. The pa.ient’s level of.study wa. prima.y in the ma.ority of.ca.es (57%). The most represented histologica. type wa. inva.ive ducta. ca.cinoma. (100%). The ma.ority of.pa.ients a.rived a. a.va.ced sta.es 44.4% a.d meta.ta.ic sta.es 26%. Pa.ients were trea.ed in most of.ca.es by chemothera.y (82%), surgery (42%) a.d ra.iothera.y (10%). There wa. a.correla.ion between time of.presenta.ion a.d sta.e of.extension. Conclusion: Brea.t ca.cer is the f.rst ca.cer of.the woma. in Pointe Noire. Pa.ients a.rive a. a.va.ced sta.es;the most common histologica. type is inva.ive ducta. ca.cinoma. The presenta.ion time is correla.ed with the extension sta.e. These results suggest the esta.lishment of.a.ca.cer control progra. in developing countries.

Introduction: Brea.t ca.cer is the lea.ing ca.cer a.d the lea.ing ca.se of.ca.cer dea.h in women worldwide. a.out 5% to 10% of.brea.t ca.cer pa.ients present with meta.ta.es. While the 5-yea. surviva. of.pa.ients with loca. brea.t ca.cer va.ies a.ound 98.8%, this surviva. ra.e drops to a.ound 26.3% f.r meta.ta.ic pa.ients. The objective of.this study wa. to determine the surviva. of.pa.ients with meta.ta.ic brea.t ca.cer in resource-limited settings. Pa.ients a.d Methods: This wa. a.cross-sectiona. descriptive study tha. took pla.e in the Ca.cer Depa.tment of.the Genera. Hospita. of.Loa.djili in Pointe Noire during the period f.om Ja.ua.y 1, 2013 to December 31, 2018, f.r dura.ion of.6 yea.s. 30 records of.pa.ients over 18 yea.s of.a.e a.d with histologica. evidence who received a. lea.t 3 courses of.chemothera.y were collected. The va.ia.les studied were: a.e, level of.educa.ion, socio-economic level, menopa.sa. sta.us, history, WHO sta.us, menopa.sa. sta.us, tumor size, histologica. type, tumor loca.ion, the type of.trea.ment a.d surviva.. Surviva. wa. ca.cula.ed by Ka.la. Meier method. f.sher’s exa.t test wa. used to sea.ch f.r correla.ion between va.ia.les. Results: The a.era.e a.e wa. 52.62 ± 10.96 yea.s old. The extremes were 33 yea.s a.d 75 yea.s old. The most represented level of.educa.ion wa. the prima.y level in 67% of.ca.es. The ma.ority of.pa.ients ha. low socioeconomic sta.us in 50% of.ca.es. The pa.ients were menopa.sa. in 57% of.ca.es. The a.tecedents of.ca.cer were present in 13% of.ca.es. 50% of.pa.ients ha. a.WHO sta.us perf.rma.ce a. 2.
