Suitable soil moisture contents for water use efficiency and saponins accumulation in Panax notoginseng

Transcriptional activity and subcellular location of SmWRKY42-like and its response to gibberellin and ethylene treatments in Salvia miltiorrhiza hairy roots

Objective: The exogenous gibberellin(GA) and ethylene(ET) treatment can improve the medicinal ingredients of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Interestingly, many reports pointed out that WRKY transcription factors played an important regulatory role in these treatment responses. However, whether the Sm WRKY mediate these treatment signalings in S. miltiorrhiza remains largely ***: qRT-PCR was used for SmWRKY42-like in response to exogenous GA and ethephon(Eth) treatment. The subcellular location of SmWRKY42-like was transiently transformed into onion epidermal cells by particle bombardment. The self-activating activity of SmWRKY42-like was verified in AH109 yeast ***: Sm WRKY42-like was a WRKY family gene in S. miltiorrhiza. The subcellular localization and transcriptional activity results of the SmWRKY42-like protein indicated that SmWRKY42-like mainly enriched in nucleus and might be a transcription factor in S. miltiorrhiza. In the meantime, the SmWRKY42-like gene significantly responded to exogenous GA and Eth ***: These results collectively indicated the SmWRKY42-like gene functions, as an important hormone-responsive gene, might play a potentially role in ET and GA signaling pathways.

叉枝蒿对粘虫杀虫活性成分及作用机制研究

【目的】探究叉枝蒿对粘虫的杀虫活性及杀虫机制,为粘虫的高效绿色防控提供理论依据。【方法】采用浸虫浸叶法测定10种蒿属植物提取物及叉枝蒿不同极性4部分萃取物对粘虫3龄幼虫的杀虫活性;分别采用小叶碟添加法、浸叶法和浸虫法确定叉枝蒿石油醚萃取物对粘虫的主要杀虫方式;通过浸虫法测定叉枝蒿石油醚萃取物、馏分及主要成分对粘虫3龄幼虫的触杀活性。叉枝蒿石油醚萃取物经柱层析分离及气相色谱—质谱分析,确定其活性成分,并测定活性成分对粘虫体内4种酶活力的影响。【结果】叉枝蒿石油醚萃取物对粘虫3龄幼虫的触杀活性最好,处理第7 d时对粘虫的致死中浓度(LC_(50))为6.85 mg/mL。经硅胶柱色谱分离,从叉枝蒿石油醚萃取物中得到21个馏分,其中馏分8表现出最好的触杀活性;气相色谱—质谱分析结果显示,馏分8的主要化合物为棕榈酸乙酯(49.57%)、十三烷(14.55%)、硬脂酸乙酯(4.86%)和壬烷(4.74%),4种化合物中以棕榈酸乙酯的触杀活性最好,处理后第7 d时对粘虫的LC_(50)为1.82 mg/mL。棕榈酸乙酯LC_(50)处理粘虫第7 d时扫描电镜显示,粘虫表皮蜡质层颗粒排列疏松,间隙增大。棕榈酸乙酯LC_(50)处理粘虫1、3、5和7 d时,粘虫体内乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)和Na^(+)-K^(+)-ATP酶随时间的推移表现出抑制作用,羧酸酯酶(CarE)表现出先激活后抑制作用,过氧化氢酶(CAT)表现出先抑制后激活作用。【结论】叉枝蒿对粘虫具有良好的杀虫活性。叉枝蒿石油醚萃取物中的棕榈酸乙酯对粘虫的触杀活性最好,可作为粘虫生物防治的潜力化合物进行开发利用。

某航改燃机氢燃料燃烧室污染排放特性研究

为了对氢燃料燃烧室的低污染燃烧组织方案提供技术支撑,根据某航改燃机燃烧室的工况及结构参数,设计了三种氢燃料喷射单元(贫油直接喷射(LDI)单元以及两种贫油预混喷射(LPIA和LPIB)单元),通过数值计算方法研究了其流场特性,燃料-空气混合特性及污染排放特性,然后采用粒子群优化算法(PSO)建立了三种单元的NO_(x)排放回归模型。研究表明:氢气喷射方式对流场结构影响较大。LDI单元的中心回流区(CRZ)脱离喷嘴一段距离,LPIA单元的CRZ径向尺寸最大,LPIB单元的下游流场轴向速度最快;LPIA单元燃烧室内燃料-空气混合相对于其它两个单元更加均匀;在设计工况下,LDI单元的NOx排放量不能满足目前新建燃机的排放标准(@15%O_(2),≤30 mg/m^(3)),而LPI单元的NOx排放能够达标,且LPIA相对于LDI单元可降低81.6%;所建立三个单元NO_(x)排放回归模型考虑了燃烧室进口压力、温度、当量比及气流速度的影响,其决定系数R2分别为0.972,0.969和0.953。本文所采用的单元及其性能数据和建模方法可以为氢燃料燃烧室设计提供有效参考。

Robust autofocusing propagation in turbulence

Turbulence in complex environments such as the atmosphere and biological media has always been a great challenge to the application of beam propagation in optical communication, optical trapping and manipulation. To overcome this challenge, this study comprehensively investigates the robust propagation of traditional Gaussian and autofocusing beams in turbulent environments. In order to select stable beams that exhibit high intensity and high field gradient at the focal position in complex environments, Kolmogorov turbulence theory is used to simulate the propagation of beams in atmospheric turbulence based on the multi-phase screen method. We systematically analyze the intensity fluctuations, the variation of the coherence factor and the change in the scintillation index with propagation distance. The analysis reveals that the intensity fluctuations of autofocusing beams are significantly smaller than those of Gaussian beams, and the coherence of autofocusing beams is better than that of Gaussian beams under turbulence. Moreover, autofocusing beams exhibit less oscillation than Gaussian beams, indicating that autofocusing beams propagate in complex environments with less distortion and intensity fluctuation. Overall, this work clearly demonstrates that autofocusing beams exhibit higher stability in propagation compared with Gaussian beams, showing great promise for applications such as optical trapping and manipulation in complex environments.

艾美耳属球虫是畜牧生产中最常见的寄生虫,引起鸡、兔、羊、牛等养殖动物严重消化系统疾病,影响动物健康和养殖效益。随着分子生物学技术的飞速发展,研究者们先后建立了艾美耳球虫的瞬时转染、稳定筛选和基因编辑等遗传操作平台,实现了艾美耳球虫的基因过表达、基因敲除和基因编辑等操作,极大推进了艾美耳球虫基础生物学和作为新型真核载体疫苗的研究进展,但仍面临一些挑战。本文围绕艾美耳球虫遗传操作平台建立的关键技术、创新性设计、存在的技术瓶颈以及应用前景进行系统梳理和总结,为其他畜禽寄生虫遗传操作平台的构建提供参考,也为球虫病新型防控制剂的研制提供新的思路。

To the Editor:With an aging global population,the incidences of community-acquired pneumonia(CAP)and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)have signicantly increased.[1]Previous studies have conrmed that COPD and asthma are independently associated with the prevalence of *** use of inhaled corticosteroid(ICS),the cornerstone of treatment for asthma,COPD with frequent acute exacerbations,and asthma-COPD overlap(ACO)may induce changes in the local lung microbiome and abnormal lung immunity,ultimately,causing a signicantly increased risk of ***,in cases of pneumonia,the effect of the use of ICS on CAP mortality remains *** data from one study favored the prior use of ICS,which was associated with a signicantly lower short-term mortality rate,[2]other studies have identied no impact on *** date,data on the impact of the use of ICS on mortality,prehospitalization or during hospitalization,are scarce,particularly in the older ***,this multicenter,retrospective study explored the association between the use of ICS during hospitalization and short-term mortality in older patients with CAP and those with chronic pulmonary disease(CPD).
