Multi-surrogate framework with an adaptive selection mechanism for production optimization

Identification of Mulberry Bacterial Blight Caused by Klebsiella oxytoca in Bazhong,Sichuan,China

To provide a scientific basis for controlling mulberry bacterial blight in Bazhong,Sichuan,China(BSC),this study aimed to isolate and purify pathogenic bacteria from diseased branches of mulberry trees in the region and to clarify their taxonomic status using morphological observation,physiological and biochemical detection,molecular-level identification,and the construction of a phylogenetic tree.A total of 218 bacterial strains were isolated from samples of diseased mulberry *** these,7 strains were identified as pathogenic bacteria based on pathogenicity tests conducted in accordance with Koch’s *** findings from the analysis of the 16S rRNA sequence indicated that the 7 pathogenic bacteria are members of Klebsiella *** observation revealed that the pathogenic bacteria were oval-shaped and had capsules but no *** could secrete pectinase,cellulase,and protease and were able to utilize D-glucose,D-mannose,D-maltose,and *** 7 strains of pathogenic bacteria exhibited the highest homology with Klebsiella *** study identifies Klebsiella oxytoca as the causative agent of mulberry bacterial blight in BSC,laying the foundation for the prevention and control of this pathogen and further investigation into its pathogenic mechanism.

orecast of peak infection and estimate of excess deaths in COVID-19 transmission and prevalence in Taiyuan City,2022 to 2023

In this paper,with the method of epidemic dynamics,we assess the spread and prevalence of COVID-19 after the policy adjustment of prevention and control measure in December 2022 in Taiyuan City in China,and estimate the excess population deaths caused by *** on the transmission mechanism of COVID-19 among individuals,a dynamic model with heterogeneous contacts is established to describe the change of control measures and the population's social behavior in Taiyuan *** model is verified and simulated by basing on reported case data from November 8th to December 5th,2022 in Taiyuan city and the statistical data of the questionnaire survey from December 1st to 23rd,2022 in Neijia.g *** with reported numbers of permanent residents and deaths from 2017 to 2021 in Taiyuan city,we apply the dynamic model to estimate theoretical population of 2022 under the assumption that there is no effect of *** addition,we carry out sensitivity analysis to determine the propagation character of the Omicron strain and the effect of the control *** a result of the study,it is concluded that after adjusting the epidemic policy on December 6th,2022,three peaks of infection in Taiyuan are estimated to be from December 22nd to 31st,2022,from May 10th to June 1st,2023,and from September 5th to October 13th,2023,and the corresponding daily peaks of new cases can reach 400000,44000 and 22000,*** the end of 2022,excess deaths can range from 887 to 4887,and excess mortality rate can range from 3.06%to 14.82%.The threshold of the infectivity of the COVID-19 variant is estimated 0.0353,that is if the strain infectivity is above it,the epidemic cannot be control with the previous normalization measures.

Aqueous Zn-ion batteries(AZIBs)have attracted increasing attention in next-generation energy storage systems due to their high safety and ***,the side reactions,dendrites and hydrogen evolution effects at the zinc anode interface in aqueous electrolytes seriously hinder the application of aqueous zinc-ion ***,we report a critical solvation strategy to achieve reversible zinc electrochemistry by introducing a small polar molecule acetonitrile to form a“catcher”to arrest active molecules(bound water molecules).The stable solvation structure of[Zn(H_(2)O)_(6)]^(2+)is capable of maintaining and completely inhibiting free water ***[Zn(H_(2)O)_(6)]^(2+)is partially desolvated in the Helmholtz outer layer,the separated active molecules will be arrested by the“catcher”formed by the strong hydrogen bond N-H bond,ensuring the stable desolvation of Zn^(2+).The Zn||Zn symmetric battery can stably cycle for 2250 h at 1 mAh cm^(-2),Zn||V_(6)O_(13) full battery achieved a capacity retention rate of 99.2%after 10,000 cycles at 10 A g^(-1).This paper proposes a novel critical solvation strategy that paves the route for the construction of high-performance AZIBs.

We report on using synthetic silicon for a high-precision X-ray polarimeter comprising a polarizer and an analyzer,each based on a monolithic channel-cut crystal used at multiple Brewster reflections with a Bragg angle very close to 45°.Experiments were performed at the BL09B bending magnet beamline of the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility using a Si(800)crystal at an X-ray energy of 12.914 keV.A polarization purity of 8.4×10^(-9)was *** result is encouraging,as the measured polarization purity is the best-reported value for the bending magnet ***,this is the firstly systematic study on the hard X-ray polarimeter in China,which is crucial for exploring new physics,such as verifying vacuum birefringence.

金属层状复合材料作为一种典型的非均质材料,通过调控其内部的多尺度微结构特性,可以实现金属结构材料强度-韧性的协同提升,在高端先进制造领域具有潜在的应用前景。金属层状复合材料的宏观力学性能显著依赖于各组元层的性能、厚度和异质界面的结构特性。变形过程中材料内部的微观应力/应变在异质界面处的协调特性对组元金属的形变微观机制产生重要影响,进而影响复合材料整体的性能。因此,探索金属层状复合材料的“微观结构-力学行为-变形机制-宏观力学性能”的内在关联并揭示其对应的微观形变机理,对设计具有优异综合力学性能的金属层状复合材料有重要的理论指导意义和实际应用价值。聚焦于晶态金属层状复合材料的微观力学行为及变形机理,介绍了其力学行为的尺寸与界面效应,着重讨论了室温下材料的微观形变物理过程,阐明了非均匀金属层状复合体强韧化的机理。最后,对金属层状复合材料力学行为的研究进行了简要展望。

Effect and mechanism of Qingre Huashi decoction on drug-resistant Helicobacter pylori

Being invisible ad libitum has long captivated the popular imagination,particularly in terms of safeguarding modern high-end instruments from potential *** ago,the advent of metamaterials and transformation optics sparked considerable interest in invisibility cloaks,which have been mainly demonstrated in ground and waveguide ***,an omnidirectional flying cloak has not been achieved,primarily due to the challenges associated with dynamic synthesis of metasurface *** demonstrate an autonomous aeroamphibious invisibility cloak that incorporates a suite of perception,decision,and execution modules,capable of maintaining invisibility amidst kaleidoscopic backgrounds and neutralizing external *** physical breakthrough lies in the spatiotemporal modulation imparted on tunable metasurfaces to sculpt the scattering field in both space and frequency *** intelligently control the spatiotemporal metasurfaces,we introduce a stochastic-evolution learning that automatically aligns with the optimal solution through maximum probabilistic *** a fully self-driving experiment,we implement this concept on an unmanned drone and showcase adaptive invisibility in three canonical landscapes-sea,land,and air-with a similarity rate of up to 95%.Our work extends the family of invisibility cloaks to flying modality and inspires other research on material discoveries and homeostatic meta-devices.
