In liver tumor surgery,the recognition of tumor margin and radical resection of microcancer focis have always been the crucial points to reduce postoperative recurrence of ***,naked-eye inspection and palpation have limited effectiveness in identifying tumor boundaries,and traditional imaging techniques cannot consistently locate tumors in real *** an intraoperative real-time navigation imaging method,NIRfluorescence imaging has been extensively studied for its simplicity,reliable safety,and superior sensitivity,and is expected to improve the accuracy of liver tumor *** recent years,the research focus of NIRfluorescence has gradually shifted from the-rst near-infrared window(NIR-I,700–900 nm)to the second near-infrared window(NIR-II,1000–1700 nm).Fluorescence imaging in NIR-II reduces the scattering effect of deep tissue,providing a preferable detection depth and spatial resolution while signi-cantly eliminating liver autofluorescence background to clarify tumor *** combined with tumor antibodies will further improve the precision offluorescence-guided surgical *** the development of a bunch offluorophores with phototherapy ability,NIR-II can integrate tumor detection and treatment to explore a new therapeutic strategy for liver ***,we review the recent progress of NIR-IIfluorescence technology in liver tumor surgery and discuss its challenges and potential development direction.

Transient features of graphitization and nitrogen-vacancy color centers in a diamond fabricated by localization femtosecond laser direct writing

Femtosecond laser direct writing provides an efficient approach to fabricating single nitrogen vacancy(NV) color centers with a relatively high yield. Different from previously reported NV color centers with a random distribution in a bulk diamond or nanocrystals, this gives an opportunity to study the photophysical properties of single NV color centers with precise numbers and positions. However, ultrafast studies on single NV color centers prepared by localization femtosecond laser direct writing are still rare, especially for the graphitization inside a diamond and its relationship with single NV color centers. Here, we report the broadband transient absorption(TA) spectroscopic features of the graphitization and NV color centers in a diamond fabricated by localization femtosecond laser direct writing at room temperature under 400 nm excitation. In comparison with the graphene oxide film, the bleaching features of the graphitization point array in a diamond are similar to reduced graphene oxide,accompanied by excited state absorption signals from local carbon atom vacancy defects in graphene-like structures induced by laser writing. On the other hand, transient features of laser processing array containing single NV color centers with a yield of~50% are different from those of the graphitization point array. Our findings suggest that for ultrashort pulse processing of diamonds, broadband TA spectral signals are sensitive to the surrounding atomic environment of processing sites, which could be applied to laser writing point defects in other materials used as solid-state single photon sources.

Caused by the environment clutter,the radar false alarm plots are *** false alarm points has always been a key issue in Radar plots *** this paper,a radar false alarm plots elimination method based on multi-feature extraction and classification is proposed to effectively eliminate false alarm ***,the density based spatial clustering of applications with noise(DBSCAN)algorithm is used to cluster the radar echo data processed by constant false-alarm rate(CFAR).The multi-features including the scale features,time domain features and transform domain features are ***,a feature evaluation method combining pearson correlation coefficient(PCC)and entropy weight method(EWM)is proposed to evaluate interrelation among features,effective feature combination sets are selected as inputs of the ***,False alarm plots classified as clutters are *** experimental results show that proposed method can eliminate about 90%false alarm plots with less target loss rate.

Marine umbilical is one of the key equipment for subsea oil and gas exploitation,which is usually integrated by a great number of different functional components with *** layout of these components directly affects manufacturing,operation and storage performances of the *** the multi-layer cross-sectional layout design of the umbilical,a quantifiable multi-objective optimization model is established according to the operation and storage *** the manufacturing factors,the multi-layering strategy based on contact point identification is introduced for a great number of functional ***,the GA-GLM global optimization algorithm is proposed combining the genetic algorithm and the generalized multiplier method,and the selection operator of the genetic algorithm is improved based on the steepest descent *** algorithm is used to find the optimal solution in the global space,which can converge from any initial layout to the feasible layout *** feasible layout solution is taken as the initial value of the generalized multiplier method for fast and accurate ***,taking umbilicals with a great number of components as examples,the results show that the cross-sectional performance of the umbilical obtained by optimization algorithm is better and the solution efficiency is ***,the multi-layering strategy is effective and *** design method proposed in this paper can quickly obtain the optimal multi-layer cross-sectional layout,which replaces the manual design,and provides useful reference and guidance for the umbilical industry.
