Background: VANGL2 plays a variety of roles in various cellular processes, including tissue morphogenesis, asymmetric cell division, and nervous system development. There is currently a lack of systematic organization in the development and disease of the nervous system. Purpose: To explore the role of VANGL2 in the development of the nervous system and related diseases. Methods: Literature review and analysis of the role of VANGL2 in the development and disease of the nervous system. Results: VANGL2 defects lead to the development of the nervous system through the misconfiguration of various cells, which affects the development of the cochlea, the conduction of neural signals, and the development of nervous system-related diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease, GBM, Bohling-Opitz syndrome, and hydrocephalus. Conclusions: The VANGL2 gene is essential for nervous system development and its deficiency is linked to severe congenital conditions and various disorders, highlighting the need for more research on treatments for related gene defects.

For two r-graphs T and H,let ex_(r)(n,T,H)be the maximum number of copies of T in an n-vertex H *** determination of the Turán number ex_(r)(n,T,H)has become the fundamental core problem in extremal graph theory ever since the pioneering work of Turán’s theorem was published in *** we have some rich results for the simple graph case,only sporadic results have been known for the hypergraph Turán *** this paper,we mainly focus on the function ex_(r)(n,T,H)when H is one of two different hypergraph extensions of the complete bipartite graph K_(s,t).The first extension is the complete bipartite r-graph K^((r))_(s,t),which was introduced by Mubayi and Verstraëte(2004).Using the powerful random algebraic method,we show that if s is sufficiently larger than t,then ex_(r)(n,T,K^((r))_(s,t))=Ω(n^(v−e/t)),where T is an r-graph with v vertices and e *** particular,when T is an edge or some specified complete bipartite r-graph,we can determine their *** second important extension is the complete r-partite r-graph K^((r))_(s1,s2,…,sr,)which has been widely *** r=3,we provide an explicit construction giving ex_(3)(n,K^((3))_(2,2,7))≥1/27n19/7+o(n19/7).Our construction is based on the norm graph,and improves the lower boundΩ(n73/27)obtained by the probabilistic method.

Over-the-air computation(AirComp)has recently emerged as a promising multiple-access technique for fast wireless data aggregation(WDA)from distributed wireless devices(WDs). This paper investigates an energy harvesting (EH) AirComp system, in which multiple EH-powered single-antenna WDs simultaneously send wireless signals to a single-antenna access point (AP) with conventional energy supply for WDA via AirComp. Under this setup, we minimize the average computation mean square error(MSE)over a particular time period, by jointly optimizing the transmit energy allocation at the WDs and the AirComp denoising factors at the AP over time, subject to the energy causality constraints at individual WDs. First, we consider the offline scenario by assuming that the energy state information(ESI)and channel state information (CSI) are non-causally known at the beginning of the period, in which the formulated average MSE minimization corresponds to a non-convex optimization problem. We present a high-quality converged solution by using the techniques of alternating optimization and convex optimization. It is shown that for each WD,if the EH rate is sufficiently high,then the channel inversion power allocation is adopted;while if the EH rate is low, then all the harvested energy should be used up for transmission with proper energy allocation over time. Next, we consider the online scenario with causal ESI and CSI,in which the MSE minimization becomes a stochastic optimization *** this scenario, we present an offline-inspired online algorithm to obtain efficient online energy allocation designs by utilizing the obtained offline solutions. Finally,numerical results show that the proposed designs significantly outperform two benchmark schemes with power-halving and full-power transmission,respectively.

The soil with petroleum contamination is one of the most studied soil ecosystems due to its rich microorganisms for hydrocarbon degradation and broad applications in bioremediation. However, our understanding of the genomic properties and functional traits of the soil microbiome is limited. In this study, we used high-throughput metagenomic sequencing to comprehensively study the microbial community from petroleum-contaminated soils near Tianjin Dagang oilfield in eastern China. The analysis reveals that the soil metagenome is characterized by high level of community diversity and metabolic versatility. The metageome community is predominated by 7-Proteobacteria and a-Proteobacteria, which are key players for petroleum hydrocarbon degradation. The functional study demonstrates over-represented enzyme groups and pathways involved in degradation of a broad set of xenobiotic aromatic compounds, including toluene, xylene, chlorobenzoate, aminobenzoate, DDT, methylnaph- thalene, and bisphenol. A composite metabolic network is proposed for the identified pathways, thus consolidating our identification of the pathways. The overall data demon- strated the great potential of the studied soil microbiome in the xenobiotic aromatics degradation. The results not only establish a rich reservoir for novel enzyme discovery but also provide putative applications in bioremediation.

改性稻壳炭对农村生活污水除磷特性研究

为研究稻壳炭不同改性工艺对农村生活污水的除磷性能影响,提高传统湿地填料对农村分散性生活污水中磷的吸附容量与稳定性,获得更高效、更持久的除磷效果,该文使用稻壳制备了稻壳基活性炭,其比表面积大、孔隙有效空间大、曲折度大、化学性质稳定;稻壳碳化后,SiO_(2)形成排列整齐的网状结构充当稻壳炭的骨架,稻壳中的纤维在被热解炭化后,附着在网状骨架上,这种结构可以通过改性暴露出各种不同的基团(如羟基、羧基的羰基等官能团),增强吸附能力。对稻壳炭填料进行不同浓度的HCl、NaOH、FeCl_(3)、AlCl_(3)单一改性以及组合改性,通过吸附量和除磷率的比较确定除磷性能最好的改性工艺。结果表明:稻壳炭经1.0 mol/L HCl溶液改性后对磷的去除率为83.4%,平衡吸附量为0.834 mg/g;经2.0 mol/L NaOH溶液改性后对磷的去除率为85.2%,平衡吸附量为0.852 mg/g;经0.3mol/L FeCl_(3)溶液改性后对磷的去除率为93.6%,平衡吸附量为0.936 mg/g;经0.5 mol/L AlCl_(3)溶液改性后对磷的去除率为95.1%,平衡吸附量为0.951 mg/g;经2.0 mol/L NaOH溶液与0.5 mol/L AlCl_(3)溶液组合改性的稻壳炭除磷率最高为98.9%,平衡吸附量为0.989 mg/g,此组合改性为最佳改性方案。SEM表征结果显示通过盐酸、NaOH溶液可以改变稻壳炭的结构,增大稻壳炭的比表面积,铝盐可以更好地负载在经过改性的稻壳炭上,组合改性稻壳炭除磷效果优于单一改性。

针对微耕机作业时振动剧烈、操控舒适性差等缺陷开展研究。以南方丘陵地区常用的某型自走式微耕机为对象,依据结构分析及非作业状态下微耕机振动测试结果,结合多体动力学方法,考虑保险杠、发动机托架和扶手架(手柄)为空间柔性体,建立了基于约束的微耕机刚柔耦合动力学模型,并进行了整机系统动力学仿真。同时,开展了微耕机作业工况下振动特性的土槽测试试验。对比分析结果表明:仿真所得到的该型微耕机典型转速工况下手柄处的振动特性曲线与试验曲线吻合,加速度有效值误差小于5. 4%,频谱成分接近,这说明所建立的微耕机刚柔耦合动力学模型是有效的,运用多体系统刚柔耦合动力学建模理论与有限元相结合的方法研究微耕机整机振动特性是可行的。研究结论对于微耕机振动特性研究有一定的参考价值。

研究了组合改性沸石的最佳制备方法,以及不同改性方式和pH对改性沸石除磷效果的影响。通过吸附动力学与吸附等温线探究其吸附机理并使用扫描电镜对改性前后的沸石进行表征。结果表明,最佳的改性方案为2.0 mol/L NaOH溶液和2.0 mol/L聚合氯化铝(PAC)溶液组合改性。当废水pH=7时该改性沸石除磷效果最佳,此时除磷率为98.74%,其吸附符合准二级动力学方程和Langmuir模型。扫描电镜表征结果表明,碱改性和铝改性均可改变沸石的孔隙结构,增加吸附点位。

目前大多数人脸超分辨率方法都是将整个人脸图像或利用额外的人脸先验输入到卷积神经网络中来辅助网络关注面部结构。然而,卷积神经网络存在感受野大小受限的问题。此外,获取额外的人脸先验是一项艰巨的任务,并且不准确的人脸先验会严重影响生成图像质量。鉴于最近Transformer在视觉领域的出色表现,论文针对上述问题,提出一种基于Transformer与注意力聚合的人脸超分辨率重建网络来恢复人脸的全局结构与局部纹理细节。
