Rational design of highly efficient,robust and nonprecious electrocatalysts for the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR),oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)is highly demanded and ***,heterostructural Co_(3O)_(4)@Ni_(2)P arrays with numerous reaction sites,unique interfacial electronic structure and fast charge transfer kinetics are developed as electrocatalysts for rechargeable Zn-air batteries and overall water *** density functional theory calculation and X-ray absorption fine structure analysis manifest that the synergistic structural and abundant electronic modulations interfaces are formed,thus simultaneously promoting the electrocatalytic kinetics,activities and ***,it can achieve an ultralow overpotential of 270 m V and 28 m V at 10 m A cm^(-2) for OER and HER,*** water electrolyzer delivers a current density of 10 m A cm^(-2) at 1.563 V;furthermore,rechargeable Zn-air batteries triggered by this heterostructure can achieve excellent cyclic stability of 177 h(2 h per cycle)at 10 m A cm^(-2);both devices are superior to the Pt/C+Ir/*** work not only designs an efficient trifunctional electrocatalyst but also paves an avenue to understand the heterostructure engineering for catalysts development and disclose the underlying relationship of interfacial electronic structures and catalytic properties.

The crystal plane plays a very important role in the properties of Ni-rich cathodes.[003]crystallographic texture regulation has been proven to improve structural stability,and yet,the discrepancy of particles with different exposed ratios of[003]in structural attenuation has not been ***,we have unraveled comprehensively the structural decay difference for Ni-rich cathodes’primary particles with the different percentages of exposed[003]by regulating the precursor coprecipitation *** findings based on structural characterization,first-principles calculations,finite element analysis,and electrochemical test reveal that the length and width of particles represent[110]and[003]directions,respectively,and show that cathode particles with a higher[110]/[003]ratio can effectively inhibit structure degradation and intergranular/intragranular crack formation owing to the low oxygen vacancy formation energy on(003)planes and the small local stress on secondary/primary *** study may provide guidance for the structural design of layered cathodes.

Solid-state lithium-metal-batteries(SSLMBs)using garnet Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(LLZTO)as the solid electrolyte are expected to conquer the safety concerns of high energy Li batteries with organic liquid electrolytes owing to its nonflammable nature and good mechanical ***,the poor interfacial contact between the Li anode and LLZTO greatly restrains the practical applications of the electrolyte,because large polarization,dendritic Li formation and penetration can occur at the ***,an effective method is proposed to improve the wettability of the LLZTO toward lithium and reduce the interfacial resistance by engineering universal lithiophilic interfacial *** to the in-situ formed lithiophilic and ionic conductive Co/Li_(2)O interlayers,the symmetric Li/CoO-LLZTO/Li batteries present much smaller overpotential,ultra-low areal specific resistance(ASR,12.3 X cm^(2)),high critical current density(CCD,1.1 mA cm^(-2)),and outstanding cycling performance(1696 h at a current density of 0.3 mA cm^(-2))at 25℃.Besides,the solid-state Li/CoO-LLZTO/LFP cells deliver an excellent electrochemical performance with a high coulombic efficiency of~100%and a long cycling time over 185 ***,the high-voltage(4.6 V)solid state Li/CoO-LLZTO/Li_(1.4)Mn_(0.6)Ni_(0.2)Co_(0.2)O_(2.4)(LMNC622)batteries can also realize an ultra-high specific capacity(232.5 mAh g-1)under 0.1 C at 25℃.This work paves an effective way for practical applications of the dendrite-free SSLMBs.

SpectrumChain: a disruptive dynamic spectrum-sharing framework for 6G

The sixth-generation(6G) wireless network will support ubiquitous connectivity and diversified scenarios to satisfy the requirements of various emerging applications. Full spectrum is a key enabler for6G to achieve the ambitious goal of a Tbps-scale data rate. In this paper, we first review the scenario and potential spectrum plan for 6G and then focus on SpectrumChain, a blockchain-based dynamic spectrumsharing(DSS) framework for 6G. The unique characteristics of blockchain for DSS are presented along with key technologies. Finally, the conclusion and future development trends are discussed.

FEEDBACK CONTROL OPTIMIZATION FOR SEISMICALLY EXCITED BUILDINGS

A feedback control optimization method of partially observable linear structures via stationary response is proposed and analyzed with linear building structures equipped with control devices and sensors. First, the partially observable control problem of the structure under horizontal ground acceleration excitation is converted into a completely observable control problem. Then the It6 stochastic differential equations of the system are derived based on the stochastic averaging method for quasi-integrable Hamiltonian systems and the stationary solution to the Fokker-Plank-Kolmogorov （FPK） equation associated with the It6 equations is obtained. The performance index in terms of the mean system energy and mean square control force is established and the optimal control force is obtained by minimizing the performance index. Finally, the numerical results for a three-story building structure model under E1 Centro, Hachinohe, Northridge and Kobe earthquake excitations are given to illustrate the application and the effectiveness of the proposed method.

RESPONSE ANALYSIS OF PIEZOELECTRIC SHELLS IN PLANE STRAIN UNDER RANDOM EXCITATIONS

The random response of a piezoelectric thick shell in plane strain state under boundary random excitations is studied and illustrated with a piezoelectric cylindrical shell. The differential equation for electric potential is integrated radially to obtain the electric potential as a function of displacement. The random stress boundary conditions are converted into homogeneous ones by transformation,which yields the electrical and mechanical coupling differential equation for displacement under random excitations. Then this partial differential equation is converted into ordinary differential equations using the Galerkin method and the Legendre polynomials,which represent a random multi-degree-of-freedom system with asymmetric stiffness matrix due to the electrical and mechanical coupling and the transformed boundary conditions. The frequency-response function matrix and response power spectral density matrix of the system are derived based on the theory of random vibration. The mean-square displacement and electric potential of the piezoelectric shell are finally obtained,and the frequency-response characteristics and the electrical and mechanical coupling properties are explored.

The smart magneto-rheological visco-elastomer (MRVE) has a promising application to vibration *** dynamic characteristics are described by complex moduli which are applicable to linear ***,experimental results show remarkable nonlinear relations between force and deformation for certain large deformations,and the nonlinear dynamic modeling needs to be *** present study focuses on the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of *** MRVE was fabricated and specimens were tested to show nonlinear mechanical properties and dynamic *** nonlinear effect induced by applied magnetic fields was investigated.A phenomenological model for the dynamic behaviors of MRVE was proposed to describe the nonlinear elasticity,linear damping and hysteretic effect,and the corresponding equivalent linear model in the frequency domain was also given for small *** proposed model is applicable to the dynamics and control analysis of composite structures with MRVE.

Dynamics and response reshaping of nonlinear predator-prey system undergoing random abrupt disturbances

An actual ecological predator-prey system often undergoes random environmental mutations owing to the impact of natural disasters and man-made destruction, which may destroy the balance between the species. In this paper,the stochastic dynamics of the nonlinear predator-prey system considering random environmental mutations is investigated, and a feedback control strategy is proposed to reshape the response of the predator-prey system against random abrupt environmental mutations. A delayed Markov jump system(MJS) is established to model such a predator-prey system. A novel first integral is constructed which leads to better approximation solutions of the ecosystem. Then, by applying the stochastic averaging method based on this novel first integral, the stochastic response of the predator-prey system is investigated, and an analytical feedback control is designed to reshape the response of the ecosystem from the disturbed state back to the undisturbed *** simulations finally illustrate the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed procedure.
