Formaldehyde is a pollutant that significantly affects the indoor air ***,conventional remediation approaches can be challenging to deal with low-concentration formaldehyde in an indoor *** this study,Photocatalysts of Ag/graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))/Ni with 3D reticulated coral structure were prepared by thermal polymerization and liquid phase photo-deposition,using nickel foam(NF)as the *** demonstrated that when the Ag concentration was 3%,and the relative humidity was 60%,the Ni/Ag/g-C_(3)N_(4)showed the maximum degradation rate of formaldehyde at 90.19%under visible light irradiation,and the formaldehyde concentration after degradation was lower than the Hygienic standard stated by the Chinese *** porous structure of Ni/Ag/g-C_(3)N_(4)and the formation of Schottky junctions promoted the Adsorption efficiency and degradation of formaldehyde,while the nickel foam carrier effectively promoted the desorption of degradation ***,the degradation rate was only reduced by3.4%after 16 recycles,the three-dimensional porous structure extended the lifetime of the *** study provides a new strategy for the degradation of indoor formaldehyde at low concentrations.

Understanding the mechanisms,structuring microbial communities in oligotrophic ocean surface waters remains a major ecological *** redundancy and metabolic tuning are two mechanisms that have been proposed to shape microbial response to environmental ***,little is known about their roles in the oligotrophic surface ocean due to less integrative characterization of community taxonomy and ***,we applied an integrated meta-omics-based approach,from genes to proteins,to investigate the microbial community of the oligotrophic northern Indian *** spatial variabilities of both genomic and proteomic compositions indicated a stable microbial community that was dominated by Prochlorococcus,Synechococcus,and ***,fine tuning of some metabolic functions that are mainly driven by salinity and temperature was ***,a tuning divergence occurred between metabolic potential and activity in response to different environmental *** results indicate that metabolic tuning is an important mechanism for sustaining the stability of microbial communities in oligotrophic *** addition,integrated meta-omics provides a powerful tool to comprehensively understand microbial behavior and function in the ocean.

Heavily doped upconversion nanoparticles(UCNPs)potentially have exceptional photon upconversion abilities that are promising for diverse applications,such as lasing and super-resolution ***,heavily doped UCNPs typically can only offer mediocre upconversion luminescence intensity,and there still lacks general guidelines for the design and synthesis of heavily doped ***,in order to boost the upconversion luminescence of heavily doped UCNPs,we studied the influence of characteristics of the core-shell structure on heavily doped UCNPs'upconversion *** find that some empirical guidelines derived from conventional UCNPs are not suitable for heavily doped *** NaYbF_(4):Tm@NaYF_(4) core-shell UCNPs with a high concentration of Yb_(3+)as a representative,our studies reveal that a rather thick inert NaYF4 shell is needed to protect the UCNPs from surface quenching,and the upconversion luminescence may undergo the cooperative sensitization process,which should be due to the highly concentrated Yb~(3+)*** addition,the upconversion luminescence of heavily doped NaYbF4:Tm UCNPs exhibits no obvious dependence on the type of inert ***,our results show that confining both Yb~(3+)and Tm~(3+)dopants in a thin layer(known as theδ-doping strategy)does not work well in the heavily doped ***,we propose a NaYbF_(4):Tm@NaYbF_(4)@NaYF_(4) core-shell-shell structure to enhance the luminescence of heavily doped UCNPs,by weakening the dissipation of excitation energy and strengthening the *** findings should be helpful to establish general design principles for developing the brightest possible UCNPs that can meet the requirements of various applications.

Knowledge about the effect of different prostate biopsy approaches on the prostate cancer detection rate(CDR)in patients with gray-zone prostate-specific antigen(PSA)is *** performed this study to compare the CDR among patients who underwent different biopsy approaches and had rising PSA levels in the gray *** hundred and twenty-two patients who underwent transrectal prostate biopsy(TRB)and 216 patients who underwent transperineal prostate biopsy(TPB)between June 2016 and September 2022 were reviewed in this *** addition,110 patients who received additional targeted biopsies following the systematic TPB were *** parameters,including age,PSA derivative,prostate volume(PV),and needle core count,were *** data were fitted via propensity score matching(PSM),adjusting for potential *** outperformed TRB in terms of the CDR(49.6%vs 28.3%,P=0.001).The clinically significant prostate cancer(csPCa)detection rate was not significantly different between TPB and TRB(78.6%vs 68.8%,P=0.306).In stratified analysis,TPB outperformed TRB in CDR when the age of patients was 65–75 years(59.0%vs 22.0%,P<0.001),when PV was 25.00–50.00 ml(63.2%vs 28.3%,P<0.001),and when needle core count was no more than 12(58.5%vs 31.5%,P=0.005).The CDR(P=0.712)and detection rate of csPCa(P=0.993)did not significantly differ among the systematic,targeted,and combined *** outperformed TRB in CDR for patients with gray-zone ***,performing target biopsy after systematic TPB provided no additional benefits in CDR.

The burgeoning growth of the new energy vehicles and aviation industry has escalated the need for energy storage capacitors capable of stable operation in harsh *** advent of metal-polyimide complexes has illuminated a novel approach for preparing tem perature-resistant ***,the general application of these metal-polyimide com plexes is impeded by the high dielectric loss and low breakdown strength,consequences of main-chain coordination and excessive metal ions ***,our study proposes a novel polyimideCu complex material(POP-Cu)predicated on side-chain-type pyridine-Cu coordination,utilizing the structural backbone PMDA-ODA of mature commercial PI(Kapton)with reliable *** to the high degree of freedom afforded by the side chain with suppressed relaxation activation energy and the long-range electron delocalization formed by d-πcoordination,the dielectric constant of this material containing merely 2.7 mol%Cu increases from 3.25(POPI)to 5.58,while maintaining a remarkably low dielectric loss of ***,this material exhibits a substantial DC breakdown strength of 436.2 MV·m^(-1)and a high energy density of 5.42 J·cm^(-3),coupled with superior mechanical and thermal *** at 150℃,it retains over 90%of its room-temperature energy density,demon strating notable dielectric stability under high *** attributes underscore its promising application for capacitors operating in harsh environments.

离婚协议下债权人撤销权制度的适用

离婚协议中的财产处理约定可以参照适用《民法典》合同编中的债权人撤销权制度。离婚财产处理约定是否为诈害债权行为,应采“相当性”标准,仅财产处理过当部分才构成诈害行为,而是否过当,应当综合考量离婚时当事人的状况、离婚财产分割原则、离婚协议整体、法律有关子女抚养费或离婚损害赔偿金的标准等因素予以判断。离婚财产处理约定诈害性的证明应采举证责任倒置的方式,即只要在债权实现时债务人无资力即可推定具有诈害性,相对人应对债务人在离婚协议签订时仍有资力承担举证责任。离婚协议之诈害行为属于无偿处分,撤销权的行使不以相对人具有恶意为条件。离婚协议之诈害债权行为的撤销系部分撤销,即仅针对财产处理过当部分,在债权范围内撤销。针对住宅等不可分割物的撤销,应当采取价格补偿而非整体撤销的方式。撤销权的行使仅对于债权人和相对人发生相对无效以及责任法上无效的后果,不影响债务人与相对人之间离婚协议的效力。

为优化下一代图书馆服务平台(LSP)服务质量,对用户持续使用LSP意愿的影响因素进行实证研究,从而提出服务质量优化策略。以刺激-机体-反应框架理论为逻辑框架,整合信息系统成功模型和期望确认模型,同时引入自主性变量,建立研究模型。采用问卷调查法收集数据,再利用SPSS 26.0和AMOS 26.0软件对模型中所含变量与假设进行验证。结果表明:期望确认、满意度正向影响持续使用意愿;系统质量正向影响期望确认度,服务质量正向影响期望确认度、满意度和自主性,信息质量正向影响期望确认度和满意度,间接影响持续使用意愿;系统质量对满意度的影响未能通过验证。
