This study delves into the combustion beha.ior of va.ious lignite types within a.circula.ing fluidized bed boiler(CFBB),with a.prima.y focus on the impa.t of different bed ma.eria. sphericity ra.ios(0.5,0.7,a.d 0.9).Utilizing bed ma.eria. with a.sphericity ra.io of 0.9 sourced from theÇa. power pla.t a.d verified through experimenta.ion,the resea.ch revea.s severa. key ***,furna.e tempera.ures tended to rise with higher sphericity ra.ios,a.beit with va.ia.ions between lignite types,pa.ticula.ly highlighting the complexity of this rela.ionship in the ca.e of GLi-Tunçbilek *** levels in the combustion cha.ber rema.ned consistent a.ross different sphericity ra.ios,indica.ing minima. influence on pressure *** combustion efficiency,especia.ly a. the bottom of the boiler,wa. observed a. lower sphericity levels(0.5 a.d 0.7)forÇa. lignite,a. reflected in CO_(2) mole *** NO_(x) emissions genera.ly decrea.ed with lower sphericity,the sensitivity to sphericity va.ied by lignite type,with ilgın lignite showca.ing low NO_(x) but high SO_(2) emissions,underscoring the intrica.e interpla. between lignite properties,sphericity,a.d ***,this study a.va.ces our understa.ding of CFBB combustion dyna.ics,offering insights va.ua.le for optimizing performa.ce a.d emissions control,pa.ticula.ly in lignite-ba.ed power.

Forest logging in the Congo Ba.in ha. led to forest fra.menta.ion due to logging infra.tructures a.d felling ga.s. in the sa.e vein, forest concessions in the Congo Ba.in ha.e increa.ing interest in the REDD＋ mecha.ism. However, there is little informa.ion or field da.a.on ca.bon emissions from forest degra.a.ion ca.sed by logging. To help fill this ga., La.dsa. 7 a.d 8 a.d SPOT 4 ima.es of the Ea.t Region of Ca.eroon were processed a.d combined with field mea.urements （mea.urement of forest roa.s widths, felling ga.s a.d log ya.ds） to a.sess a.l disturbed a.ea.. a.so, mea.urements of different types of forest infra.tructures helped to highlight emission fa.tors. Forest contributes to 5.18 % of the degra.a.ion of the a.nua. a.lowa.le cut （a.C）（84.53 ha. corresponding to 4.09 % of forest ca.bon stock （6.92 t ha.-1）. Felling ga.s constitute the prima.y source of degra.a.ion, represented a. estima.ed a.ea.of 32.41 ha.（2 % of the cutting a.ea. fa. a.ea. of prima.y roa.s （18.44ha. a.d skid tra.ls （16.36 ha.. a.sessment of the impa.t of degra.a.ion under the ca.opy requires the use of high resolution sa.ellite ima.es a.d field surveys.

a.M:To cla.ify the mecha.ism by which bone ma.row cells promote a.giogenesis a.ound tra.spla.ted ***: Streptozotocin induced dia.etic Ba.B/ c mice were tra.spla.ted syngeneica.ly under the kidney ca.sule with the following: (1) 200 islets (islet group: n=12), (2) 1-5×106 bone ma.row cells (bone ma.row group: n=11), (3) 200 islets a.d 1-5×106 bone ma.row cells (islet + bone ma.row group: n= 13), or (4) no cells (sha. group:n=5). a.l mice were eva.ua.ed for blood glucose, serum insulin, serum nervegrowth fa.tor (NGF) a.d glucose tolera.ce (GTT) up to postopera.ive da. (POD) 14. Histologica. a.sessment for insulin, von Willebra.d fa.tor (vWF) a.d NGF wa. performed a. POD 3, 7 a.d ***: Blood glucose level wa. lowest a.d serum insulin wa. highest in the islet + bone ma.row group. Serum NGF increa.ed in islet, bone ma.row, a.d islet + bone ma.row groups a.ter tra.spla.ta.ion, a.d there wa. a.significa.t difference (P=0.0496, a.OVa. between the bone ma.row a.d sha. groups. The ea.tern a.d southern regions of Ca.eroon, lower middle income country, need to increa.e their level of la.d use by the a.ricultura., forestry a.d mining sectors in order to develop. a. the sa.e time, Ca.eroon is committed to ma.a.ing its forests susta.na.ly to meet the needs of present a.d future genera.ions. This study a.sesses the compa.ibility of a.ricultura., forestry a.d mining policies with susta.na.le forest ma.a.ement in the Ea.t a.d South forest regions. Five a.a.ytica. criteria.were used a.d the a.a.ysis wa. ca.ried out through surveys of key informa.ts in the priva.e sector, public a.ministra.ions a.d civil society. The study showed tha. from 2013 to 2018, the contributions of the a.ricultura., forestry a.d mining sectors to GDP grew by a.out 74%, 65% a.d 60%, respectively. a.ricultura., forestry a.d mining policies ha.e a. a.era.e compa.ibility ra.e of 45% with susta.na.le forest ma.a.ement, of which 52% for the forestry sector, 43% for the a.ricultura. sector a.d 40% for the mining sector. Nonetheless, there a.e 21 ca.ses of incompa.ibility, including 1) the non-involvement of a.l releva.t public a.ministra.ions in policy-ma.ing, 2) the low efficiency of the control system of exploita.ion a.tivities, a.d 3) the poor coordina.ion of a.tions in the three sectors. it wa. proposed to a. improve the lega. a.d regula.ory fra.ework of the three sectors of a.tivity a.d b) develop la.d-use pla.ning tools a.ong other mea.ures to a.ign existing policies with susta.na.le forest ma.a.ement.

The a.ility to control the na.osca.e sha.e of ca.bon na.ostructures during wide-sca.e synthesis process is a. essentia. goa. in resea.ch for Na.otechnology a.plica.ions. This pa.er reports a.significa.t progress towa.d tha. goa.. Va.ia.t CVD ha. been used for the synthesis of the sa.ples studied. Curva.ure, hybridiza.ion a.d conta.ina.ion a.e a.a.yzed using Electron Microscopies a.d Xa.ES spectroscopy. The investiga.ions of the results show tha. four types of sa.ples a.e obta.ned. They a.e ca.bon na.otubes (CNTs), ca.bon na.ofibers (CNFs), ca.bon na.owa.ls (CNWs) a.d ca.bon na.opa.ticles (CNPs). a.most a.l of them ha.e ca.a.yst na.opa.ticles (meta.) on top in top growth model or on ba.e in ba.e growth model a.d enca.sula.ed or a.sorbed in sidewa.ls. The orienta.ion of tubula. ca.bon na.oma.eria.s depends on opera.ing pa.a.eters. They a.e cla.sified in three groups: the poorly oriented, the medium oriented a.d the highly oriented. Ca.bon na.otubes (CNTs) grown on pla.n substra.es SiO2/Si(100) by a.direct current a.d hot fila.ents ca.a.ytic chemica. va.or deposition process ha.e been studied by synchrotron X-ra. a.sorption nea. edge spectroscopy (Xa.ES) technique to theoretica.ly investiga.e the a.gula.-dependence of ca.bone (C) K-edge π* a.d σ* tra.sitions. Experimenta. Xa.ES spectra.show tha. π* resona.ce increa.es with the incidence a.gle from norma. to gra.ing incidence a.gle while σ* resona.ce decrea.es. This ha. been expla.ned by the sine-squa.e a.d cosine-squa.e dependencies of π* a.d σ* intensities, respectively. These results were confirmed by theoretica. Xa.ES curves of highly oriented pyrolytic gra.hite (HOPG) a.d CNTs plotted versus incidence a.gle. it ha. been shown tha. π* a.d σ* tra.sitions strongly depend on the na.ure of pola.ized light (linea.ly or circula.ly). a. the linea. pola.ized light, π* resona.ce is a.preference a. well a. a. right-circula. pola.ized. a. the left-circula. pola.ized light, σ* resona.ce is a.preference. The π* intensities a.e high a. pa.a.lel orienta.ion a.d the σ* intensities a.e low a. norma. orienta.ion. The sma.lest π* intensity is noticed a. norma. orienta.ion, where the π* orbita.s a.e supposed to be lying pa.a.lel to the surfa.e pla.e for perfectly a.igned HOPG or CNTs. This expla.ns the incomplete extinction of π* intensity. We noticed a. pa.a.lel orienta.ion a.region where a.y π* a.d σ* tra.sitions did not expect beca.se of the la.k of pola.iza.ion light.

The a.sessment of nutritive foodstuffs qua.ity is a. importa.t step in the estima.ion of dieta.y inta.e of meta.s. This study a.med to a.sess a.cumula.ion a.d the da.ly inta.e of ma.ro-elements ma.nesium, ca.cium, pota.sium a.d sodium in edible pa.ts of pla.ts grown in Moa.da.a.ea. The ra.ges of concentra.ions were 246 - 5645 mg/kg, 1167 - 35105 mg/kg, 158 - 12563 mg/kg a.d 88 - 795 mg/kg for Mg, Ca. K a.d Na. respectively. Mg a.d K levels were significa.tly higher in fruits tha. in tubers. The trend of a.cumula.ion in the edible pa.ts of pla.ts wa. genera.ly: Ca.> K > Mg > Na. The da.ly inta.es of Mg a.d Ca.were the highest a.d indica.ed food crops in Moa.da.ha. a.good nutritive qua.ity.

The objective of this study is to determine the protection zones a.ound this wa.er reservoir in order to preserve the stored wa.er qua.ity.
