Increased cardiovascular fitness,VO_(2max),is associated with enhanced endurance capacity and a decreased rate of *** intensity interval training(HIIT)is one of the best methods to increase VO_(2max)and endurance capacity for top athletes and for the general public as *** of the high intensity of this type of training,the adaptive response is not restricted to Type I fibers,as found for moderate intensity exercise of long *** with a short exercise duration,HIIT can induce activation of AMPK,PGC-1α,SIrT1 and rOS pathway as well as by the modulation of Ca^(2+)homeostasis,leading to enhanced mitochondrial biogenesis,and *** present review summarizes the current knowledge of the adaptive response of HIIT.

AIM： To determine whether increased blood flow of the liver can cause oxidative stress and hepatocyte damage, and to elaborate methods suitable for measuring the antioxidant defence during hepatic surgery on rat model.METHODS： In nembutal narcosis, the left lateral and the medial lobes of the liver were clipped for 45 rain to make the total blood supply flow through the other lobes. Total antioxidant status, glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dysmutase activity, as well as the concentrations of diene conjugates and free sulphydril groups, H-donating ability and reducing power of the liver samples were determined. Chemiluminescent intensity of the liver was also measured. Metal ions （Al, Ca, Cu, Fe, Mg, Mn, Zn） and P and S concentrations of the liver were determined with an inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer and Se content was measured by cathodic stripping voltammetry.rESULTS： Glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dysmutase activities of the liver decreased significantly in the hyperemia group compared to those observed in the sham operated group. The level of total antioxidant status was also significantly lower in the hyperemia group. H-donating ability, reducing power and free sulphydril group concentration showed the same tendency. A significant correlation （P〈0.05） was found between the changes in non-specific antioxidant activities. This pointed to simultaneous activity of the antioxidant defence system. Al, Cu, Mn, Zn, and S were lower in the hyperemia group than in the sham operated group when the levels of Ca, Fe, Mg, Se and P ions were higher during hyperemia.CONCLUSION： Oxidative stress is one of the main factors for the injury of intact liver lobes during ischaemia-reperfusion.

AIM:To examine the prevalence and composition of refractive errors in ***:Nationwide cross-sectional data collected between 2014 and 2019 were analysed from the Comprehensive Health Screening Program of Hungary,which provided spectacle dioptric power and autorefractometry data for 68227 people(35850 women and 32377 men).Their age distribution,18-99y,was similar to the national demographic ***:Of the total population,16.50%of the refractive errors exhibited hyperopia,40.05%emmetropia,and 43.45%*** was 3 times more frequent(58.7%)in younger ages(18-35y of age)compared to older age groups(19.4%of those 56-70y of age;Prevalence(0.21%),and an increase parallel with ageing(r=0.716;P=0.009).CONCLUSION:Myopia is the most frequent refractive error in *** prevalence of myopia is especially increased,up to 2-3 times,in the younger age *** actions need to be taken to reduce the onset of myopia and its associated consequences.

An integrated hydrological model has been applied for a rural-urban catchment of the Szamos-Kraszna interfluve geographic area, using the Waterisk integrated hydrological model system. The aim of the hydrological simulations was to identify the role that the relief plays in the water coverage formation process, and to highlight the possible consequences of it on phosphorus transport processes. To support this aim, the rainfall-runoff and the one-dimensional flow routing modules have been modelled, and maximal water cover has been calculated. Measured water coverage data by remote sensing have been compared to calculated maximum water cover in several ways. results support the existing perspective on excess water formation namely that the process is very complex, therefore, the coincidence of the locations of measured water cover with calculated maximum water cover based on the DEM （digital elevation model） and the river network is low. Analysis shows that as far as the larger depressions of the area are concerned, the error of the DEM is not high, but it is likely that at locations with small altitude differences, the error of DEM can cause larger errors. The results foreshadow the importance of the micro relief of the area on phosphorus transport.

AIM:To analyze the changing trends in penetrating keratoplasty(PKP)***:This retrospective study included all patients with PKP between 2006 and *** were classified using histological *** groups were as the following:pseudophakic or aphakic bullous keratopathy,regraft,acute necrotizing and ulcerative keratitis,keratoconus,Fuchs'dystrophy,corneal dystrophy other than Fuchs',corneal scar,other diagnoses and failed endothelial keratoplasty ***,two different time-periods(2006-2012 and 2013-2017)were ***:Totally 1721 histological analyses of 1214 patients were available for *** diagnoses were pseudophakic or aphakic bullous keratopathy in 487(28.3%),regraft in 443(25.7%),acute necrotizing and ulcerative keratitis in 313(18.2%),corneal scar in 153(8.9%),keratoconus in 140(8.1%).Fuchs'dystrophy in 61(3.5%),corneal dystrophy other than Fuchs'in 46(2.7%),other diagnoses in 44(2.6%)and failed endothelial keratoplasty graft in 34(2.0%)*** the first to the second analysed time-period,incidence of acute necrotizing and ulcerative keratitis,corneal scar,Fuchs'dystrophy increased(Pr all)and incidence of keratoconus significantly decreased(P=0.015).CONCLUSION:Pseudophakic or aphakic bullous keratopathy is the leading indication for PKP,followed by regraft and acute necrotizing and ulcerative keratitis.

BACKGrOUND The importance of the neuronal microenvironment has been recently highlighted in gut region-specific diabetic enteric neuropathy. regionally distinct thickening of endothelial basement membrane(BM) of intestinal capillaries supplying the myenteric ganglia coincide with neuronal damage in different intestinal segments. Accelerated synthesis of matrix molecules and reduced degradation of matrix components may also contribute to the imbalance of extracellular matrix dynamics resulting in BM thickening. Among the matrix degrading proteinases, matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP9) and its tissue inhibitor(TIMP1) are essential in regulating extracellular matrix *** To evaluate the intestinal segment-specific effects of diabetes and insulin replacement on ganglionic BM thickness, MMP9 and TIMP1 *** Ten weeks after the onset of hyperglycaemia gut segments were taken from the duodenum and ileum of streptozotocin-induced diabetic, insulin-treated diabetic and sex-and age-matched control rats. The thickness of BM surrounding myenteric ganglia was measured by electron microscopic morphometry. Wholemount preparations of myenteric plexus were prepared from the different gut regions for MMP9/TIMP1 double-labelling fluorescent immunohistochemistry. Post-embedding immunogold electron microscopy was applied on ultrathin sections to evaluate the MMP9 and TIMP1 expression in myenteric ganglia and their microenvironment from different gut segments and conditions. The MMP9 and TIMP1 messenger ribonucleic acid(m rNA) level was measured by quantitative polymerase chain *** Ten weeks after the onset of hyperglycaemia, the ganglionic BM was significantly thickened in the diabetic ileum, while it remained intact in the duodenum. The young generation is the most influenced and vulnerable segment of the market. Food with high level of fat, sugar and/or salt are popularised for this segment. At the same time nearly seven people die of obesity or from complications of obesity in Hungary each hour-one every nine minutes. Approximately 119 million Americans, or 64.5%, of adult Americans are either overweight or obese. 17.5 million obese young person live in the European Union. The result is the drastic elevation of the hygienic expenses. The average health care cost of overweight persons is higher by 42% than normal bodyweight ones. Per capita spending on fast foods is unbelievable and rising. The value of average spending was 2.5 E in 2002. Fast food sales continue to boom despite warnings about obesity. The consumption of these products can contribute to the increased level of childhood obesity. 12% of young person＇s visited a fast food restaurant at least with a weekly regularity. The value is 16.9% in case of young men higher than in case of young ladies （8.1%） to our research. We can state the respondents underestimate the costs of fast foods.

目的分析细支气管肺泡癌（BAC）在^18F-脱氧葡萄糖（FDG）PET／CT图像中的代谢和形态结构特征，并与非细支气管肺泡型腺癌（non—BAC AC）的显像结果进行比较，探讨PET／CT在BAC诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析经病理检查确诊的32例BAC及55例non—BAC AC的FDG PET／CT显像资料。测量病灶最大标准摄取值（SUVmax），分析病灶位置、形态及边界、密度分布及其他典型CT结构征象。统计分析比较2组的平均SUVmax，评价与肿瘤分型有关的CT征象，比较单独PET、CT及PET和CT联合诊断的准确性。采用SPSS12．0软件对数据行t检验、McNemar检验、Fisher精确检验等。结果BAC组共47个病灶，non—BACAC组共63个病灶，组间SUVmax差异有统计学意义（1．51±0．17与6．28±3．04，t=-10．374，P〈0．0001）。BAC组纯磨玻璃密度影（45％的病灶，21／47）是相关的CT征象（Fisher精确检验，P〈0．0001）。结合PET代谢和CT解剖结构特征的联合诊断准确性与单独PET或CT对比，差异均有统计学意义（P=0．001和0．039），诊断准确性分别为88％（28／32）、47％（15／32）和66％（21／32）。结论理解FDG PET／CT显像中BAC的代谢和形态结构特征，有利于提高诊断准确性。如动态观察中呈持续的CT磨玻璃密度影，即使低FDG摄取，也要考虑BAC可能。
