文章从开放型经济对提升技术水平与创新能力的影响进行了相关分析。以对技术水平的消化吸收与创新能力为线索,分别梳理了贸易与资本流动对于提升区域经济发展技术水平的潜在影响,以及放大这一影响效果所需要具备的基础条件与有效途径。最后,对于利用现有理论指导滨海新区对外开放门户建设进行了展望。

利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和XRD,分析研究了微量Sc对Mg-7Gd-3Y铸态合金组织及其室温和200℃力学性能的影响。结果表明,在合金中加入0.5%的Sc,促进了Mg24(Y,Gd)5和Mg5(Gd,Y)相的析出,降低Gd在Mg24(Y,Gd)5相中的相对含量,合金的室温和200℃时的抗拉强度分别提高了25MPa和18MPa;屈服强度分别提高了28MPa和22MPa;伸长率分别提高了18.3%和37.8%。

比率检测高/半胱氨酸荧光染料的合成及活细胞成像研究

经一步简单反应获得了一例长波长尼罗蓝衍生物荧光染料RB-S.该染料分子RB-S对高/半胱氨酸具有明显的荧光响应,且随着高/半胱氨酸浓度(0.03~0.33μmol/L)逐渐增加,染料荧光强度在685 nm处减弱,相应地在755 nm处增强,在685与755 nm处的荧... 详细信息

经一步简单反应获得了一例长波长尼罗蓝衍生物荧光染料RB-S.该染料分子RB-S对高/半胱氨酸具有明显的荧光响应,且随着高/半胱氨酸浓度(0.03~0.33μmol/L)逐渐增加,染料荧光强度在685 nm处减弱,相应地在755 nm处增强,在685与755 nm处的荧光变化具有良好线性关系的比率荧光变化.通过高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术以及核磁滴定氢谱研究了染料分子检测高/半胱氨酸的机理.试验结果表明:染料分子中的醛基与高/半胱氨酸发生成环反应生成噻唑烷.在体外溶液测试中(pH=7.4),染料分子RB-S对高/半胱氨酸的检出限为0.025μmol/L,且不存在其他物质干扰,成功用于血清样品中内高/半胱氨酸荧光比率检测.染料分子RB-S具有良好的活细胞膜通透性,使其能够对活细胞内高/半胱氨酸荧光比率成像.

A high-pressure laser ignition and combustion system with adjustable oxidizer gas atmosphere is established to investigate the ignition and combustion characteristics of boron-magnesium(BM)com-posite *** ignition and combustion model of BM powders is established and validated in the present *** results show that increasing water content,O_(2) content and Mg content all result in shorter ignition delay time of BM powders,among which the effect of water content is the most ***,ignition delay time increases as pressure *** combustion time decreases with increasing Mg content and ambient pressure but increases with water *** the increase of O_(2) content,combustion time of BM powders first increases and then decreases,which means a critical O_(2) content exists above which combustion time *** results show that there exists a trade-off between ignition and combustion performance of BM composite powders.

分别采用机械合金化和熔炼-机械合金化制备了LaMg11Zr+200%Ni储氢合金,研究了合金结构和电化学性能。结果表明,由机械合金化制备的合金经球磨20 h后近于非晶化,但还存在一个微弱的LaMg衍射峰,合金颗粒的粒度为2～5μm,且有轻微的团聚现象。熔炼-机械合金化制备的合金球磨20 h后达到完全非晶化,合金颗粒大小更为均匀,呈规则的球状或近球状形态。熔炼-机械合金化制备的合金的最大放电容量比机械合金化制备的合金小,但循环稳定性和高倍放电性能好。

With the continuous breakthrough in information technology and its integration into practical applications, industrial digital twins are expected to accelerate their development in the near future. This paper studies various control strategies for digital twin systems from the viewpoint of practical *** make full use of advantages of digital twins for control systems, an architecture of digital twin control systems, adaptive model tracking scheme, performance prediction scheme, performance retention scheme, and fault tolerant control scheme are proposed. Those schemes are detailed to deal with different issues on model tracking, performance prediction, performance retention, and fault tolerant control of digital twin systems. Also, the stability of digital twin control systems is analysed. The proposed schemes for digital twin control systems are illustrated by examples.

We investigate some relations between two kinds of semigroup regularities, namely the e-property and the eventual continuity, both of which contribute to the ergodicity for Markov processes on Polish *** precisely, we prove that for Markov-Feller semigroup in discrete time and stochastically continuous MarkovFeller semigroup in continuous time, if there exists an ergodic measure whose support has a nonempty interior,then the e-property is satisfied on the interior of the support. In particular, it implies that, restricted on the support of each ergodic measure, the e-property and the eventual continuity are equivalent for the discrete-time and the stochastically continuous continuous-time Markov-Feller semigroups.
