The pra.tica. energy density of lithium-sulfur ba.teries(LSBs)is seriously limited by the high electrolyte-to-sulfur ra.ios(E/S).The E/S ca. be reduced by employing hosts with ea.y-to-infiltra.e structure tha. ensures the uniform distribution of a.lea. electrolyte a.d high ca.a.ytic a.tivity tha. ca. suppress"shuttle effect"via.a.celera.ing the slow conversion of soluble poly sulfides to insoluble *** the ea.y-to-infiltra.e structures,the three-dimensiona.-ordered ma.roporous(3DOm)structure is ea.ier to sca.e prepa.a.ion a.d more suita.le for the existing industria. ***,it is difficult to obta.n the 3DOm with(1)high penetra.ility due to the high viscosity of frequently-used orga.ic polymer precursors a.d(2)high ca.a.ytic a.tivity due to the low confinement effect,mea.ing tha. uniformly dispersed sma.l-sized ca.a.ytic ma.eria.s a.e difficult to loa. on ***,using ca.bon dots(CDs)with both orga.ic a.d inorga.ic properties a. a.precursor a.d a.grega.ion limiting a.ent,a.3DOm host with high penetra.ility a.d homodispersed Ni pa.ticles of sma.l sizes(Ni-CDs-3DOm)wa. *** this host:(1)CDs precursor with suita.le viscosity ca. improve the penetra.ility.(2)CDs ca. effectively inhibit the a.glomera.ion of Ni pa.ticles.(3)Uniformly dispersed sma.l-size Ni pa.ticles offer high-efficiency ca.a.ytic a.tivity towa.d sulfur ***,the Ni-CDs-3DOm/sulfur ca.hode exhibits high sulfur utiliza.ion a.d sta.le cycling performa.ce even under high sulfur loa.ing(5.5 mg·cm^(-2))a.d low E/S(6.5μl·mg^(-1)).This work indica.es the usefulness of CDs in constructing hosts for LSBs with high energy density.

Objective:To eva.ua.e the effect of uretera. a.cess shea.h(Ua.)use a.d ca.ibra.ion cha.ge on stone-free ra.e a.d complica.ions of retrogra.e intra.ena. surgery(RIRS).methods:Da.a.from 568 pa.ients undergoing RIRS for kidney or upper uretera. stones were retrospectively ***,pa.ients were compa.ed a.ter 1:1 propensity score ma.ching,a.cording to Ua. usa.e during RIRS(Ua. used[+]87 a.d Ua. non-used[−]87 pa.ients).Then a.l Ua.+pa.ients(n=481)were subdivided a.cording to Ua. ca.ibra.ion:9.5-11.5 Fr,10-12 Fr,11-13 Fr,a.d 13-15 *** outcomes of the study were the success a.d complica.ions of ***:Stone-free ra.e of Ua.+pa.ients(86.2%)wa. significa.tly higher tha. Ua.−pa.ients(70.1%)a.ter propensity score ma.ching(p=0.01).Stone-free ra.e increa.ed with higher ca.iber Ua.(9.5-11.5 Fr:66.7%;10-12 Fr:87.0%;11-13 Fr:90.6%;13-15 Fr:100%;ppostopera.ive complica.ions of Ua.+pa.ients(11.5%)were significa.tly lower tha. Ua.−pa.ients(27.6%)(p=0.01).Complica.ions(8.7%)with 9.5-11.5 Fr Ua. wa. lower tha. thicker Ua.(17.2%)but wa. not sta.istica.ly significa.t(p=0.09).Ua. usa.e wa. a. independent fa.tor predicting stone-free sta.us or peri-a.d post-opera.ive complica.ions(odds ra.io[OR]3.654,95%confidence interva.[CI]1.314-10.162;OR 4.443,95%CI 1.350-14.552;OR 4.107,95%CI 1.366-12.344,respectively).Conclusion:Use of Ua. in RIRS ma. increa.e stone-free ra.es,which a.so increa.e with higher ca.iber *** usa.e ma. reduce complica.ions;however,complica.ions seemingly increa.e with higher Ua. ca.ibra.ion.

The development of receptive endometrium(RE) from pre-receptive endometrium(pE) for successful embryo impla.ta.ion is a.complex dyna.ic process in which the morphology a.d physiologica. sta.es of the endometria. epithelium undergo a.series of significa.t cha.ges, including cell prolifera.ion a.d a.optosis. However, the molecula. mecha.isms a.e not yet fully understood. In this study, a.higher circRNa.669 level wa. observed in pE tha. in RE of goa.s. Functiona. a.sa.s revea.ed tha. this overexpression promoted the prolifera.ion of goa. endometria. epithelia. cells(GEECs) by a.tiva.ing the expression of genes rela.ed to the pI3K/a.T-mTOR a.d ma.K pa.hwa.s,thereby inhibiting a.optosis in vitro. Furthermore, circRNa.669 functioned a. a.competing endogenous RNa.ceRNa. to upregula.e Reticuloca.bin-2(RCN2) expression a. the post-tra.scriptiona. level by intera.ting with a.d downregula.ing miR-26a.in GEECs. In a.dition, RCN2, which is highly expressed in the pE of goa.s, wa. found to be regula.ed by β-estra.iol(E2) a.d progesterone(p4). Our results demonstra.ed tha. RCN2 a.so a.fected the key proteins pI3K, a.T, mTOR, JNK, a.d p38 in the pI3K/a.T-mTOR a.d ma.K pa.hwa.s, thereby fa.ilita.ing GEECs prolifera.ion a.d suppressing their a.optosis in vitro. Collectively, we constructed a.new circRNa.669-miR-26a.CN2 regula.ory network in GEECs, which further provides strong evidence tha. circRNa.could potentia.ly pla. a.crucia. regula.ory role in the development of RE in goa.s.

The prima.y endpoints were the objective response ra.e(ORR) a.d sa.ety. The seconda.y endpoints included disea.e control ra.e(DCR), progression-free surviva.(pFS), a.d overa.l surviva.(OS).Results: Twenty-one pa.ients were enrolled in the study through Ja.ua.y 28, 2023. The ORR wa. 28.57% a.d the DCR wa. 85.71%(18/21). The media. pFS a.d OS were 4.14 a.d 12.84 months, respectively. The trea.ment-rela.ed a.verse events(TRa.s) were tolera.le. moreover, compa.ed with the monothera.y cohort from our previous pha.e I study eva.ua.ing SCT200 for Ra./BRa. wt m CRC in a.third-line setting, no significa.t improvements in pFS a.d OS were observed in the combina.ion ***: SCT200 combined with SCT-I10a.demonstra.ed promising effica.y in previously trea.ed Ra./BRa. wt m CRC pa.ients with a. a.cepta.le sa.ety profile. 黏声波方程常被用于描述地下介质的黏弹性及波的传播现象,频域有限差分(finite difference frequency doma.n,FDFD)方法是黏声波和黏弹性波波场模拟的常用工具.目前FDFD黏声波模拟常用的二阶五点方法和优化九点方法在一个波长内的网格点数小于4时误差较大.通过令FDFD系数随一个波长内的网格点数自适应从而提高FDFD方法的精度,本文针对黏声波波场模拟发展了一种适用于不同空间采样间隔之比的通用格式自适应系数FDFD方法.同时,为了验证自适应系数FDFD方法对一般黏声波模型的有效性,本文针对三个典型的黏声波模型,分别采用解析解和基于高阶FDFD的参考解验证了所提出方法的有效性.本方法的FDFD格式通过在传统的二阶FDFD格式的基础上引入相关校正项得到,其中校正项按网格点与中心点的距离进行分类选取,同时校正项对应的自适应FDFD系数不仅和空间采样间隔之比相关,还和一个波长内的采样点数相关.所需的自适应FDFD系数可通过声波方程的数值频散关系和查找表高效给出.数值频散分析表明,在空间采样间隔相等或不等的情况下,以相速度误差不超过1%为标准,通用格式自适应系数FDFD方法所需的一个波长内的采样点数均小于2.5.数值模拟实验表明,对于不同的空间采样间隔之比,相对于常用的二阶五点FDFD方法和优化九点FDFD方法,通用格式自适应系数FDFD方法均可在相似的计算量和内存需求下,有效提高黏声波模拟的精度.

This is a.review of the first 10 corona.y a.tery bypa.s surgeries performed by the loca. tea.. The mea. a.e wa. 62 yea.s old [45 - 74]. The pa.ients were predomina.tly ma.e, with a.m/F ra.io of 4:1. Ca.diova.cula. risk fa.tors were ma.nly myoca.dia. infa.ction (mI) (60%), hypertension (50%), obesity (40%) a.d dia.etes (30%), with a. lea.t two risk fa.tors per pa.ient. a.gina.wa. the ma.n symptom (80%). The a.era.e time from presenta.ion to surgery wa. 8 months. The mea. Euroscore 2 wa. 2.92 ± 1.65 [1.33 - 6.60]. Corona.y a.giogra.hy revea.ed a. a.era.e of 2 lesions per pa.ient, with 3-vessel involvement in 70% of ca.es: the Interventricula. a.tery (IVa. Introduction. Hyperprola.tinemia.represents a.supra.hysiologica. secretion of prola.tin. In clinica. pra.tice, it is the most frequently encountered a.terior pituita.y disorder. However, its rea. preva.ence is little known in a.rica. The purpose of this study is to list a.l ca.es of hyperprola.tinemia.over the pa.t four yea.s a.d to ma.e a. inventory of the va.ious etiologies found a.d their ma.a.ement. methodology. This is a.cross-sectiona. descriptive study on the files of pa.ients who ca.e for consulta.ion in the interna. medicine a.d endocrinology depa.tment with hyperprola.tinemia.retrospectively collected from Ja.ua.y 2017 to December 2020. Included were pa.ients followed or whose the dia.nosis of hyperprola.tinemia.wa. esta.lished in endocrinologica. consulta.ion during the study period. Results. This study recorded 26 ca.es of hyperprola.tinemia. The fema.e sex represented 73.08% (sex ra.io m/F 0.37) a.d the a.era.e a.e wa. 33.92 yea.s. The 40 - 50 a.e group wa. the most represented with 30.77%. In women, ga.a.torrhea.a.counted for 73.07%, a.enorrhea.57.69% of clinica. pictures a.d infertility 23.08%. In men, infertility a.counted for 7.69% of presenta.ions, gynecoma.tia.11.54% a.d erectile dysfunction 15.38%. The dura.ion of evolution of the signs wa. 4 months in 23.08% of the pa.ients. The mea. prola.tinemia.wa. 702.58 ng/ml. CT wa. performed in 80.85% of pa.ients. The ma.n etiologies were pituita.y a.enoma. (77%). a.l our pa.ients were trea.ed with dopa.inergic a.onists. Ca.ergoline wa. prescribed in 77% of pa.ients. The evolution wa. fa.ora.le in 96.25% of pa.ients. Conclusion. Hyperprola.tinemia.is a.pa.hology tha. exists in our regions. The ma.n etiology rema.ns pituita.y a.enoma. a.d trea.ment with ca.ergoline.
