Nano 3C-SiC@multilayer graphene oxide(NS@MGO)heterostructure was in situ prepared by carbothermal reduction of pyrolyzed precursor composed of highly dispersed cured phenolic resin and silicon dioxide derived from tetraethyl *** heterojunction interface,number of layers of MGO,and defect content in graphene are the three most important factors for promoting photocatalytic *** contact between 3C-SiC nanograins and MGO layers facilitates the photogenerated electrons to migrate across the heterojunction interface and avoid the formation of SiO_(2) nanolayers on the surface of SiC *** number of MGO layers is supposed to be less than ten instead of over-thick *** concentrations of oxygenated components,considered the defect contents,decrease with the increase of sintering temperature for NS@MGO 0.175-T-150,and relative carbon content in the multilayer graphene *** to the heterostructures,properties,and photocatalytic reaction performance of the NS@MGO materials,the highest photocatalytic kinetic rate constant of 0.00891/min for NS@MGO 0.175-1500-150 shows that the significant enhancement in photocatalytic degradation activity under visible light(>420 nm)irradiation is ascribed to the advantageous synergistic effects between the nano 3C-SiC particles and the direct contact multilayer graphene oxide with appropriate layers and sufficient oxygen content of 3.51%(atomic fraction)in MGO.

Oxalate is an organic dicarboxylic acid that is a common component of plant *** kidneys are essential organs for oxalate excretion,but excessive oxalates may induce kidney *** microtubule associated homolog 2(JPT2)is a critical molecule in Ca^(2+)mobilization,and its intrinsic mechanism in oxalate exposure and kidney stones remains *** study aimed to reveal the mechanism of JPT2 in oxalate exposure and kidney *** approaches were used to control JPT2 expression in cells and mice,and the JPT2 mechanism of action was analyzed using transcriptomics and untargeted *** results showed that oxalate exposure triggered the upregulation of JPT2,which is involved in nicotinic acid adenine dinucleotide phosphate(NAADP)-mediated Ca^(2+)*** analysis revealed that cell adhesion and macrophage inflammatory polarization were inhibited by JPT2 knockdown,and these were dominated by phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/AKT signaling,*** metabolomics indicated that JPT2 knockdown inhibited the production of succinic acid semialdehyde(SSA)in ***,JPT2 deficiency in mice inhibited kidney stones *** conclusion,this study demonstrates that oxalate exposure facilitates kidney stones by promoting crystal-cell adhesion,and modulating macrophage metabolism and inflammatory polarization via JPT2/PI3K/AKT signaling.

Objective:To describe and evaluate the technique using bilateral Boari flap ureteroneocystostomy(BBFUNC)for bilateral mid-lower ureteral ***:We retrospectively reviewed five patients who underwent minimally invasive BBFUNC in our institution(Union Hospital,Wuhan,China)between July 2019 and December *** bilateral ureters were mobilized and transected above the stenotic *** bladder was isolated and incised longitudinally from the middle of the anterior ***,an inverted U-shaped bladder flap was created on both sides,fixed onto the psoas tendon,and anastomosed to the ipsilateral distal normal *** double-J stenting,the Boari flaps were tubularized,and the bladder was closed with continuous *** patients’perioperative data and follow-up outcomes were collected,and a descriptive statistical analysis was ***:No case converted to open surgery,and no intraoperative complication *** median surgical time was 230(range 203-294)*** median length of the bladder flaps was 6.2(range 4.3-10.0)cm on the left and 5.5(range 4.7-10.5)cm on the right *** patients had not developed recurrent ureteral stenosis during the median follow-up time of 17(range 16-45)months and had a normal maximum flow rate after *** median post-void residual was 7(range 0-19)*** maximal bladder capacity was decreased in one(20%)***:The present study demonstrates that minimally invasive BBFUNC is feasible and safe in treating is limited.

Current guidelines encourage large studies in a diverse population to establish normal reference ranges for three-dimensional(3D)echocardiography for different ethnic *** study was designed to establish the normal values of 3D-left ventricular(LV)and left atrial(LA)volume and function in a nationwide,population-based cohort of healthy Han Chinese adults.A total of 1117 healthy volunteers aged 18–89 years were enrolled from 28 collaborating laboratories in *** sets of 3D echocardiographic instruments were used,and full-volume echocardiographic images were recorded and transmitted to a core laboratory for image analysis with a vendor-independent off-line ***,866 volunteers(mean age of 48.4 years,402 men)were qualified for final *** parameters exhibited substantial differences between different sex and age groups,even after indexation by body surface *** normal ranges of 3D-LV and 3D-LA volume and function differed from those recommended by the American Society of Echocardiography and the European Association of Cardiovascular Imaging guidelines,presented by the World Alliance Societies of Echocardiography(WASE)study,and from the 2D values in the EMINCA *** normal reference values of 3D echocardiography-derived LV and LA volume and function were established for the first time in healthy Han Chinese *** ranges of 3D-LV and 3D-LA echocardiographic measurements stratified with sex,age,and race should be recommended for clinical applications.

攸县油茶远缘杂交亲和性的解剖学研究

【目的】为了探究攸县油茶(Camellia yuhsienensis)远缘杂交亲和性的生物学机制。【方法】研究以石果毛蕊山茶[*** ***(***)Sealy](SG)、海南油茶‘海油3号’(***‘Haiyou 3’)(HN-3)和普通油茶‘德油6号’(***‘Deyou 6’)(DY-6)为父本,采用常规授粉和混合授粉方式对攸县油茶(YX)进行自交和杂交授粉。采用流式细胞仪测定亲本倍性,通过离体萌发法测定父本花粉活力,运用显微技术观察花粉萌发及花粉管生长动态以及早期果实和胚珠发育动态,并田间调查各授粉组合的座果率和落果率。【结果】(1)YX为六倍体,SG为二倍体,HN-3为八倍体,DY-6为六倍体。(2)4种油茶花粉具有较强的活力和育性,其中花粉活力最高的是DY-6,为70.13%;花粉活力最低的是YX,为40.68%。(3)自交和杂交所有组合的花粉均能在柱头上正常萌发,且花粉管在授粉后12 h均生长到花柱基部,但自交和YX×SG的花粉管进入子房后生长受阻,无法到达胚珠;YX×HN-3和YX×DY-6的花粉管则在授粉后72h到达胚珠。(4)自交和杂交授粉后100 d内,YX×DY-6的果实横径、纵径最大,YX×SG的果实横径、纵径最小;YX×DY-6的败育胚珠数最少,平均为3.83枚/果;YX×SG的败育胚珠数最多,平均为6.00枚/果。(5)自交和杂交授粉后100 d内,YX×DY-6的座果率最高,为68.0%;YX×SG的座果率最低,为4.0%;YX×HN-3的座果率为16.0%,其落果高峰主要集中在授粉后0~30 d和40~70 d;混合授粉组合YX×SD的座果率为22.0%。【结论】自交和YX×SG的杂交障碍主要为受精前障碍,YX×HN-3的杂交障碍为受精前和受精后障碍;攸县油茶远缘杂交亲和性也与亲本倍性有关,其亲和性大小为YX(六倍体)×DY-6(六倍体)>YX×HN-3(八倍体)>YX×YX>YX×SG(二倍体);混合授粉方式能在一定程度上提高攸县油茶远缘杂交亲和性。研究结果为攸县油茶远缘杂交亲和性机理研究提供了细胞学基础,也为油茶远缘杂交育种工作提供理论参考。

以浙江省三门县蛇蟠岛景区为研究背景,通过现场勘察与数值分析等手段,全面分析了山地旅游景区落石灾害的影响因素,基于RHRS风险评分方法建立了山地旅游景区落石灾害风险评估体系。研究结果表明:古洞室群围岩的严重扰动、岩石的风化作用、相邻洞室公共墙体的凿去为落石的三个主要影响因素;基于RHRS风险评分方法将落石灾害风险划分为5个等级,并在此基础上建立了山地旅游景区落石灾害风险评估体系;工程实践表明,建立的山地旅游景区落石灾害风险评估体系分析结果可靠,该评价体系可为落石灾害的发生提供预警及治理提供依据。

Zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs)is a promising electrical energy storage candidate due to its eco-friendliness,low cost,and intrinsic safety,but on the cathode the element dissolution and the formation of irreversible products,and on the anode the growth of dendrite as well as irreversible products hinder its practical ***,we propose a new type of the inorganic highly concentrated colloidal electrolytes(HCCE)for ZIBs promoting simultaneous robust protection of both cathode/anode leading to an effective suppression of element dissolution,dendrite,and irreversible products *** new HCCE has high Zn^(2+)ion transference number(0.64)endowed by the limitation of SO4^(2−),the competitive ion conductivity(1.1×10^(–2) S cm^(−1))and Zn2+ion diffusion enabled by the uniform pore distribution(3.6 nm)and the limited free *** Zn/HCCE/α-MnO2 cells exhibit high durability under both high and low current densities,which is almost 100%capacity retention at 200 mA g^(−1) after 400 cycles(290 mAh g^(−1))and 89%capacity retention under 500 mA g^(−1) after 1000 cycles(212 mAh g^(−1)).Considering material sustainability and batteries’high performances,the colloidal electrolyte may provide a feasible substitute beyond the liquid and all-solid-state electrolyte of ZIBs.

Screw conveyors are widely employed in industrial fields for conveying bulk *** shearer drum which uses the screw conveying principle is responsible for excavation and conveying coal particles onto the chain *** conveyor performance is affected by potential factors,such as the blade axial tilt angle and style,core shaft form and *** effect of blade axial tilt angle on the conveying performance was investigated with the help of *** the case of the screw conveyor,the mass flow rate,and particle axial velocity increased with increasing positive axial tilt angle,and declined with increasing negative axial tilt *** the case of the drum,the mass flow rate,particle axial velocity,and loading rate first increased and then decreased with increasing positive axial tilt angle,and decreased with increasing negative axial tilt *** results can be considered as a benchmark for screw conveyor and drum structural designs with axial tilt screw blades.

基于火星全大气模式的数值模拟研究有助于深入理解火星陆面-大气-空间环境多圈层相互耦合过程,是当今国际研究热点.模式对整个火星大气区域气象要素的描述亦可作为保障火星探测活动顺利开展的重要参考依据.沙尘活动显著影响着火星气候与天气变化,也对火星表面探测器可造成巨大安全威胁.对沙尘活动及其影响完善的模拟是目前全大气模式开发与研究工作中的重点之一.本文回顾了火星全大气模式的发展历程,概述了其构建方法,总结了相关科研成果,多角度论述了自主发展火星全大气模式的重要科研与工程价值,建议以火星沙尘活动为重点研究方向,牵引我国火星全大气模式的自主研发.模式的开发与应用涉及行星科学、空间科学、大气科学、计算机科学多领域协同合作.其开发过程势必带动我国行星科学全面发展,为相关研究领域积累经验、储备人才.
