Supersonic fuel film cooling is a promising way to simultaneously reduce the severe wall heat and friction load of the internal passage in a scramjet engine when operating at hypersonic *** eddy simulations were performed to investigate the cooling and wall friction characteristics of hydrogen and hydrocarbon films under inert and reactive *** results show that the essential difference of the turbulent state in the mixing layer contributes to the totally different behaviors of the cooling and wall friction reduction performances of the two fuel *** turbulent transport processes between the hydrogen film and the mainstream are much weaker as compared to the case of hydrocarbon film,making inert hydrogen rather superior in cooling and friction reduction ***,the increase of wall temperature for hydrogen film under the inert case is mainly driven by the loss of hydrogen with high heat capacity instead of by direct heat ***,the film cooling performance severely deteriorates when the hydrogen film burns due to presence of severe heat release sources near the *** the other hand,combustion of hydrocarbon film in the boundary layer can remarkably improve its originally barely-satisfactory cooling and friction reduction performance to the level comparable to that of hydrogen film,due to the suppression of turbulent transport processes in the mixing layer and presence of heat absorption sources near the ***,the hydrogen film is more advantageous in friction reduction,while the hydrocarbon film is more suitable for cooling.

BACKgROUND Malignant obstructive jaundice(MOJ)is a condition characterized by varying degrees of bile duct stenosis and obstruction,accompanied by the progressive development of malignant tumors,leading to high morbidity and mortality ***,the two most commonly employed methods for its management are percutaneous transhepatic bile duct drainage(PTBD)and endoscopic ultrasound-guided biliary drainage(EUS-BD).While both methods have demonstrated favorable outcomes,additional research needs to be performed to determine their relative *** compare the therapeutic effectiveness of EUS-BD and PTBD in treating *** This retrospective analysis,conducted between September 2015 and April 2023 at The Third Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University(The First People’s Hospital of Changzhou),involved 68 patients with *** patients were divided into two groups on the basis of surgical procedure received:EUS-BD subgroup(n=33)and PTBD subgroup(n=35).Variables such as general data,preoperative and postoperative indices,blood routine,liver function indices,myocardial function indices,operative success rate,clinical effectiveness,and complication rate were analyzed and compared between the *** In the EUS-BD subgroup,hospital stay duration,bile drainage volume,effective catheter time,and clinical effect-iveness rate were superior to those in the PTBD subgroup,although the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The puncture time for the EUS-BD subgroup was shorter than that for the PTBD subgroup(Pgroup were significantly lower than those in the PTBD subgroup(Pgroup was lower than in the PTBD subgroup(P<0.05).CONCLUSION EUS-BD may reduce the number of punctures,improve liver and myocardial functions,alleviate traumatic stress,and decrease complication rates in MOJ treatment

OBJECTIVE: To examine the influence of Saponin Ⅰ from Shuitianqi(Rhizoma Schizocapasae Plantagineae)(SSPH Ⅰ) on hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) metastasis,and to elucidate the underlying ***: The intrahepatic metastasis Bagg's Albino/c(BALB/c) mouse model was established with human hepatocellular carcinomas(Hepg2) cells, then treated with normal saline(once per day), cisplatin(2 mg/kg, once every 2 d), and SSPH Ⅰ(25, 50, and 75 mg/kg, once per day). Then, we assessed alterations in the hepatic pathology and target protein expressions in the intrahepatic metastasis BALB/c mouse model using a series of molecular biology ***: Based on our analysis, SSPH Ⅰ significantly alleviated hepatocyte necrosis and tumor cells ***, SSPH Ⅰ suppressed extracellular matrix(ECM) degradation and angiogenesis via a decrease in matrix etalloproteinase-2(MMP-2), MMP-9, CD31, CD34,and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEgF) ***, SSPH Ⅰ repressed invasion and metastasis by suppressing the transforming growth factor-β1(TgF-β 1)/Smad7 axis and epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT), as evidenced by the scarce TgF-β1, Ncadherin, and Vimentin expressions, and elevated Smad7 and E-cadherin ***: The SSPH Ⅰ-mediated negative regulation of the TgF-β 1/Smad7 axis and EMT are critical for the inhibition of HCC invasion and metastasis.

The origin of T cells in the teleost's brain is *** viewing the central nervous system(CNS)as immune privileged has been widely accepted,previous studies suggest that T cells residing in the thymus but not in the spleen of the teleost play an essential role in communicating with the peripheral ***,we identified nine T cell subpopulations in the thymus and spleen of orange-spotted grouper(Epinephelus coioices)through single-cell RNA-sequencing *** viral CNS infection with red-spotted grouper nervous necrosis virus(RgNNV),the number of slc43a2^(+)T cells synchronously increased in the spleen and *** the infection tests in asplenic zebrafish(tlx1^▲zebrafish model),no increase in the number of slc43a2^(+)T cells was observed in the ***-cell transcriptomic analysis indicated that slc43a2^(+)T cells mature and functionally differentiate within the spleen and then migrate into the brain to trigger an immune *** study suggests a novel route for T cell migration from the spleen to the brain during viral infection in fish.

The ovary is indispensable for female reproduction,and its age-dependent functional decline is the primary cause of ***,the molecular basis of ovarian aging in higher vertebrates remains poorly ***,we apply spatiotemporal transcriptomics to benchmark architecture organization as well as cellular and molecular determinants in young primate ovaries and compare these to aged primate *** a global view,somatic cells within the non-follicle region undergo more pronounced transcriptional fluctuation relative to those in the follicle region,likely constituting a hostile microenvironment that facilitates ovarian ***,we uncovered that inflammation,the senescent-associated secretory phenotype,senescence,and fibrosis are the likely primary contributors to ovarian aging(PCOA).Of note,we identified spatial co-localization between a PCOA-featured spot and an unappreciated MT2(Metallothionein 2)highly expressing spot(MT2^(high))characterized by high levels of inflammation,potentially serving as an aging hotspot in the primate ***,with advanced age,a subpopulation of MT2^(high)accumulates,likely disseminating and amplifying the senescent signal *** study establishes the first primate spatiotemporal transcriptomic atlas,advancing our understanding of mechanistic determinants underpinning primate ovarian aging and unraveling potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets for aging and age-associated human ovarian disorders.

水利新质生产力是符合新发展理念的先进水利生产力质态,是实现水利高质量发展的关键环节。要以水利新质生产力助力农田发展,推动农田水利新质生产力发展。农田水利新质生产力是水利新质生产力在农田领域的具体实践,是推进实现农业现代化建设和高质量发展的有力路径。为加速落实水利新质生产力在农田领域的部署要求,本文在深入探析农田水利新质生产力和水利新质生产力之间关系的基础上,构建了农田水利新质生产力的研究框架,包括关键问题、战略目标、体系布局和关键内容,并针对农田水利新质生产力的关键内容展开重点研究,最后从理论研究、技术创新和农田改造3个方面提出未来研究展望,为农田水利新质生产力的形成和发展提供参考。
