Objective:To evaluate the effect of propofol with different concentrations on the expression of inflammatory mediators of mterleukin and tumor-necrosis factor- α(TNF- α) by stimulating the mouse primary monocytes and human monocytic cell line with lipopolysaccharide(LPS)and also discuss the effeet of propofol on the secretion of inflammatory mediator and its possible molecular ***:The mononuclear cells of mouse spleen were separated and then purified to obtain the primary *** dose-effect relationship of production of pro-inflammatory cytokines by monocytes which were stimulated by LPS,namely the monocytes were stimulated by the dose of 0-500 ng/mL for 24 *** was employed to detect the concentration of IL-6,TL-8 and TNF-α.The effect of propofol on the secretion of above pro-inflammatory cytokines by the monocytes was *** were divided into the control group,the 0.1%DMSO group,the LPS group and the treatment group with LPS + different dose of propofol(propofol 1-100 μg/mL).ELISA was employed to detect the concentration of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α.The change in the expression of important signaling molecules in Toll-like receptor and NF-κ B signaling pathway was detected after THP-1 cells were treated with ***:The concentration of TNF- α was(3 863±153)pg/mL after 12 h of stimulation by LPS and then its concentration was decreased *** the concentration of IL-6 and IL-8 was relatively high after 24 h of stimulation by LPS,(5 627±330) pg/mL and(1 626±200) pg/mL,*** propofol could inhibit the expression of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF- α caused by *** the intervention treatment of 50 μg/mL propofol,the concentration of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α was significantly decreased(P<0.01).Conclusions:The propofol can inhibit the expression of TLR-4 and NF-κ B to inhibit the activation of p38 and the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines.

A new three-dimensional coordination polymer composed of Cu2+ centres and semiquinoid linkers (dhbq(2-)) was synthesized which was composed by two independent, enantiomeric, interpenetrated [Cu-2(dhbq)(3)](2-) networks with (10,3)-a topology. The compound has good water stability and typical behaviors of semiconductor, whose conductivity increases along with raising temperature. The chemiresistive humidity sensor made from this material shows good properties including linear sensitivity, high response, fast response and recovery, and particularly narrow hysteresis during humidity adsorption and desorption.

The propagation of information in online social networks plays a critical role in modern life,and thus has been studied *** have proposed a series of propagation models,generally,which use a single transition probability or consider factors such as content and time to describe the way how a user activates her/his ***,the research on the mechanism how social ties between users play roles in propagation process is still ***,comprehensive summary of factors which affect user’s decision whether to share neighbor’s content was lacked in existing works,so that the existing models failed to clearly describe the process a user be activated by a *** this end,in this paper,we analyze the close correspondence between social tie in propagation process and communication channel,thus we propose to exploit the communication channel to describe the information propagation process between users,and design a social tie channel(STC)*** model can naturally incorporate many factors affecting the information propagation through edges such as content topic and user preference,and thus can effectively capture the user behavior and relationship characteristics which indicate the property of a social *** experiments conducted on two real-world datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of our model on content sharing prediction between users.

BACKGROUND Radical gastrectomy(RG)is commonly used in the treatment of patients with gastric cancer(GC),but this procedure may lead to stress responses,postoperative cognitive dysfunction,and blood coagulation abnormalities in *** To investigate the influences of dexmedetomidine(DEX)on stress responses and postoperative cognitive and coagulation functions in patients undergoing RG under general anesthesia(GA).METHODS One hundred and two patients undergoing RG for GC under GA from February 2020 to February 2022 were retrospectively *** these,50 patients had received conventional anesthesia intervention[control group(CG)]and 52 patients had received DEX in addition to routine anesthesia intervention[observation group(OG)].Inflammatory factor(IFs;tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α;interleukin-6,IL-6),stress responses(cortisol,Cor;adrenocorticotropic hormone,ACTH),cognitive function(CF;Mini-Mental State Examination,MMSE),neurological function(neuron-specific enolase,NSE;S100 calciumbinding protein B,S100B),and coagulation function(prothrombin time,PT;thromboxane B2,TXB2;fibrinogen,FIB)were compared between the two groups before surgery(T0),as well as at 6 h(T1)and 24 h(T2)after *** Compared with T0,TNF-α,IL-6,Cor,ACTH,NSE,S100B,PT,TXB2,and FIB showed a significant increase in both groups at T1 and T2,but with even lower levels in OG vs *** groups showed a significant reduction in the MMSE score at T1 and T2 compared with T0,but the MMSE score was notably higher in OG compared with *** In addition to a potent inhibitory effect on postoperative IFs and stress responses in GC patients undergoing RG under GA,DEX may also alleviate the coagulation dysfunction and improve the postoperative CF of these patients.

Physical and mental health conditions of young college students with different Traditional Chinese Medicine constitutions in Zhejiang Province of China

OBJECTIVE: To investigate Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) constitutions of youths in colleges,and their physical and mental health conditions of different TCM constitutions, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the TCM way to improve young people's physical and mental ***: The Standard TCM Constitutions' Classification and Determination Questionnaire was used to measure the body health condition, and the Symptom Checklist 90 Questionnaire and the Questionnaire of the National Student Physical Health Standards were used to determine mental and physical health conditions respectively in 1421 young participants validly answering the questionnaires in Zhejiang ***: The participants had a mean age of 19.96years(SD = 0.95 years) with the majority of females(55.10%). One fourth of the 1421 participants were the Ping-he constitution and others were the tendency constitutions. Participants with Ping-he module(which has characteristics of moderate posture,rosy, energetic and is a healthy condition in TCM)were healthier than those with tendency constitutions in physical and mental health, with 65.81 ±7.83(men) and 77.99 ± 7.24(women) scores in the physical test and around 1.25 scores in the mental health test. College students with combined biased constitutions were more likely suffer force, sensitive, depression and ***: Most of college students have a tendency or biased constitution which could be more likely to suffer suboptimal health status and diseases. Youths in college themselves and health providers should pay more attention to their potential health issues and make proper healthcare plan according to their own TCM constitution.

作为一种新型非抗生素治疗方法,波长范围为100~400 nm的紫外线已被证明具有一定的抗菌特性。不同波长紫外线的灭活效果存在差异,生物安全性也不尽相同。近年在这个领域涌现一批研究报道,尤其是波长范围为200~280 nm的C波段紫外线(Ultraviolet C,UVC)成为研究热点。本文对这一波长范围的研究新发现进行了综述,包括UVC灭活不同病原微生物的作用机制、影响因素及灭活效果,分析UVC技术的生物安全性,并简要归纳UVC技术设备在临床应用的研究进展,以期为相关研究提供参考。

Nanoscale zero-valent iron/magnetite carbon composites for highly efficient immobilization of U(Ⅵ)

Nanoscale zerovalent iron/magnetic carbon(NZVI/MC) composites were successfully synthesized by simply calcining yellow pine and iron precursors. NZVI/MC pyrolyzed at 800°C(NZVI/MC800) had a higher percentage of NZVI and displayed better resistance to aggregation and oxidation of NZVI than samples prepared at other temperatures. The NZVI/MC800 material was applied for the elimination of U(Ⅵ) from aqueous solutions. The results suggested that the NZVI/MC800 displayed excellent adsorption capacity(203.94 mg/g)toward U(Ⅵ). The significant adsorption capacity and fast adsorption kinetics were attributed to the presence of well-dispersed NZVI, which could quickly reduce U(Ⅵ) into U(Ⅳ), trapping the guest U(Ⅳ) in the porous biocarbon matrix. The removal of U(Ⅵ) on the NZVI/MC samples was strongly affected by solution pH. The NZVI/MC samples also displayed outstanding reusability for U(Ⅵ) removal after multiple cycles. These findings indicate that NZVI/MC has great potential for remediation of wastewater containing U(Ⅵ).

代表是让不在场的在场过程,如何让代表者更好回应被代表者诉求是代表理论的核心问题。在乡村协商民主实践中,代表行为具有一定弹性,呈现出弹性代表面相,深刻影响协商回应性。从议题性质解读弹性代表及其回应性可以发现:乡村协商民主议题多属事务性议题,受议题紧迫性与复杂性影响,乡村协商民主可以形成控权型协商与赋权型协商两型,前者代表自主性趋低,主要回应既定意图;后者代表自主性趋高,主要回应村民诉求。在深层次逻辑上,乡村协商民主的弹性代表及其回应性是相关主体不同行动逻辑组合的结果,而行动逻辑组合的动态变化又会调适弹性边界及其回应性。
