Vesicle trafficking is an essential cellular process upon which many physiological processes of eukaryotic cells *** is usually the‘language’of communication among the components of the endomembrane system within a cell,between cells and between a cell and its external ***,cells have the potential to internalize membrane-bound vesicles from external sources by *** constantly interact with both mutualistic and pathogenic microbes.A large part of this interaction involves the exchange of transport vesicles between the plant cells and the ***,in a pathogenic interaction,the pathogen releases vesicles containing bioactive molecules that can modulate the host immunity when absorbed by the host *** response to this attack,the host cells similarly mobilize some vesicles containing pathogenesis-related compounds to the pathogen infection site to destroy the pathogen,prevent it from penetrating the host cell or annul its *** fact,vesicle trafficking is involved in nearly all the strategies of phytopathogen attack subsequent plant immune ***,this field of plant-pathogen interaction is still at its infancy when narrowed down to plant-fungal pathogen interaction in relation to exchange of transport ***,we summarized some recent and novel findings unveiling the involvement of transport vesicles as a crosstalk in plant-fungal phytopathogen interaction,discussed their significance and identified some knowledge gaps to direct future research in the *** roles of vesicles trafficking in the development of both organisms are also established.

Breast cancer(BC)is the most widespread tumor in females worldwide and is a severe public health *** is the leading reason of death affecting females between the ages of 20 to 59 around the *** detection and therapy can help women receive effective treatment and,as a result,decrease the rate of breast cancer *** cancer tumor develops when cells grow improperly and attack the healthy tissue in the human *** are classified as benign or malignant,and the absence of cancer in the breast is considered *** learning,machine learning,and transfer learning models are applied to detect and identify cancerous tissue like *** research assists in the identification and classification of *** implemented the pre-trained model alexNet and proposed model Breast cancer identification and classification(BCIC),which are machine learning-based models,by evaluating them in the form of comparative *** used 3 datasets,A,B,and *** fuzzed these datasets and got 2 datasets,A2C and *** A2C is the fusion of A,B,and C with 2 classes categorized as benign and *** B3C is the fusion of datasets A,B,and C with 3 classes classified as benign,malignant,and *** used customized alexNet according to our datasets and BCIC in our proposed *** achieved an accuracy of 86.5%on Dataset B3C and 76.8%on Dataset A2C by using alexNet,and we achieved the optimum accuracy of 94.5%on Dataset B3C and 94.9%on Dataset A2C by using proposed model BCIC at 40 epochs with 0.00008 learning *** proposed fuzzed dataset model using transfer *** fuzzed three datasets to get more accurate results and the proposed model achieved the highest prediction accuracy using fuzzed dataset transfer learning technique.

Diagnosis facilitates the discovery of an impending disease. A complete and accurate treatment of cancer depends heavily on its early medical diagnosis. Cancer, one of the most fatal diseases world-wide, consistently affects a larger number of patients each year. Magnetism, a physical property arising from the motion of electrical charges, which causes attraction and repulsion between objects and does not involve radiation, has been under intense investigation for several years. Magnetic materials show great promise in the application of image contrast enhancement to accurately image and diagnose cancer. Chelating gadolinium （Gd Ⅲ） and magnetic nanoparticles （MNPs） have the prospect to pave the way for diagnosis, operative management, and adjuvant therapy of different kinds of cancers. The potential of MNP-based magnetic resonance （MR） contrast agents （CAs） now makes it possible to image portions of a tumor in parts of the body that would be unclear with the conventional magnetic resonance imaging （MRI）. Multiple functionalities like variety of targeting ligands and image contrast enhancement have recently been added to the MNPs. Keeping aside the additional complexities in synthetic steps, costs, more convoluted behavior, and effects in-vivo, multifunctional MNPs still face great regulatory hurdles before clinical availability for cancer patients. The trade-off between additional functionality and complexity is a subject of ongoing debate. The recent progress regarding the types, design, synthesis, morphology, characterization, modification, and the in-vivo and in-vitro uses of different MRI contrast agents, including MNPs, to diagnose cancer will be the focus of this review. As our knowledge of MNPs＇ characteristics and applications expands, their role in the future management of cancer patients will become very important. Current hurdles are also discussed, along with future prospects of MNPs as the savior of cancer victims.

The fabrication of a highly dense and ultrathin Gd doped ceria(GDC) interlayer on a large-area, porous electrolyte-coated planar anode support using vacuum slurry coating is studied for application in solid oxide fuel cells(SOFCs). The electrolyte-coated planar anode support body is fabricated by tape casting and pre-sintering is performed at 1100, 1150, and 1200°C. The GDC interlayer is coated onto the pre-sintered electrolyte-coated anode support using a vacuum slurry coating process with different immersion times(30–60 s). A highly dense and ultrathin GDC interlayer with a thickness of 1.48 μm is produced after co-sintering at 1400°C. The 1200°C pre-sintered electrolyte-coated anode support showed a thin and highly dense GDC interlayer which is attributed to a lower shrinkage difference between the coated GDC interlayer and pre-sintered body. The electrochemical performance of a vacuum slurry-coated GDC interlayer cell is 38 % higher compared to that of the screen-printed GDC-coated cell at 700°C due to the greatly reduced Ohmic and electrode polarization resistances. The considerable improvement in the performance is attributed to the ultrahigh GDC density which has prevented the secondary phase formation between the cathode and electrolyte. This study presents the economical, scalable, and reproducible process for the fabrication of highly robust GDC interlayer for the large-area planar anode-supported SOFCs.

The Dibdibba aquifer is considered to be the main source in the al-zubair area because agriculture depends on it to provide grazing water in the *** groundwater well samples were collected from the shallow Dibdibba Aquifer in Basra Province,southern Iraq,through the dry and wet period for 37 water samples were collected,to investigate the water quality deterioration,which is a hydrogeochemical modeling study where used to represent the groundwater mixing *** physicochemical parameter results show the spatial and temporal variations along the groundwater flow path.A Durov diagram of the studied samples shows water type Na-SO_(4),which is represented by mixing waters that may be affected by *** geochemical model ratio results of the groundwater well samples have shown high mixing ratios in the east and southeast regions of the study *** stable isotope composition of groundwater samples indicated that the recharge source of the Dibdibba aquifer is meteoric water influenced by vapor water from the Arabian *** stable isotope results have shown that the enrichment ofδO values is relatively linked with high salinity concentration and indicated the mixing between the upper unconfined and the lower confined,especially in the eastern and southern parts of the study *** findings of geochemical modeling and isotopes indicated an increasing groundwater quality ***,we recommended avoiding these areas for intensive extraction of groundwater.
