试验旨在评价日粮中添加含有不同脂肪酸成分的未保护的植物油或植物油商业抗氧化剂(Agrado)的混合物对奶牛的生产性能、乳脂脂肪酸成分及乳脂降低的影响。24头经产荷斯坦奶牛通过产奶量高低分为Agrado添加组、Agrado不添加组,抗氧化剂... 详细信息

试验旨在评价日粮中添加含有不同脂肪酸成分的未保护的植物油或植物油商业抗氧化剂(Agrado)的混合物对奶牛的生产性能、乳脂脂肪酸成分及乳脂降低的影响。24头经产荷斯坦奶牛通过产奶量高低分为Agrado添加组、Agrado不添加组,抗氧化剂处理作为试验的主区。每个固定效应的处理组(高产奶量奶牛日粮中添加及不添加抗氧化剂、低产奶量组奶牛日粮中添加及不加抗氧化剂)中的6头奶牛作为拉丁方设计中21 d的裂区设计。试验拉丁方设计中裂区的日粮处理组的6头奶牛饲喂无油类添加的日粮作为对照组(control),日粮中添加5%Dm的棕榈油(PO)或含高油酸的红花油(OSAF)或含高亚油酸的红花油(LSAF)或亚麻籽(LNSD)或玉米(CO)。添加的油类替换全混合日粮中的玉米淀粉;所有处理组的日粮各营养成分如粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维含量相当,日粮中含有41.2%的苜蓿、18.3%玉米青贮、和40.5%精料混合物(均以干物质含量为基础)。饲喂抗氧化剂Agrado不会影响乳产量、乳脂和乳蛋白产量及乳脂中脂肪酸的组成。添加植物油较对照组而言,动物的干物质采食量、乳产量和乳蛋白产量无显著差异。但PO组的乳脂含量及乳脂中中短链脂肪酸(C<16)的比例及含量较对照组显著降低。饲喂棕榈油能有效的维持乳脂产量(1.18 kg/d)及含量(3.44%)。然而,富含亚油酸的植物油组(CO和LSAF)较对照组显著降低乳脂产量(0.98、0.86和1.14 kg/d)和乳脂浓度(3.05%、2.83%和3.41%)。OSAF和LNSD组的奶牛的生产性能相似说明油酸和亚油酸对乳脂降低的作用相近。

Air temperature is an important indicator to analyze climate change in mountainous ***5 reanalysis air temperature data are important products that were widely used to analyze temperature change in mountainous ***,the reliability of ERA5 reanalysis air temperature over the Qilian mountains(QLm)is *** this study,we evaluated the reliability of ERA5 monthly averaged reanalysis 2 m air temperature data using the observations at 17 meteorological stations in the QLm from 1979 to *** results showed that:ERA5 reanalysis monthly averaged air temperature data have a good applicability in the QLm in general(R2=0.99).ERA5 reanalysis temperature data overestimated the observed temperature in the QLm in *** mean square error(RmSE)increases with the increasing of elevation range,showing that the reliability of ERA5 reanalysis temperature data is worse in higher elevation than that in lower ***5 reanalysis temperature can capture observational warming rates *** the smallest warming rates of observational temperature and ERA5 reanalysis temperature are found in winter,with the warming rates of 0.393°C/10a and 0.360°C/10a,*** study will provide a reference for the application of ERA5 reanalysis monthly averaged air temperature data at different elevation ranges in the Qilian mountains.

Robust, ultra-flexible, and multifunctional mXene-basedelectromagnetic interference (EmI) shielding nanocomposite filmsexhibit enormous potential for applications in artificial intelligence,wireless telecommunication, and portable/wearable electronic *** this work, a nacre-inspired multifunctional heterocyclic aramid(HA)/mXene@polypyrrole (PPy) (HmP) nanocomposite paper withlarge-scale, high strength, super toughness, and excellent tolerance tocomplex conditions is fabricated through the strategy of HA/mXenehydrogel template-assisted in-situ assembly of PPy. Benefiting from the"brick-and-mortar" layered structure and the strong hydrogen-bondinginteractions among mXene, HA, and PPy, the paper exhibits remarkable mechanical performances, including high tensile strength (309.7 mPa),outstanding toughness (57.6 mJ m−3), exceptional foldability, and structural stability against ultrasonication. By using the template effect ofHA/mXene to guide the assembly of conductive polymers, the synthesized paper obtains excellent electronic conductivity. more importantly,the highly continuous conductive path enables the nanocomposite paper to achieve a splendid EmI shielding effectiveness (EmI SE) of 54.1 dBat an ultra-thin thickness (25.4 μm) and a high specific EmI SE of 17,204.7 dB cm2g−1. In addition, the papers also have excellent applicationsin electromagnetic protection, electro-/photothermal de-icing, thermal therapy, and fire safety. These findings broaden the ideas for developinghigh-performance and multifunctional mXene-based films with enormous application potential in EmI shielding and thermal management.

In this study,two wheat-derived cadmium(Cd)-immobilizing endophytic Pseudomonas paralactis m14 and Priestia megaterium R27 were evaluated for their effects on wheat tissue Cd uptake under hydroponic ***,the impacts of the biochar(BC),m14+R27(mR),and BC+mR treatments on wheat Cd uptake and the mechanisms involved were investigated at the jointing,heading,and mature stages of wheat plants under field-plot conditions.A hydroponic experiment showed that the mR treatment significantly decreased the above-ground tissue Cd content compared with them14 or R27 *** BC+mRtreatment reduced the grain Cd content by 51.5%-67.7%and Cd translocation factor at the mature stage of wheat plants and increased the organic matter-bound Cd content by 31%-75%in the rhizosphere soils compared with the BC or mR *** with the BC or mR treatment,the relative abundances of the biomarkers associated with Gemmatimonas,Altererythrobacter,Gammaproteobacteria,Xanthomonadaceae,Phenylobacterium,and Nocardioides in the BC+mR-treated rhizosphere microbiome decreased and negatively correlated with the organic matter-bound Cd *** the BC+mR-treated root interior microbiome,the relative abundance of the biomarker belonging to Exiguobacterium increased and negatively correlated with the Cd translocation factor,while the relative abundance of the biomarker belonging to Pseudonocardiaceae decreased and positively correlated with the Cd translocation *** findings suggested that the BC+mR treatment reduced Cd availability and Cd transfer through affecting the abundances of these specific biomarkers in the rhizosphere soil and root interior microbiomes,leading to decreased wheat grain Cd uptake in the contaminated soil.

Widely used spin-coated nickle oxide (NiOx) based perovskite solar cells often suffer from severe interfacial reactions between the NiOxand adjacent perovskite layers due to surface defect states,which inherently impair device performance in a long-term view,even with surface molecule *** this study,we developed high-quality magnetron-sputtered NiOxthin films through detailed process optimization,and compared systematically sputtered and spin-coated NiOxthin film surfaces from materials to *** sputtered NiOxfilms exhibit improved crystallinity,smoother surfaces,and significantly reduced Ni3+or Ni vacancies compared to their spin-coated ***,the interface between the perovskite and sputtered NiOxfilm shows a substantially reduced density of defect *** solar cells (PSCs) fabricated with our optimally sputtered NiOxfilms achieved a high power conversion efficiency (PCE) of up to 19.93%and demonstrated enhanced stability,maintaining 86.2% efficiency during 500 h of maximum power point tracking under one standard sun ***,with the surface modification using (4-(2,7-dibromo-9,9-dimethylacridin-10(9H)-yl)butyl)p hosphonic acid (DmAcPA),the device PCE was further promoted to 23.07%,which is the highest value reported for sputtered NiOxbased PSCs so far.
