目的探讨社区隐蔽性高血压(MHT)患者肾功能损伤的关联因素。方法该研究为横断面研究。选取2022年6月1日至2023年6月1日在广东省东莞市寮步镇社区卫生服务中心就诊的MHT患者。分别根据尿微量白蛋白(MAU)和24 h尿蛋白阳性与否分为MAU阳性组、MAU阴性组和24 h尿蛋白阳性组、24 h尿蛋白阴性组。通过问卷调查收集患者的一般临床资料;测量患者的身高、体重, 并计算体重指数(BMI);抽取患者空腹血, 检测血脂指标、空腹血糖、肌酐等;检测患者MAU和24 h尿蛋白。于门诊采用电子血压计测量患者诊室血压, 并通过动态血压监测仪记录患者24 h动态血压。采用多因素logistic回归模型分析MHT患者MAU阳性和24 h尿蛋白阳性的关联因素。结果入选MHT患者311例, 年龄(48.8±9.2)岁, 男性192例(61.7%)。其中, MAU阳性73例(MAU阳性组)、MAU阴性238例(MAU阴性组), 24 h尿蛋白阳性28例(24 h尿蛋白阳性组)、24 h尿蛋白阴性283例(24 h尿蛋白阴性组)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示, 年龄与MHT患者MAU阳性存在负向关联(OR=0.965, 95%CI:0.935~0.997, P=0.030), 而空腹血糖和夜间平均收缩压与MHT患者MAU阳性存在正向关联(分别为OR=1.577, 95%CI:1.049~2.370, P=0.030;OR=1.024, 95%CI:1.001~1.047, P=0.038);夜间平均收缩压、24 h平均收缩压、日间平均收缩压均与MHT患者24 h尿蛋白阳性存在正向关联(分别为OR=1.031, 95%CI:1.000~1.064, P=0.049;OR=1.048, 95%CI:1.008~1.091, P=0.020;OR=1.042, 95%CI:1.003~1.083, P=0.035)。结论年龄、空腹血糖、夜间平均收缩压、24 h平均收缩压、日间平均收缩压与MHT患者肾功能损伤存在关联。

Metal nanomaterials can facilitate microbial extracellular electron transfer(EET)in the electrochemically active ***,the role of nanomaterials/bacteria interaction in this process is still ***,we reported the single-cell voltammetric imaging of Shewanella oneidensis MR-1 at the single-cell level to elucidate the metal-enhanced EET mechanism in vivo by the Fermi level-responsive graphene *** oxidation currents of~20 fA were observed from single native cells and gold nanoparticle(AuNP)-coated cells in linear sweep voltammetry *** the contrary,the oxidation potential was reduced by up to 100 mV after AuNP *** revealed the mechanism of AuNP-catalyzed direct EET decreasing the oxidation barrier between the outer membrane cytochromes and the *** method offered a promising strategy to understand the nanomaterials/bacteria interaction and guide the rational construction of EET-related microbial fuel cells.

沥青复杂的微观组成特征与其宏观性能密切相关,且会随沥青材料服役时间推移发生改变,致使其性能表现出高度不确定性。以化学沥青组分为桥梁来搭建微观组成与宏观性能间的靶向关系,对高性能沥青路面材料的研发具有重要意义。本文系统地介绍和展望了沥青组分特征与宏观性能间的潜在关联,着重分析其对沥青路面材料优化设计的指导作用。首先,从微观组成视角回顾了沥青胶体结构理论、沥青质结构模型、化学组分分子结构模型研究进程及发展趋势;其次,总结了目前沥青化学组分常用的分离方法,并着重分析了饱和分、芳香分、胶质和沥青质的基础物理化学特性;综述了沥青工程指标、多温度域流变特性、热稳定性、老化及再生特性等宏观性能与沥青化学组分特征间的有机联系,进一步分析了沥青性能转变过程中各组分的迁移特征,揭示了沥青化学组分特征对宏观性能演变的影响机制,从而为未来沥青材料的靶向设计、靶向阻燃及靶向再生体系的构建提供一定参考。最后,提出了借助分子动力学模拟手段辅助沥青材料化学组分设计的方法,基于材料基因组思想展望了沥青化学组分特征与宏观性能关系研究的应用构想。

Fiber-shaped batteries that feature outstanding flexibility,light weight,and wovenability are extremely attractive for powering smart wearable electronic textiles,which further stimulates their demand in extreme ***,there are rare reports on ultralow-temperature fiber batteries to *** is mainly attributed to the poor conductivity of electrodes and freezing of electrolytes that restrain their satisfactory flexible operation in cold ***,we propose a fiber cooper metal battery consisting of a conductive polyaniline cathode,an anti-freezing Cu(BF4)2+H3PO4electrolyte and an acidresistant copper wire anode,which can withstand various deformations at ultralow ***,enhanced capacity and cyclic stability can be achieved by cryoactivated abundant reactive sites in the polyaniline,while benefiting from redox reactions with rapid kinetics involving protons rather than copper ***,this well-designed polyaniline/Cu fiber battery delivers excellent flexibility without obvious capacity decay after being bent at-30℃,as well as a remarkable discharge capacity of 120.1 mA h g-1and a capacity retention of 96.8%after 2000 cycles at-50℃.The fiber batteries integrated into wearable textiles can power various electronic *** performances greatly outperform those of most reported ***,this work provides a promising strategy toward applications of cryogenic wearable energy storage devices.

The paper investigates the behaviors of recycled aggregate concrete-filled steel tubular(RACFST)columns under eccentric loadings with the incorporation of expansive agents.A total of 16 RACFST columns were tested in this *** main parameters varied in this study are recycled coarse aggregate replacement percentages(0%,30%,50%,70%,and 100%),expansive agent dosages(0%,8%,and 15%)and an eccentric distance of compressive load from the center of the column(0 and 40 mm).Experimental results showed that the ultimate stresses of RACFST columns decreased with increasing recycled coarse aggregate replacement percentages but appropriate expansive agent dosages can reduce the decrement;the incorporation of expansive agent decreased the ultimate stresses of RACFST columns but an appropriate dosage can increase the deformation *** recycled coarse aggregate replacement percentages have limited influence on the ultimate stresses of the RACFST columns and has more effect than that of the normal aggregate concretesteel tubular columns.

Because of favorable mechanical properties,deformation resistance and being conducive to environmental protection,honeycomb fabricated plastic pavement slabs are highly recommended these *** present,most studies focus on the performance of plastic materials,however,the dimension optimization of fabricated plastic pavement slab is rarely *** this paper,an optimized geometry of the honeycomb pavement slab was determined through finite element *** response of honeycomb slabs with different internal dimensions and external dimensions were *** dimension factors were taken into consideration including the side length,rib thickness,the thickness of both top and bottom slabs of honeycomb structure and the length,the width and the thickness of the fabricated plastic *** results showed that honeycomb pavement slab with 6 cm bottom slab,12 cm top slab,18 cm side length and 6 cm rib thickness is recommended,additionally,an external dimension of 4 m×4 m×0.45 m is ***,the mechanical responses of this optimized fabricated plastic slab were further *** of different influencing factors,including wheel load,elastic modulus of plastic material,base layer thickness,soil foundation modulus and base layer modulus were ranked.
