Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD)is a neurodevelopmental condition characterized by significant challenges in social interaction,communica.ion,and repetitive *** and precise ASD detection is crucial,particularly in regions with limited diagnostic resources like *** study aims to conduct an extensive compara.ive analysis of va.ious machine learning classifiers for ASD detection using fa.ial images to identify an accurate and cost-effective solution tailored to the local *** research involves experimenta.ion with VGG16 and MobileNet models,exploring different batch sizes,optimizers,and learning rate *** addition,the“Orange”machine learning tool is employed to evaluate classifier performance and automated image processing capa.ilities are utilized within the *** findings unequivocally establish VGG16 as the most effective classifier with a 5-fold cross-va.ida.ion ***,VGG16,with a batch size of 2 and the Adam optimizer,trained for 100 epochs,achieves a remarkable va.ida.ion accuracy of 99% and a testing accuracy of 87%.Furthermore,the model achieves an F1 score of 88%,precision of 85%,and recall of 90% on test *** va.idate the practical applica.ility of the VGG16 model with 5-fold cross-va.ida.ion,the study conducts further testing on a dataset sourced fromautism centers in Pa.istan,resulting in an accuracy rate of 85%.This reaffirms the model’s suita.ility for real-world ASD *** research offers valuable insights into classifier performance,empha.izing the potential of machine learning to deliver precise and accessible ASD diagnoses via fa.ial image analysis.

Lung cancer is a lea.ing cause of global morta.ity *** detection of pulmonary tumors can significantly enhance the survival rate of ***,va.ious Computer-Aided Diagnostic(CAD)methods have been developed to enhance the detection of pulmonary nodules with high ***,the existing method-ologies cannot obtain a high level of specificity and *** present study introduces a novel model for Lung Cancer Segmenta.ion and Classifica.ion(LCSC),which incorporates two improved architectures,namely the improved U-Net architecture and the improved AlexNet *** LCSC model comprises two distinct *** first stage involves the utiliza.ion of an improved U-Net architecture to segment candidate nodules extracted from the lung ***,an improved AlexNet architecture is employed to classify lung *** the first stage,the proposed model demonstrates a dice accuracy of 0.855,a precision of 0.933,and a recall of 0.789 for the segmenta.ion of candidate *** suggested improved AlexNet architecture attains 97.06%accuracy,a true positive rate of 96.36%,a true nega.ive rate of 97.77%,a positive predictive value of 97.74%,and a nega.ive predictive value of 96.41%for classifying pulmonary cancer as either benign or *** proposed LCSC model is tested and evaluated employing the publically available dataset furnished by the Lung image Database Consortium and image Database Resource initia.ive(LiDC-iDRi).This proposed technique exhibits remarkable performance compared to the existing methods by using va.ious evalua.ion parameters.

Bandgap tuning using rare earth metals as dopants in ferrite-based photocatalytic materials has received a lot of interest because the Fermi 4f energy of these metals generates a sub-energy state in the bandgap generated by the overlapping of Fe-3d and O-2p ***,dysprosium-doped cobalt-nickel mixed ferrite(D-CNFO)and its graphene-reinforced composite(D-CNFO@G)were prepared and an ideal photocatalyst material for azo dye minera.iza.ion was proposed.A cost-effective combina.ion of wetchemical and ultrasonica.ion methods was used to prepare the doped and composite *** characteriza.ion methodologies were used to scrutinize the optical,compositional,structural,morphological,and photocatalytic characteristics of as-prepared *** X-ray diffraction analysis identified the spinel phase's(cubic)structure,while the electronic spectroscopy exa.ina.ion confirmed the prepared samples'rod-like *** UV/visible absorbance spectrum shows the higher light harvesting beha.ior of the D-CNFO@G in the visible *** minera.iza.ion performance of the DCNFO and D-CNFO@G composites was analyzed using Congo-red(an a.ionic dye),a well-known azo *** D-CNFO@G sample removes Congo-red dye at a rate almost 2.4%faster than the D-CNFO *** experiment involving trapping free ra.icals indicates that hydroxyl ra.ical play s a crucial role in dye *** the D-CNFO@G catalyst is magnetic and can be isolated ea.ily from the photocatalytic system,it shows an awkward cycle activity of more than 96%after five minera.iza.ion *** asprepared D-CNFO@G composite is proved as an excellent option for azo dye minera.iza.ion because of the combined impacts of rare earth doping,graphene reinforcement and nanotechnology.

The road construction industry aims to contribute to the protection of already compromised *** mix asphalt(CMa.is a measure initiated by the road industry to protect the environment and preserve *** ha.ing additional benefits,CMA has attracted little attention due to its inferior ***'s performance is enhanced using a sustainable binder bio-modifier,natural cup lump rubber(CLR)is one of *** study evaluated the tensile properties,rutting,moisture susceptibility,and adhesion properties of CLR-modified CMA(CMA-CR).The tensile property was enhanced by 26%due to CLR ***-CR had excellent rutting resistance of less than 2 mm rut depth at 10,000 load cycles,showing 70%improvement compared with conventional *** susceptibility evalua.ion indicated that CMA-CR had tensile strength ra.io(TSR)value of 104%,sa.isfying the minimum 80%requirement of AASHTO *** also retained more than 96%bitumen *** moisture damage resistance was improved by 12%and 10%in terms of TSR and stripping,*** dura.ility results revealed that the CMA-CR mixture prevented higher mass loss,representing 14%improvement compared with conventional CMA.

This paper describes numerical simula.ion of hydraulic fracturing using fracture-based continuum modeling(FBCM)of coupled geomecha.ical-hydrological processes to evaluate a technique for high-density fracturing and fracture *** simula.ions are innova.ive because of modeling discrete fractures explicitly in continuum analysis.A key advantage of FBCM is that fracture initia.ion and propaga.ion are modeled explicitly without changing the domain grid(*** re-meshing).Further,multiple rea.iza.ions of a preexisting fracture distribution can be analyzed using the same domain *** simulated hydraulic fracturing technique consists of pressurizing multiple wells simultaneously:initially without permea.ing fluids into the rock,to seed fractures uniformly and at high density in the wall rock of the wells;followed by fluid injection to propagate the seeded fracture density *** combines the ease of continuum modeling with the potential accuracy of modeling discrete fractures and fracturing *** are modeled as piecewise planar based on intersections with domain elements;fracture geometry stored as continuum properties is used to calculate parameters needed to model individual fractures;and rock beha.ior is modeled through tensorial aggrega.ion of the beha.ior of discrete fractures and unfractured *** are presented for previously unfractured rock and for rock with preexisting fractures of horizontal,shallow-dipping,steeply dipping,or vertical *** of a single-well model are used to determine the pattern and spa.ing for a multiple-well *** results illustrate high-density fracturing and fracture ca.ing through simultaneous fluid injection in multiple wells:for previously unfractured rock or rock with preexisting shallow-dipping or horizontal fractures,and in situ vertical compressive stress greater than *** preexisting fractures are steeply dipping or vertical,and considering the same in situ

A significant research focus is placed on identifying a.imal species and areas at future risk to human-induced altera.ions of the environment and long-term changes in clima.ic ***,the extent to which exposure to extreme clima.ic events and intense human pressure can increase the risk of harmful impacts on species remains poorly *** on terrestrial mammals in China,one of the world’s mega.iverse countries,we investigated patterns of contemporary exposure to floods and human pressures and determined their taxonomic representa.ion and distribution across three major area-based conserva.ion schemes,namely,na.ional nature reserves(NNRs),priority areas for biodiversity conserva.ion(PABCs),and key biodiversity areas(KBAs).Among the 440 species assessed with moderate or high exposure to floods,327(∼75%)also qua.ified as moderate or high in exposure to intense human *** species mainly belong to the orders Chiroptera,Eulipotyphla,and ***,there were 305,311,and 311 species with moderate or high exposure to flood and intense human pressure represented across NNRs,PABCs,and KBAs,*** findings support the prioritiza.ion of KBAs for expansion of site-based protection efforts such as NNRs in China,considering threats to species from exposure to adverse effects from both extreme climate and human pressure.
