Protective effects of hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 against myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats

Background The effects of hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 （HES130/0.4） on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion （I/R） injury and its mechanism are *** aim of this study was to investigate the protective effects of HES 130/0.4 on myocardial I/R *** Forty-eight Sprague-Dawley rats were assigned to sham-operation group （S group）,ischemia-reperfusion group （I/R group）,albumin-I/R group （A-I/R group） and HES130/0.4-I/R group （H-I/R group）.The fluids were administered at 25 minutes after ischemia.H-I/R group was given 7.5 ml/kg of HES 130/0.4;I/R group and A-I/R group received the same volume of normal saline and 5% albumin,*** rats in S group were sham operated and received the same fluid as I/R *** 30 minutes of ischemia and 3 hours of reperfusion,blood samples were taken for cytokines assay,myocardium was excised for detection of NF-κB activity and myocardial infarction areas were taken for immunohistochemical *** Hemodynamic parameters of H-I/R group were better than I/R and A-I/R groups at all designated time *** results of 2,3,5-triphenyl-tetrazolium（TTC） and HE staining were better in the H-I/R *** （MPO）,NF-κB activity and concentrations of TNF-α,IL-1β were elevated markedly in I/R ***130/0.4 lessened the release of TNF-α and IL-1β consistent with the reduction of MPO activity,and HES 130/0.4 inhibited the activity of NF-κB in H-I/R *** number of apoptotic cells in the H-I/R group was also significantly reduced compared with I/R and A-I/R group Conclusion HES130/0.4 has a protective effect on I/R injured myocardium,probably by inhibiting NF-κB activity,reducing the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines and interfering with the apoptosis of cardiomyocytes.

军事训练伤在我军呈现高发趋势,其带来的急性、慢性疼痛对战斗力产生明显影响,而经皮镇痛剂由于其使用便捷、起效快、可控性高、不良反应少等特点,在军事训练伤疼痛治疗中具有特殊优势和潜在应用价值。本文从临床常用的阿片类镇痛剂、非甾体抗炎药、局部麻醉剂和瞬时受体电位草酸亚型1通道激活剂的角度,对经皮镇痛剂在军事训练伤疼痛中的应用进行综述和展望,以期更好地指导临床。

Effective recognition of viral infections and subsequent triggering of antiviral innate immune responses are essential for the host antiviral defense, which is tightly regulated by multiple regulators, including microRNAs （miRNAs）. A previous study showed that miR-4661 upregulates IL-IO expression in macrophages by antagonizing RNA-binding protein tristetraprolin-mediated IL-10 mRNA degradation. However, the ability of miR-4661 to regulate antiviral immune responses remains unknown. Here, we found that interferon-alpha （IFN-a） expression was repressed in Sendai virus （SeV）- and vesicular stomatitis virus （VSV）-infected macrophages and in dendritic cells transfected with miR-4661 expression. Moreover, multiple IFN-α species can be directly targeted by miR-4661 through their 3＇ untranslated region （3＇UTR）. This study has demonstrated that miR-4661 could directly target IFN-a expression to inhibit host antiviral innate immune response.

This study,grounded in Waxman fusion method,introduces an algorithm for the fusion of visible and infrared images,tailored to a two-level lighting environment,inspired by the mathematical model of the visual receptive field of rattlesnakes and the two-mode cells'*** research presented here is segmented into three *** the first segment,we design a preprocessing module to judge the ambient light intensity and divide the lighting environment into two levels:day and *** second segment proposes two distinct network structures designed specifically for these daytime and nighttime *** the daytime images,where visible light information is predominant,we feed the ON-VIS signal and the IR-enhanced visual signal into the central excitation and surrounding suppression regions of the ON-center receptive field in the B channel,***,for nighttime images where infrared information takes precedence,the ON-IR signal and the Visual-enhanced IR signal are separately input into the central excitation and surrounding suppression regions of the ON-center receptive field in the B *** outcome is a pseudo-color fused *** third segment employs five different no-reference image quality assessment methods to evaluate the quality of thirteen sets of pseudo-color images produced by fusing infrared and visible *** images are then compared with those obtained by six other methods cited in the relevant *** empirical results indicate that this study's outcomes surpass the comparative results in terms of average gradient and spatial *** one or two sets of fused images underperformed in terms of standard deviation and entropy when compared to the control *** sets of fused images did not perform as well as the comparison in the QAB/F *** conclusion,the fused images generated through the proposed method show superior performance in terms of scene detail,visual perception,and image sharpness

In this paper,we explore a cooperative decode-and-forward(DF)relay network comprised of a source,a relay,and a destination in the presence of an *** improve physical-layer security of the relay system,we propose a jamming aided decodeand-forward relay(JDFR)scheme combining the use of artificial noise and DF relaying which requires two stages to transmit a ***,in stage one,the source sends confidential message to the relay while the destination acts as a friendly jammer and transmits artificial noise to confound the *** stage two,the relay forwards its re-encoded message to the destination while the source emits artificial noise to confuse the *** addition,we analyze the security-reliability tradeoff(SRT)performance of the proposed JDFR scheme,where security and reliability are evaluated by deriving intercept probability(IP)and outage probability(OP),*** the purpose of comparison,SRT of the traditional decode-and-forward relay(TDFR)scheme is also *** results show that the SRT performance of the proposed JDFR scheme is better than that of the TDFR ***,it is shown that for the JDFR scheme,a better SRT performance can be obtained by the optimal power allocation(OPA)between the friendly jammer and user.

In a deregulated Var market, market power issue is more serious than in an energy market since reactive power cannot be transmitted over long distances. This letter designs a multi-timescale Var market framework, where market power that may arise in the hourly-ahead Var support service market due to system configuration deficiency and market structure flaws can be eliminated by day-ahead contract-based Var reserve service market. Settlement of day-ahead Var reserve contract is formulated as a two-stage robust optimization (TSRO) model considering worst case of uncertainty realization and potential market power that may arise in hourly-ahead market. TSRO with integer recourses is then solved by a new column and constraint generation algorithm. Results show a robust Var reserve contract can fully eliminate market power, and prevent suppliers from manipulating market prices.

In this study, we propose a generalized pseudoclassical theory for the kicked rotor model in an attempt to discern the footprints of the classical dynamics in the deep quantum regime. Compared with the previous pseudoclassical theory that applies only in the neighborhoods of the lowest two quantum resonances, the proposed theory is applicable in the neighborhoods of all quantum resonances in principle by considering the quantum effect of the free rotation at a quantum resonance. In particular, it is confirmed by simulations that the quantum wavepacket dynamics can be successfully forecasted based on the generalized pseudoclassical dynamics, offering an intriguing example where it is feasible to bridge the dynamics in the deep quantum regime to the classical dynamics. The application of the generalized pseudoclassical theory to the PT-symmetric kicked rotor is also discussed.

The present study addresses the problem of fault estimation for a specific class of nonlinear time-varying complex networks,utilizing an unknown-input-observer approach within the framework of dynamic event-triggered mechanism(DETM).In order to optimize communication resource utilization,the DETM is employed to determine whether the current measurement data should be transmitted to the estimator or *** guarantee a satisfactory estimation performance for the fault signal,an unknown-input-observer-based estimator is constructed to decouple the estimation error dynamics from the influence of fault *** aim of this paper is to find the suitable estimator parameters under the effects of DETM such that both the state estimates and fault estimates are confined within two sets of closed ellipsoid *** techniques of recursive matrix inequality are applied to derive sufficient conditions for the existence of the desired estimator,ensuring that the specified performance requirements are met under certain ***,the estimator gains are derived by minimizing the ellipsoid domain in the sense of trace and a recursive estimator parameter design algorithm is then ***,a numerical example is conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness of the designed estimator.
