The main goal of this paper is to underline that wine events can support very efficiently the attraction of tourists and affect the wine culture *** tourism crucially gains more regular and loyal *** basic aim of the paper is to show the role of Hungary’s largest and most important wine festival in the Hungarian *** paper will focus on the description of the consumers visiting the Festival,the information channels,and consumer satisfaction *** methodological background of the paper is based on a continuous primary research work between 2004-2012 analysing more than 3,700 questionnaires and secondary data between 1999 and 2003 from the Viniculture PBC and other secondary data related to the topic from professional sources(szabó,Komáromi-Gergely,&széles,2014).The main results of the paper indicate that the case of the Budapest Wine Festival shows that wine events are able to influence foreign and Hungarian consumers and improve the Hungarian wine culture and *** the last years the visitor number increased almost *** can be stated that the Festival visitors are from all over the world,representing three continents and numerous countries and *** Hungarian and the foreign visitors are satisfied with the Festival,and many of them are regular guests to visit the Budapest Wine Festival.

Methionine(Met)is an essential and first limiting amino acid in the poultry diet that plays a significant role in chicken embryonic development and *** present study examined the effect of in ovo injection of DL-Met and L-Met sources and genotypes on chicken embryonic-intestinal development and *** eggs of the two genotypes,TETRA-SL layer hybrid(TSL)—commercial layer hybrid and Hungarian Partridge colored hen breed(HPC)—a native genotype,were randomly distributed into four treatments for each *** treatment groups include the following:1)control non-injected eggs(noIn);2)saline-injected(SaIn);3)DL-Met injected(DLM);and 4)L-Met injected(LM).The in ovo injection was carried out on 17.5 d of embryonic development;after hatching,eight chicks per group were sacrificed,and the jejunum was extracted for *** results showed that both DLM and LM groups had enhanced intestinal development as evidenced by increased villus width,villus height,and villus area(Pnificantly reduced crypt depth,glutathione(GSH)content,glutathione S-transferase 3 alpha(GST3),occludin(OCLn)gene expression and increased villus height to crypt depth ratio in the TSL genotype than the LM group(Pnotype has overexpressed insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF1)gene,tricellulin(MD2),occludin(OCLn),superoxide dismutase 1(SOD1),and GST3 genes than the TSL genotype(Pn conclusion,these findings showed that in ovo injection of Met enhanced intestinal development,and function,with genotypes responding differently under normal *** also influenced the expression of intestinal antioxidants,tight junction,and growth-related genes.

The reference evapotranspiration was calculated using Penman-Monteith method proposed. This method was evaluated on data measured by lysimeter in szarvas experimental station in Hungary. The results of the two methods were in good agreement. However, this method requires an amount of data which is not available at all sites of meteorological measurement. Therefore it was necessary to investigate which elements influencing evapotranspiration are important and which elements are less important. With the help of investigation was indicated that radiation and vapor pressure deficit play important role in determination of reference evapotranspiration. Taking into account this there was two possibilities to calculate evapotranspiration. One of these is to use Penman-Monteith formula with constant wind speed as advised by Allen. Another one is to neglect wind speed data. Both methods were investigated and the method with constant wind speed was found better in a subhumid climatic condition of Hungary.

BACKGROUnD Despite the improvement in the endoscopic hemostasis of non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding(nVUGIB),rebleeding remains a major *** To assess the role of prophylactic transcatheter arterial embolization(PTAE)added to successful hemostatic treatment among nVUGIB *** We searched three databases from inception through October 19th,*** controlled trials(RCTs)and observational cohort studies were *** compared patients with nVUGIB receiving PTAE to those who did not get *** outcomes were rebleeding,mortality,reintervention,need for surgery and transfusion,length of hospital(LOH),and intensive care unit(ICU)*** the quantitative synthesis,odds ratios(ORs)and weighted mean differences(WMDs)were calculated with the random-effects model and interpreted with 95%confidence intervals(CIs).RESULTS We included a total of 3 RCTs and 9 observational studies with a total of 1329 patients,with 486 in the intervention *** was associated with lower odds of rebleeding(OR=0.48,95%CI:0.29–0.78).There was no difference in the 30-d mortality rates(OR=0.82,95%CI:0.39–1.72)between the PTAE and control *** who underwent PTAE treatment had a lower chance for reintervention(OR=0.48,95%CI:0.31–0.76)or rescue surgery(OR=0.35,95%CI:0.14–0.92).The LOH and ICU stay was shorter in the PTAE group,but the difference was non-significant[WMD=-3.77,95%CI:(-8.00)–0.45;WMD=-1.33,95%CI:(-2.84)–0.18,respectively].COnCLUSIOn PTAE is associated with lower odds of rebleeding and any reintervention in ***,further RCTs are needed to have a higher level of evidence.
