Based on the particularities of gas outbursts,i.e.,low gas bearing capacity and low gas pressure in the "Three Soft" coal seam in western Henan,we applied the theories of plate tectonics and regional structural evolution to investigate the mechanism of this seam and its impact on the coal seam gas *** investigation revealed that coal and gas outbursts are distributed in a strip in a NW direction,with a number of high-penetration mines scattered towards the south side and low-gas mines largely located on the north *** analyzed the statistics of 38 gas explosions and the rock-coal sturdiness number coefficient f of 167 sampling sites in the region and found the gas outburst mechanism that features a "low indicator outburst phenomenon".The mechanism is characterized by structural coal as its core,a low gas bearing capacity,low gas pressure and sturdiness coefficient f mostly less than *** research results provide a theoretical foundation for effective control of gas disasters.

目的总结赖氨酸尿性蛋白耐受不良(LPI)伴肺纤维化患儿的临床和遗传学特征。方法回顾性分析湖南省儿童医院收治的1例LPI合并肺纤维化患儿的临床和遗传学特征,并以中文关键词“赖氨酸尿性蛋白耐受不良”和英文关键词“lysinuric protein intolerance”分别检索中国知网、万方数据库、PubMed数据库(检索时限为1993年1月1日至2023年5月1日),筛选LPI伴肺部受累的文献,总结病例的临床和基因变异特征。结果患儿,男,3月龄,以“咳嗽4 d,气促2 d,发现腹部包块1 d”就诊。辅助检查提示血氨增高,血尿串联质谱未见明显异常,胸部CT示双肺透亮度下降及片状致密阴影;予以抗感染及呼吸支持治疗后发热及一般情况好转,但仍存在明显氧依赖;基因检测结果提示SLC7A7基因c.724T>C和c.625+1 G>A复合杂合变异,c.724T>C变异为首次报道。诊断为LPI,予以限制蛋白饮食,1.5岁时患儿完全脱氧,但胸部CT提示有肺纤维化改变。随访至患儿5岁时,日常活动耐受可,已进入幼儿园集体生活。检索到符合条件文献共10篇(中文2篇,英文8篇),共报道48例LPI伴肺部损害患者,本例患儿为目前国内报道的最年轻的LPI患儿。完善基因检测的患者中发现10个不同的SLC7A7基因变异,其中c.1185_1188del、c.625+1G>A等位基因出现频率最高。结论肺部损害可发生于LPI的的任何阶段,症状异质性高,即使无呼吸道症状,也建议完善胸部影像学检查早期发现肺部损害,尚未发现LPI基因与表型存在相关性。

Objective:The aim of the study was to investigate the effects as well as the possible mechanisms of low dose γ-ray pre-irradiation on hepatic damage,DNA damage of peripheral lymphocytes and genetic material damage caused by high dosage of cyclophosphamide(CTX).Methods:Kunming strain male mice were randomly divided into five groups:control group,sham-irradiated group,low dose irradiation group(LDR group),cyclophosphamide chemotherapy group(CTX group) and low dose irradiation combined with chemotherapy group(LDR + CTX group).Having being raised for one week,all the mice were implanted subcutaneously with S180 cells in the left inguen(control group excluded).On days 8 and 11,mice of LDR and LDR + CTX groups were given 75 mGy whole-body γ-irradiation,30 h later mice of CTX and LDR + CTX groups were injected i.p.3.0 mg *** the mice were sacrificed on day *** damage of the peripheral lymphocytes was analyzed using single cell gel electrophoresis(SCGE);ALT activity,total protein(TP) and albumin(ALB) of the plasma were analyzed using automatic biochemistry analyzer;MDA content,SOD and GSH-PX activity of the hepatic homogenate were analyzed using chromometry;genetic material damage was analyzed using micronucleus frequency(MNF) of polychromatoerythrocytes(PCE) in bone ***:*** of MDA contents,SOD and GSH-PX activity of hepatic homogenate between 5 groups had notable statistical significance(P 0.05).Differences of TP and ALB of plasma between 5 groups had statistical significance(F = 12.879 and 6.336 respective

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)is a chronic and fatal lung disease characterized by pulmonary inflam-mation,oxidative stress,and excessive extracellular matrix(ECM)*** anti-fibrotic drugs for IPF treatment in the clinic lack selectivity and demonstrate unsatisfactory efficacy,highlighting the urgent necessity for a novel therapeutic ***(TA),which has biological activities against lung injury induced by various factors,is a potential anti-IPF drug due to its anti-inflammatory,antiox-idant and lung-protective ***,the protective effect of TA on IPF has not been confirmed,and its clinical application is limited due to its poor aqueous *** this study,we demonstrated that TA could inhibit epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)and migration of A549 cells by inhibiting the transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)/Smad signaling *** improve the aqueous solubility and pulmonary administration performance of TA,we prepared TA loaded methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(d,l-lactide)(mPEG-PLA)/d-α-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol succinate(TPGS)mixed polymeric mi-celles(TA-PM).Then a MicroSprayer^(■)Aerosolizer was used to deliver TA-PM once every two days for three weeks to evaluate their therapeutic effects on bleomycin(BLM)-induced IPF *** results demonstrated that inhaled TA-PM significantly inhibited BLM-induced inflammation,oxidative stress and fibrosis in lung ***,TA-PM exhibited high pulmonary deposition and retention by pul-monary administration,along with a favorable safety ***,this study emphasizes the potential of inhaled TA-PM as a promising treatment for IPF,providing a new opportunity for their clinical appli-cation.

The research activities on warm dense matter driven by intense heavy ion beams at the new project High Intensity heavy-ion AcceleratorFacility (HIAF) are presented. The ion beam parameters and the simulated accessible state of matter at HIAF are introduced, respectively. Theprogresses of the developed diagnostics for warm dense matter research including high energy electron radiography, multiple-channel pyrometer,in-situ energy loss and charge state of ion detector are briefly introduced.

Institute of Modern Physics (IMP) is planning to construct an Electron Linear Accelerator for the research of high energy electron radiography, which consists of a thermionic RF Gun, photo cathode RF Gun, low energy beam transport line, SLAC TW acceleration tube and imaging terminal. In order to meet the demand of high energy density physics, the energy of electron beam must be up to 100 MeV. Table 1 summarizes the primary parameters of the Electron Linear Accelerator.

In order to simulate the transport of multi-components ion beam extracted from an ECR ion source, we have developed a multi-charged ion beam transport program named MCIBS 1.0. The program is dedicated to numerical simulation of the behavior of highly-charged ion beam and optimization of beam optics in transport lines and is realized on a PC with Windows user interface of Microsoft Visual Basic. Among all the ions with different charge states in the beam, the exchanges of electrons between highly charged ions and low charged ions or neutral,atoms of residual gas are taken into account by using classical Molecular Over-barrier Model and Monte Carlo method. An advanced Windows graphical interface makes it; comfortable and friendly for the user to operate in an interactive mode. The present program is used for the numerical calculation and optimization of beam optics in a transport line consisting of various magnetic elements, such as dipole magnet, quadrupole and so on. It is possible to simultaneously simulate 200,000 particles, in a transport line of 340 m at most, and show every particle orbit. Beam cross section graphics and emittance phase pictures can be also shown at any position in the transport line.
