In this paper,we consider the following perturbed fractional Hamiltonian systems{tD_(∞)^(α)(_(-∞)D_(t)^(α)u(t))+L(t)u(t)=■_(u)W(t,u(t))+■(u)G(t,u(t)),t∈R,u∈H^(α)(R,R^(N)),whereα∈(1/2,1],L∈C(R,R^(N×N))is symmetric and not necessarily required to be positive definite,W∈C1(R×R^(N,R))is locally subquadratic and locally even near the origin,and perturbed term G∈C1(R×R^(N,R))maybe has no parity in *** the perturbed method improved by the authors,a sequence of nontrivial homo clinic solutions is obtained,which generalizes previous results.

The discovery of nickelates superconductor creates exciting opportunities to unconventional superconductivity. However, its synthesis is challenging and only a few groups worldwide can obtain samples with zero-resistance. This problem becomes the major barrier for this field. From plume dynamics perspective, we found the synthesis of superconducting nickelates is a complex process and the challenge is twofold, i.e., how to stabilize an ideal infinite-layer structure Nd_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)NiO_(2), and then how to make Nd_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)NiO_(2) superconducting? The competition between perovskite Nd_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)NiO_(3) and Ruddlesden−Popper defect phase is crucial for obtaining infinite-layer structure. Due to inequivalent angular distributions of condensate during laser ablation, the laser energy density is critical to obtain phase-pure Nd_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)NiO_(3). However, for obtaining superconductivity, both laser energy density and substrate temperature are very important. We also demonstrate the superconducting Nd_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)NiO_(2) epitaxial film is very stable in ambient conditions up to 512 days. Our results provide important insights for fabrication of superconducting infinite-layer nickelates towards future device applications.

Transfer learning could reduce the time and resources required by the training of new models and be therefore important for generalized applications of the trainedmachine learning *** this study,a transfer learningenhanced convolutional neural network(CNN)was proposed to identify the gross weight and the axle weight of moving vehicles on the *** proposed transfer learning-enhanced CNN model was expected to weigh different bridges based on a small amount of training datasets and provide high identification *** of all,a CNN algorithm for bridge weigh-in-motion(B-WIM)technology was proposed to identify the axle weight and the gross weight of the typical two-axle,three-axle,and five-axle vehicles as they crossed the bridge with different loading routes and ***,the pre-trained CNN model was transferred by fine-tuning to weigh themoving vehicle on another ***,the identification accuracy and the amount of training data required were compared between the two CNN *** showed that the pre-trained CNN model using transfer learning for B-WIM technology could be successfully used for the identification of the axle weight and the gross weight for moving vehicles on another bridge while reducing the training data by 63%.Moreover,the recognition accuracy of the pre-trained CNN model using transfer learning was comparable to that of the original model,showing its promising potentials in the actual applications.

During the production,the fluid in the vicinity of the directional well enters the wellbore with different rates,leading to non-uniform flux distribution along the directional ***,in all existing studies,it is oversimplified to a uniform flux distribution,which can result in inaccurate results for field ***,this paper proposes a semi-analytical model of a directional well based on the assumption of non-uniform flux ***,the direction well is discretized into a carefully chosen series of linear sources,such that the complex well trajectory can be captured and the nonuniform flux distribution along the wellbore can be considered to model the three-dimensional flow *** using the finite difference method,we can obtain the numerical solutions of the transient flow within the *** the aid of Green's function method,we can obtain the analytical solutions of the transient flow from the matrix to the *** complete flow behavior of a directional well is perfectly represented by coupling the above two types of transient ***,on the basis of the proposed model,we conduct a comprehensive analysis of the pressure transient behavior of a directional *** computation results show that the flux variation along the direction well has a significant effect on pressure *** addition,the directional well in an infinite reservoir may exhibit the following flow regimes:wellbore afterflow,transition flow,inclined radial flow,elliptical flow,horizontal linear flow,and horizontal radial *** horizontal linear flow can be observed only if the formation thickness is much smaller than the well ***,a dip region that appears on the pressure derivative curve indicates the three-dimensional flow behavior near the wellbore.

Global warming in tandem with surface albedo reduction caused by black carbon(BC)deposition on glaciers accelerated glacier melting;however,their respective contributions remain *** in the Qilian Mountains are crucial for the development of oases in the Hexi Corridor;however,their area has decreased by more than 20%over the past ***,this study developed a dynamic deposition model for light-absorbing particles(LAPs),coupled with a surface energy and mass balance *** comprehensively assessed the effects of BC and warming on the melting of a typical glacier in the Qilian Mountains based on the coupled *** on the glacier surface caused 13.1%of annual glacier-wide melting,of which directly deposited atmospheric BC reduced the surface albedo by 0.02 and accounted for 9.1%of glacier *** air temperature during 2000-2010 has increased by 1.5°C relative to that during the 1950s,accounting for 51.9%of current glacier ***,BC emission have increased by 4.6 times compared to those of the early Industrial Revolution recorded in an ice core,accounting conservatively for 6.3%of current glacier *** BC emissions has a limited influence on current glacier melting;however,in the long-term,mitigation should exert a noteworthy impact on glacier melting through the self-purification of glaciers.

BACKGROUND Spontaneous visceral artery dissection(SVAD)is a rare condition that affects the visceral arteries,such as the celiac,superior mesenteric,and inferior mesenteric arteries,without involving the *** ischemia or hemorrhage from vessel rupture can occur in SVAD;therefore,prompt detection and management is ***-enhanced computed tomography(CECT)has been used to diagnose most of the previous cases,but few studies have explored the potential of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)for early detection of this *** SUMMARY A 53-year-old male presented with complaints of poor appetite and abnormal liver function for the past 6 *** had previously undergone transabdominal splenectomy,esophagogastric devascularization,and cholecystectomy for gallstones and severe portal *** ultrasound was performed in our department to assess liver *** abnormal hepatic artery spectrum was observed,and dissection involving both the celiac artery and the common hepatic artery was observed.A CEUS was then performed and clearly showed the entry site of the intimal tear and the false lumen,and dissection was subsequently confirmed by *** patient was asymptomatic;therefore,treatment to control the blood pressure was provided,and follow-up was *** 6 months of follow-up,the celiac artery was found to be dilated with an adherent thrombus visible in the wall,and the common hepatic artery was occluded with the presence of *** these findings,no significant changes in liver function were *** Multi-modal imaging is effective in diagnosing SVAD,and conservative treatment is a choice for asymptomatic patients.

Room-temperature hydrogen adsorption in Pd nanoparticle decorated UiO-66-NH2 via spillover

To improve room-temperature hydrogen storage, palladium (Pd) nanoparticles were innovatively decorated by carbon bridge onto the amino-group functioned Zr-terephthalate metal-organic framework (MOF) UiO-66 to reduce the diffusion energy barrier and then improve the hydrogen spillover effect. Powder X-ray diffraction shows broad Pd peak and retained UiO-66-NH_(2) integrity after Pd decoration. The hydrogen uptake capacity show that UiO-66-NH_(2)-Pd exhibits best hydrogen storage performance than UiO-66-NH_(2) and pristine UiO-66. The hydrogen up taken in Pd decorated UiO-66 (UiO-66-NH_(2)-1Pd) was close to 4 wt% under 20 MPa at room temperature. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations show that hydrogen adsorption energy of UiO-66-NH_(2)-Pd was −0.5897 eV, which was much lower than that of UiO-66-NH_(2) (−0.3716 eV) and UiO-66 (−0.2975 eV). Ultimately, Pd decorated NH_(2) group functioned UiO-66 enable improve storage capacities through hydrogen spillover under ambient conditions which could satisfy the demand for sustainable energy, especially for the long-term storage energy media.

Effect of Al_(2)O_(3)fiber on twin intersections-induced dynamic recrystallization in fine-grained TiAl matrix composite

Dynamic recrystallization(DRX)is of great significance for the thermomechanical processing and microstructural regulation of TiAl ***,the underlying DRX mechanism remains poorly *** this study,an Avrami kinetics model for DRX was established,which was capable of predicting the DRX fraction *** addition,the effect of Al_(2)O_(3)short fiber on the DRX mechanisms of TiAl matrix composite during the isothermal compression was investigated for the first *** re-sults showed that other than inhibiting DRX by particles in the TiAl matrix composites,the addition of Al_(2)O_(3)short fiber accelerated a novel DRX process,which was induced by twinning and twin intersec-tions(TDRX).Thus,this composite exhibited a higher DRX rate than that of the as-cast TiAl monolithic *** origin of the twin intersection and TDRX for the composite was *** stress concentration near the Al_(2)O_(3)fiber was above the critical shear stress for twinning and thus was favorable for the formation of twinning and twin *** high stored strain energy at the regions of twins and twin intersections provided the driving force for *** accelerated the grain refinement in the TiAl matrix near the Al_(2)O_(3)*** present findings would provide a new perspective on DRX mechanisms,and provide the scientific guidance for optimizing the microstructures of TiAl matrix composites.

Exosome-encapsulated lncRNA HOTAIRM1 contributes to PM_(2.5)-aggravated COPD airway remodeling by enhancing myofibroblast differentiation

Emphysema,myofibroblast accumulation and airway remodeling can occur in the lungs due to exposure to atmospheric pollution,especially fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5)),leading to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Specifically,bronchial epithelium-fibroblast communication participates in airway remodeling,which results in *** increasing number of studies are now being conducted on the role of exosome-mediated cell-cell communication in disease ***,we investigated whether exosomes generated from bronchial epithelial cells could deliver information to normal stromal fibroblasts and provoke cellular responses,resulting in airway obstruction in *** studied the mechanism of exosome-mediated intercellular communication between human bronchial epithelial(HBE) cells and primary lung fibroblasts(pLFs).We found that PM_(2.5)-induced HBE-derived exosomes promoted myofibroblast differentiation in ***,the exosomal lncRNA expression profiles derived from PM_(2.5)-treated HBE cells and nontreated HBE cells were investigated using an Agilent Human LncRNA *** coculture assays and direct exosome treatment,we found that HBE cell-derived exosomal HOTAIRM1 facilitated the myofibroblast differentiation of ***,we discovered that exosomal HOTAIRM1 enhanced p LF proliferation to secrete excessive collagen secretion,leading to airway obstruction by stimulating the TGF-β/SMAD3 signaling ***,PM_(2.5)reduced FEV1/FVC and FEV1 and increased the level of serum exosomal HOTAIRM1 in healthy people;moreover,serum exosomal HOTAIRM1 was associated with PM_(2.5)-related reductions in FEV1/FVC and *** findings show that PM_(2.5)triggers alterations in exosome components and clarify that one of the paracrine mediators of myofibroblast differentiation is bronchial epithelial cell-derived HOTAIRM1,which has the potential to be an effective prevention and therapeutic target for PM_(2.5)-induced COPD.
