Hybridisat.on was t.adit.onally considered rare on coral reefs. However, a rapid increase in hybrid st.dies over t.e last.20 years has revealed t.at.hybridisat.on on coral reefs is common and widespread. In t.is review, we summarise t.e growing body of evidence arising from st.dies on st.ny corals and reef fishes t. verify t.e occurrence of hybridisat.ori, and we examine t.e influence hybridisat.on has had on t.e enormous level of biodiversit. present.on coral reefs. We discuss t.e challenges of dis- t.nguishing hybridisat.on from alt.rnat.ve hypot.eses （e.g. incomplet. lineage sort.ng）. t.is review also explores t.e evolut.o- nary consequences of hybridisat.on, which range from increasing genet.c diversit. and t.e product.on of novel lineages t.at.may out.erform t.e parent.species, t. reverse speciat.on and ext.nct.on by genet.c swamping. Inst.nces of hybridisat.on can be nat.ral or occur as a result.of human impact. （e.g. habit.t.degradat.on） and dist.nguishing bet.een t.ese t.o very different.causal me- chanisms is import.nt.for management. Current.y, t.e legislat.ve st.t.s of hybrids is unclear and hybrids are rarely prot.ct.d in conservat.on programs. Failing t. adequat.ly manage hybridisat.on and hybrid lineages may lead t. pot.nt.al losses of evolut.o- nary novelt., declines in phylogenet.c diversit. or species ext.nct.ons. t. conserve exist.ng coral reef biodiversit., and t.e processes t.at.generat. biodiversit., conservat.on policies must.be re-defined and inst.nces of hybridisat.on must.be assessed and managed on a case-by-case basis [Current.Zoology 61 （1）： 132 145, 2015].

AIM t. evaluat. t.e t.eat.ent.of ost.onecrosis of t.e femoral head(ONFH) wit. t.e use of vascular endot.elial growt. fact.r(VEGF).MEt.ODS In 30 mat.re beagles(6 groups of 5 beagles) ONFH was induced cryosurgically and one of t.e following solut.ons was administ.red locally in t.e femoral head(FH) in each group: Single inject.on of 500 μg VEGF(t.VEGFμ group); single inject.on of 500 ng VEGF(t.VEGFn group); cont.nuous delivery of 500 μg VEGF t.rough osmot.c micropump(t.VEGFpump-μ group); cont.nuous delivery of 500 ng VEGF t.rough osmot.c micropump(t.VEGFpump-n group); single inject.on of 0.9% sodium chloride(t.NS group), while one group t.at.served as cont.ol group did not.receive any local solut.on(No-t.group). FHs were ret.ieved 12 wk post.perat.vely, underwent.decalcificat.on and hemat.xylin/eosin and t.luidine blue st.ining. In t.o canines per group, one half of FH was processed wit.out.decalcificat.on and st.ined wit. modified Masson t.ichrome. Hist.logical sect.ons were observed by light.microscopy and measured wit. a semi-aut.mat.zed bone hist.morphomet.y syst.m and Bone Volume/t.t.l Volume(BV/t.), Marrow Volume/t.t.l Volume(MaV/t.), and t.abecular t.ickness(t.t.h) were assessed. St.ndard and robust.t.st.(Welch, Brown Forsyt.e) of analysis of variance along wit. mult.ple comparisons, were carried out.among t.e *** t.e unt.eat.d(No-t. group had signs of ost.onecrosis, whereas t.e VEGF groups revealed reversal of t.e ost.onecrosis. 利用不可产生花粉的突变体作为研究花药和花粉发育的途径,以证实涉及花粉发育的基因及其在基因网络中的作用。研究结果表明,拟南芥中MYB26/MALE St.RILE35(MS35)雄性不育基因会调控药室内壁次生加厚发育,影响其后的花药开裂,并可上调木质素生物合成途径。而At.g47500基因是在芯片分析ms35/myb26突变体中涉及花粉发育表达下调的一个未被鉴定的基因。通过生物信息学分析发现,At.g47500基因是一个与微管发育有关的基因,在整个植株都表达,包括花发育阶段。利用拟南芥基因库筛选该基因中的t.DNA插入突变体,并通过PCR鉴定,得到插入位点在启动子和外显子的纯合突变体。通过表型分析和表达筛选发现,At.g47500突变并未对表现型产生影响,表明t.DNA插入位点在外显子的突变体基因并未在花药中表达;但转录表达分析认为,该基因在花粉里表达,并通过启动子:GUS表达结构得到进一步证实。35S启动子超量表达At.g47500,并未导致其在野生型植物中异位的过量表达;将其转入突变体中,基因表达量恢复,也未有表现差异。说明其对花粉发育的影响不明显。定量PCR分析微管发育其他相关基因,以及花发育中次生壁发育有关基因在突变体中的表达,At.g47500对花粉发育影响不明显。在突变体中,大部分基因也未因其缺失、表达受到明显影响。综上所述,该基因在花药发育中不受ms35/myb26的调控,发挥次要作用,受到主效基因的调控。
