Soybean(Glycine max(L.) Merr.), grown for its plant oils and proteins, is one of the most important crops throughout the *** stable and heritable transgenic soybeans is relatively inefficient;therefore, there is an urgent need for a simple and high-efficient transient transformation method by which to enable the investigation of gene functions in soybeans, which will facilitate the elucidation and improvement of the molecular mechanisms regulating the associated agronomic traits. We established a system of transient expression in soybean mesophyll protoplasts and obtained a high level of protoplast transfection efficiency(up to 83.5%). The subcellular activity of the protoplasts was well preserved, as demonstrated by the dynamic formation of GmCRY nucleus photobodies(NPs) and/or cytoplasmic photobody-like structures(CPs) in response to blue *** addition, we showed that GmCRY1b CPs colocalized with GmCOP1b, a co-ortholog of Arabidopsis thaliana CONSTITUTIVE PHOTOMORPHOGENIC 1(COP1), which provided new insight into the potential roles of GmCRY1s in the cytoplasm.

Creep is an important characteristic of bamboo and wood materials under long-term *** paper aims to study the long-term bending beha-viour of prestressed glulam bamboo-wood beam(GBWB).For this,14 pre-stressed GBWBs were selected and subjected to a long-term loading test for 60 ***,a comparative analysis was performed for the effects of pre-tension values,the number of pre-stressed wires,and long-term load on the stress variation of the steel wire and the long-term deflection of the beam *** test results showed that with the number of prestressed wires increasing,the total stress of the steel wire in the beam midspan and the ratio of the long-term deflec-tion to the total deflection decreases decreased,but when the number of steel wires exceeded 4,the total stress and long-term deflection was less infuenced;with the pre-tension value increasing,the ratio of the total stress of the steel wire in the beam midspan and the ratio of the long-temm deflection to the total deflec-tion also decreased,but when the prestress force was greater than 3.975 kN,the:total stress and long-term deflection were less affected;with the other parameters unchanged,when the value of the long-term load increased,the total stress of the steel wire decreased,and the long-temm deflection of the beam midspan increased,which shall be more significant with the long-term load greater than 30%of the standard ultimate bearing *** the test,the experimental data were fitted,and the creep coefficient was ***,the long-term stiffness calcula-tion fommula of the pre-stressed GBWB based on creep effect was *** research findings have certain theoretical significance and engineering value.

In this paper,Ni_(3)S_(2)nanosheet(NS)was generated by chemical etching with sodium sulfide directly on the nickel foam(NF),which was induced by dielectric barrier discharge plasma in *** with other chemical etching methods of nickel-based nanomaterials,this method was not only rapid(40 min)and mild(at room temperature and atmospheric pressure),but also showed consistent stability and good *** Ni_(3)S_(2)NS/NF electrode showed excellent performance in the electrochemical detection of formaldehyde under alkaline *** had a good linear relationship with the concentration of formaldehyde in the range of 0.002-5.45 mmol/L(R^(2)=0.9957)and the limit of detection(LOD)was 1.23μmol/L(S/N=3).The sensitivity was 1286.9μA L mmol^(–1)cm^(–2),and the response time was about 5 *** plasma-induced chemical etching strategy provides a simple and stable electrode preparation method,which has great application prospects in nonenzymatic electrochemical sensors.

Tomographic gamma scanner(TGS),an advancedγ-ray nondestructive analysis technique,can locate and analyze nuclides in radioactive nuclear waste,and TGS can be categorized into two processes:e.g.,transmission measurement and emission ***,transmission measurements provide the basis for accurate measurement of nonuniform radionuclide content in TGS *** scan data were obtained using the Monte Carlo tool Geant4 simulation,and 25 voxels were divided into five lengths and five widths in a square *** this study,an encoding cropping algorithm based on draped foot vector judgment was adopted to rapidly calculate the voxel trace matrix within a square bucket of nuclear waste,and the transmission images were reconstructed using ordered subset expectation *** results indicated that the cropping speed of the improved coding algorithm was significantly higher than that of the original algorithm,and the relative mean deviation and root-mean-square error between the reconstructed attenuation coefficient and the reference standard value tended to decrease with an increase in the cropped line segments in the voxel;the Pearson correlation coefficient tended to converge to *** image quality evaluation parameters of the high media-density materials were better than those of the low media-density materials in the above three *** reconstruction effect was relatively poor for more complex filling *** there were more than 10 cropped line segments in the voxel,the reconstruction data generally tended to be *** graphical trimming algorithm can rapidly calculate the trace matrix of the scanned voxels;it exhibits the advantages of speed and efficiency and can serve as a novel method to solve the trace matrix of TGS nuclear waste transmission scans.

Since the USA patent of electroslag remelting(ESR) metallurgy was held by P. K. Hopkins in 1940, the ESR technology has now entered a relatively mature stage after a 70-year history of development. At present, the annual capacity of ESR steels around the world is approximately 2 million tonnes. ESR metallurgy emerged in China in 1958. Since then, electroslag furnaces were gradually installed in Chinese special steel plants. At present, there are more than 200 electroslag remelting furnaces in the metallurgical workshops of these steel plants with an annual production capacity of about 500,000 tonnes of ingots and components made of about 200 varieties of steels, including high quality steels and superalloys. This ESR technology is used as a special remelting and refining method for producing high quality steels and superalloys. However, traditional ESR technology has the disadvantages of environmental pollution and extremely high specific power consumption. High power consumption restricts, to a certain degree, the competitiveness of ESR steels in the marketplace. The measures of power saving in ESR have been researched in recent years. In this paper, some factors influencing power consumption, such as filling ratio, slag system, slag amount, melting rate and furnace structure are reviewed, and several new ESR technologies for power saving are proposed.

Background:Insomnia is a prevalent clinical condition and Shangxia Liangji formula(SXLJF)is a well-established method of ***,the specific mechanism of action of SXLJF remains ***:The mouse model of insomnia was established by intraperitoneal injection of ***-two mice were randomly divided into a negative control group,model group,SXLJF group(18.72 g/kg/day),and positive control group(diazepam,2 mg/kg)and treated with the corresponding drugs for 7 consecutive *** open field test and pentobarbital-induced sleeping test were ***-MS-based untargeted metabolomics and network pharmacology were applied to explore the potential targets of SXLJF for treating ***,key targets were validated using ***:Behavioral tests demonstrated that SXLJF reduced the total distance,average velocity,central distance,and sleep latency,and prolonged sleep *** and network pharmacology revealed potential targets,signaling pathways,metabolic pathways,and metabolites associated with the anti-insomnia effects of ***,tyrosine hydroxylase(TH)and tyrosine metabolism emerged as crucial metabolic pathways and targets,***-qPCR results supported the role of TH in the mechanism of SXLJF in treating ***:In conclusion,TH and tyrosine metabolism may represent significant targets and pathways for SXLJF in treating insomnia.

A method with several steps superior to literature has been developed for the preparation of B-methyl p-iodophenyl pentadecanoic acid(BMIPP). The synthesis and physical properties of BMIPP are described. It is characterized by IR, 1HNMR, elemental analysis and MS. 125I-BMIPP can be prepared by three methods: direct labeling, solid-state transfer labeling and Cu(I ) assisted labeling. Cu(I) assisted labeling is simple and not necessary to purify before clinical use. It can fulfil the requirements for kit labeling.

Motivated by the observation that firms invest in carbon emissions reduction to decrease the cost of carbon tax as governments in numerous countries increasingly implement carbon tax to improve the environment,and broad researcher and practitioner agreement that carbon tax implementation always benefits the ***,we find that a carbon tax may actually hurt the environment based on a stylized game model with a better-informed retailer(one who controls the demand information sharing with the manufacturer)and a *** particular,we find that the carbon emissions reduction may harm the environment if the carbon tax is moderate or both the carbon tax and the demand fluctuation are *** further reveal free-riding behavior by the retailer,who may enjoy more profit sharing from the supply chain in the presence of carbon emissions *** on these observations,we argue that a carbon tax does not always benefit the environment when a manufacturer who receives demand information from the retailer responds better to market uncertainty.
