Naturally crosslinked carbonaceous liquid metal aqueous printable ink mediated by biopolymers.E-textile with conductivity, stability, wearability, and aesthetic characteristics.Multi-applications in health monitoring, pressure sensing, and energy harvesting. Achieving flexible electronics with comfort and durability comparable to traditional textiles is one of the ultimate pursuits of smart wearables. Ink printing is desirable for e-textile development using a simple and inexpensive process. However, fabricating high-performance atop textiles with good dispersity, stability, biocompatibility, and wearability for high-resolution, large-scale manufacturing, and practical applications has remained challenging. Here, water-based multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs)-decorated liquid metal (LM) inks are proposed with carbonaceous gallium-indium micro-nanostructure. With the assistance of biopolymers, the sodium alginate-encapsulated LM droplets contain high carboxyl groups which non-covalently crosslink with silk sericin-mediated MWCNTs. E-textile can be prepared subsequently via printing technique and natural waterproof triboelectric coating, enabling good flexibility, hydrophilicity, breathability, wearability, biocompatibility, conductivity, stability, and excellent versatility, without any artificial chemicals. The obtained e-textile can be used in various applications with designable patterns and circuits. Multi-sensing applications of recognizing complex human motions, breathing, phonation, and pressure distribution are demonstrated with repeatable and reliable signals. Self-powered and energy-harvesting capabilities are also presented by driving electronic devices and lighting LEDs. As proof of concept, this work provides new opportunities in a scalable and sustainable way to develop novel wearable electronics and smart clothing for future commercial applications.

Effect of high magnetic field on the recovery of tempered martensite

Influence of a 12 T high magnetic field on the recovery of tempered martensite in the chromium-containing steel was investigated.The results showed that a high magnetic field caused the percentage of low angle boundaries θbetween 5°～8° to increase by about 8%,while correspondingly decreased the percentage of high angle boundaries(> 15°) by 9%.With the application of the magnetic field,the strain energy increased due to the higher density of free dislocations in the martensite,which leads to the retardation of recovery and little change in its lath shape due to the inhibition of the transition from low to high angle boundaries to maintain lower energy in the matrix.

Adjuvant and neo‐adjuvant immunotherapy in resectable non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC): Current status and perspectives

Surgery followed by adjuvant chemotherapy is the standard of care for selectedpatients with early‐stage or locally advanced non‐small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). However, many of these patients still experience postoperativerecurrence at 5 years. At present, peri‐operative treatment methods areemerging to prevent early relapse, such as targeted therapy and immunotherapy.Investigation on predictive biomarkers of responses to adjuvant andneoadjuvant therapies is also continuously ongoing. Immunotherapy representedby immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs), either by monotherapy or incombination with chemotherapy, has shown benefit in promoting pathologicalresponses and prolonging survival for patients with NSCLC without oncogenicmutations. Exploratory studies have also provided evidence regarding theselection of patients who benefit from ICI‐based perioperative treatment. Thisreview focuses on the existing data of current clinical trials of adjuvant andneoadjuvant strategies with ICIs in resectable NSCLC, the exploration ofpredictive biomarkers, and the perspectives and urgent challenges in thefuture.

Front-line therapy for brain metastases and non-brain metastases in advanced epidermal growth factor receptor-mutated non-small cell lung cancer: a network meta-analysis

Background: The brain is a common metastatic site in patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), resulting in a relatively poor prognosis. Systemic therapy with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) is recommended as the first-line treatment forEGFR-mutated, advanced NSCLC patients. However, intracranial activity varies in different drugs. Thus, brain metastasis (BM) should be considered when choosing the treatment regimens. We conducted this network meta-analysis to explore the optimal first-line therapeutic schedule for advancedEGFR-mutated NSCLC patients with different BM statuses.Methods: Randomized controlled trials focusing on EGFR-TKIs (alone or in combination) in advanced andEGFR-mutant NSCLC patients, who have not received systematic treatment, were systematically searched up to December 2021. We extracted and analyzed progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS). A network meta-analysis was performed with the Bayesian statistical model to determine the survival outcomes of all included therapy regimens using the R software. Hazard ratios (HRs) and 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were used to compare intervention measures, and overall rankings of therapies were estimated under the Bayesian framework.Results: This analysis included 17 RCTs with 5077 patients and 12 therapies, including osimertinib + bevacizumab, aumolertinib, osimertinib, afatinib, dacomitinib, standards of care (SoC, including gefitinib, erlotinib, or icotinib), SoC + apatinib, SoC + bevacizumab, SoC + ramucirumab, SoC + pemetrexed based chemotherapy (PbCT), PbCT, and pemetrexed free chemotherapy (PfCT). For patients with BM, SoC + PbCT improved PFS compared with SoC (HR = 0.40, 95% CI: 0.17-0.95), and osimertinib + bevacizumab was most likely to rank first in PFS, with a cumulative probability of 34.5%, followed by aumolertinib, with a cumulative probability of 28.3%. Moment tensor and stress inversion solutions of acoustic emissions during compression and tensile fracturing in crystalline rocks

We investigate the accuracy and robustness of moment tensor(MT)and stress inversion solutions derived from acoustic emissions(AEs)during the laboratory fracturing of prismatic Barre granite specimens.Pre-cut flaws in the specimens introduce a complex stress field,resulting in a spatial and temporal variation of focal mechanisms.Specifically,we consider two experimental setups:(1)where the rock is loaded in compression to generate primarily shear-type fractures and(2)where the material is loaded in indirect tension to generate predominantly tensile-type fractures.In each test,we first decompose AE moment tensors into double-couple(DC)and non-DC terms and then derive unambiguous normal and slip vectors using k-means clustering and an unstructured damped stress inversion algorithm.We explore temporal and spatial distributions of DC and non-DC events at different loading levels.The majority of the DC and the tensile non-DC events cluster around the pre-cut flaws,where macro-cracks later develop.Results of stress inversion are verified against the stress field from finite element(FE)modeling.A good agreement is found between the experimentally derived and numerically simulated stress orientations.To the best of the authors’knowledge,this work presents the first case where stress inversion methodologies are validated by numerical simulations at laboratory scale and under highly heterogeneous stress distributions.

为适应深圳市轨道交通14号线工程昂鹅车辆段试车线盾构机始发防水及掘进过程中地层沉降控制需要,通过对不同种类泥浆用土、水玻璃固化剂比较及泥浆黏度变化规律试验,配制出一种以膨润土、水玻璃、水玻璃固化剂为主要材料的高黏度防水触变泥浆。该种泥浆生产成本低廉,现场生产工序简单,成品浆液前期黏度低、可注性好,随龄期增长,黏度有较大幅度提升,可较好满足盾构机始发及掘进过程的防水需要。同时,因其具备较高的承载能力,在掘进过程中地层沉降控制、掘进线形纠编方面同样可以应用,结合常规的施工控制措施、监控量测和地质雷达检测手段,证明高黏度触变泥浆在盾构施工中应用效果显著,特别是浅覆土且沉降控制严格的盾构或顶管工程。

留守初中生是初中生中的特殊群体,本研究运用问卷法调查了306名留守初中生,考察他们的自我意识、同伴关系对孤独感影响以及自我意识在同伴关系与孤独感关系中的调节作用。结果表明留守初中生的同伴关系、自我意识对孤独感有显著的负向预测作用,并且自我意识在同伴关系与孤独感关系中的调节作用显著。所以提高留守初中生自我意识不仅可以减弱同伴关系对孤独感的负向预测作用,还可以减少同伴关系降低对孤独感的消极影响。

Study on the interfacial shear behavior of steel reinforced concrete （SRC） members with stud connectors after fire

Statically push-out tests of 20 steel reinforced concrete short columns （SRCSC） with stud connectors on the surface of shape steel after fire and two SRCSC under ambient temperature were carried out, in order to study the failure mode, load-slip relationship and the interfacial shear transfer of SRC members after fire. Experimental results show that the typical failure modes and load-slip curves of SRCSC after fire are almost the same as the case under ambient temperature. The interfacial shear transfer of SRCSC declines exponentially not only with the increase of the peak temperature the specimen experienced but also with the increase of the peak temperature duration. The interfacial shear transfer of the specimens with studs arranged at the steel web is much higher than those with studs arranged at the steel flange. Empirical formulas of SRCSC interfacial shear transfer after fire are proposed, and the calculated results generally agree well with the experimental results.

Enzymatic Conversion of Biobased Levulinic Acid into an Alternative Biofuel Candidate--Methyl Levulinate

Methyl levulinate(ML)is a promising green candidate for bio-based diesel fuel and fuel additives.An efficient enzyme-catalyzed process to synthesize ML from levulinic acid(LA)in methanol was developed.The catalytic activity of a series of lipases including Novozyme 435(N435),NRTL IM,and 40086 was screened,and the N435 was identified as the optimal biocatalyst for the process.The effects of lipase amount,methyl tert-butyl ether(MTBE)volume,methanol to LA molar ratio,reaction temperature,and magnetic stirrer speed on LA conversion and ML yield were investigated.The response surface methodology was adopted to optimize the enzymatic conversion process,and the model validation experiments showed that the predicted values corresponded well with the experimental values.A LA conversion of 90.1%and a ML yield of 89.8%were achieved under reaction conditions covering:a temperature of 45°C,a reaction time of 4.6 h,a N435 dosage of 26 mg,a methanol to LA molar ratio of 3.6:1,a MTBE volume of 3.85 mL,and a stirrer speed of 150 r/min.The N435 recycling experiment indicated that the lipase activity was quite high after 12 cycles.However,upon using crude LA prepared from carbohydrates as the reactant,the conversion of LA and the ML yield decreased due to impurities existing in the crude LA.
