Chloride solid electrolytes(SEs)have attracted widespread attention due to their high room-temperature ionic conductivity and excellent cathode ***,the conventionally selected central metal elements(e.g.,In,Y and Ta)are usually rare and heavy,inevitably causing the high cost and high density of the obtained chloride ***,by choosing abundant and light Mg and Al as central metal elements,we develop a cheap and low density Li_(1.2)Mg_(0.95)Al_(0.3)Cl_(4)SE for high active material ratio in all solid state *** replacement of Mg^(2+)by Al^(3+)in the framework yields vacancies and lowers the non-lithium metal ions occupancy at Mg/Li co-occupied 16d site,effectively relieving the blocking effects by Mg^(2+)in the pristine spinel Li_(2-2x)Mg_(1+x)Cl_(4).Thus,a significantly improved room-temperature conductivity of 3.08×10^(-4)S·cm^(-1)is achieved,two orders of magnitude higher than that of Li_(1.2)Mg_(1.4)Cl_(4).More attractively,its low density of only 1.98 g·cm-3 enables low SE mass ratio in cathodes(only 16 wt.%)with still effective electrolyte/cathode contact and lithium-ion conduction *** charged to potential of 4.30 V,the asfabricated Li_(1.2)Mg_(0.95)Al_(0.3)Cl_(4)-based solid lithium battery with uncoated NCM523 cathode can be cycled for over 100 cycles with a capacity retention of 86.68%at room temperature.

The dynamic change of pore structure for low-rank coal under refined upgrading pretreatment temperatures

Pore structure characteristics are significant factor in the evaluation of the physical characteristics of low-rank *** this study,three low-rank coal samples were collected from the Xishanyao Formation,Santanghu Basin,and low-temperature liquid-nitrogen adsorption(LP-N2A)measurements were taken under various pretreatment *** to the continuous loss of water and volatile matter in low-rank coal,the total pore volume assumes a three-step profile with knee temperatures of 150°C and 240°***,the ash in the coal can protect the coal *** collapse mainly occurs for mesopores with aperture smaller than 20 *** with apertures smaller than 5 nm exhibit a continuous decrease in pore volume,whereas the pore volume of mesopores with apertures ranging from 5 to 10 nm increases at lower pretreatment temperatures(<150°C)followed by a faint *** for mesopores with apertures larger than 10 nm,the pore volume increases significantly when the pretreatment temperature reaches 300°*** pore structure of low-rank coal features a significant heating effect,the pretreatment temperature should not exceed 150°C when the LP-N2A is used to evaluate the pore structure of low-rank coal to effectively evaluate the reservoir characteristics of low-rank coal.

FAT10 level in human gastric cancer and its relation with mutant p53 level,lymph node metastasis and TNM staging

AIM:To investigate the role of FAT10 and mutant p53 in the pathogenesis,severity and prognosis of gastric ***:FAT10,mutant p53 mRNA and protein levels were measured by reverse transcription(RT)-PCR and immunohistochemistry in gastric cancer tissue(n = 62),tumoradjacent tissue(n = 62) and normal gastric tissue(n = 62).Relation of FAT10 and mutant p53 expression with clinicopathological features and clinical outcomes of gastric cancer patients were ***:The FAT10,mutant p53 mRNA and protein levels were signif icantly higher in gastric cancer than in its adjacent and normal *** FAT10 and mutant p53 levels in gastric cancer tissue were significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and tumor,nodes,metastasis(TNM) ***,the high FAT10 level was associated with the overall survival rate of *** Cox-proportional hazards model analysis showed that mRNA and protein levels of FAT10 and mutant p53,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis and TNM stage were the independent prognostic factors for gastric ***:FAT10 may be involved in gastric carcinogenesis,and is a potential marker for the prognosis of gastric cancer ***10 and mutant p53 may play a common role in the carcinogenesis of gastric cancer.

Effect of drug treatment on hyperplastic gastric polyps infected with Helicobacter pylorh A randomized, controlled trial

AIM： To study the effects of drug treatment on hyperplastic gastric polyps infected with Helicobacter pylori （H pylori. METHODS： Forty-eight patients with hyperplasticgastric polyps （3-10 mm in diameter） infected with Hpylori were randomly assigned to a treatment group （n = 24） which received proton-pump inhibitor （omeprazole or lansoprazole）, clarithromycin, bismuth citrate and tinidazole, and a control group （n = 24） which received protective agent of gastric mucosa （tepretone） . Patients underwent endoscopy and H pylori examination regularly before enrollmentand 1-12 mo after treatment. RESULTS： Twenty-two patients in the treatment group and 21 in the control group completed the entire test protocol. In the treatment group, polyps disappeared 1-12 mo （average, 6.5 ± 1.1 too） after the treatment in 15 of 22 patients （68.2%） and H pylori infection was eradicated in 19 of the 22 patients （86.4%）. However, 12 months after the study, no change in polyps or H pylori status was seen in any controls （^bp 〈 0.01）. CONCLUSION： Most hyperplastic gastric polyps disappear after eradication of H pylori.

Corbicula fluminea distillate(CFD),as an industrial sub-product of the steaming process of ***,is rich in polysaccharides,proteins,and amino acids and has important developmental *** this study,therefore,three water-soluble polysaccharides(CFDPs:CFDP-D,CFDP-U,and CFDP-T)were extracted and separated from CFD through direct ethanol precipitation,ultrasound-assisted extraction,and three-phase partitioning(TPP),*** demonstrated that the three extraction methods had important influences on extraction yields,chemical compositions,molecular weights,monosaccharide and amino acid constituents,structural characteristics,and microstructures as well as biological activities of ***,CFDP-T had higher yield(60.92%±3.58%),carbohydrate content(91.05%±1.22%),and uronic acid content(8.55%±0.18%)and lower protein content(7.15%±0.15%)than CFDP-D and *** three CFDPs were acidic proteoheteroglycans combined through O-glycosidic bonds and had high molecular weights of 1.93–2.41×10^(7) Da and the same monosaccharide and amino acid compositions but different *** with CFDP-D and CFDP-U,CFDP-T exhibited more excellent free radical scavenging and stimulating(1.57±0.03μM,500μg/mL)activities on RAW264.7 macrophages in ***,our findings suggested that CFDP-T obtained from CFD by TPP had the potential to be a functional food ingredient in food industry.

Human influence on the duration of extreme temperature events in Asia's hotspot regions

Observations and models indicate that human activities exert a considerable impact on the frequency and intensity of extreme temperature events,which are associated with global ***,changes in the duration of extreme temperature events and their association with human influence have not been considered in most ***,the possible relationship between the observed changes in the warm and cold spell duration(WSDI and CSDI)in hotspot regions during 1960-2014 and human influence was investigated based on the NCEP/NCAR reanalysis version 1 and Coupled Model Inter-comparison Project Phase 6(CMIP6)*** projection based on these attribution results was also *** optimal fingerprinting technique was used to compare observed changes in WSDI and CSDI to simulated changes averaged across eight CMIP6 *** show that anthropogenic(ANT)forcing contributed to the observed increase in WSDI in the three hotspot regions(West Asia,South Asia and Southeast Asia),with the majority of the changes being attributed to greenhouse gas ***,a generally weak ANT signal can be observed in the decreasing trend of CSDI and can be detected in South and Southeast *** influence of aerosol forcing remains undetected in either WSDI or CSDI,which differs from the results for frequency and intensity of extreme *** attribution results revealed that the constrained projection of WSDI is lower than the raw projection for 2015-2100 in West Asia and Southeast ***,no differences in future CSDI changes are found in Southeast Asia between the constrained and raw projections.

Micro segment analysis of supercritical methane thermal-hydraulic performance and pseudo-boiling in a PCHE straight channel

The printed circuit heat exchanger(PCHE) is receiving wide attention as a new kind of compact heat exchanger and is considered as a promising vaporizer in the LNG process. In this paper, a PCHE straight channel in the length of 500 mm is established, with a semicircular cross section in a diameter of 1.2 *** simulation is employed to investigate the flow and heat transfer performance of supercritical methane in the channel. The pseudo-boiling theory is adopted and the liquid-like, two-phase-like, and vapor-like regimes are divided for supercritical methane to analyze the heat transfer and flow *** results are presented in micro segment to show the local convective heat transfer coefficient and pressure drop. It shows that the convective heat transfer coefficient in segments along the channel has a significant peak feature near the pseudo-critical point and a heat transfer deterioration when the average fluid temperature in the segment is higher than the pseudo-critical point. The reason is explained with the generation of vapor-like film near the channel wall that the peak feature related to a nucleateboiling-like state and heat transfer deterioration related to a film-boiling-like state. The effects of parameters, including mass flow rate, pressure, and wall heat flux on flow and heat transfer were *** calculating of the averaged heat transfer coefficient of the whole channel, the traditional method shows significant deviation and the micro segment weighted average method is adopted. The pressure drop can mainly be affected by the mass flux and pressure and little affected by the wall heat flux. The peak of the convective heat transfer coefficient can only form at high mass flux, low wall heat flux, and near critical pressure, in which condition the nucleate-boiling-like state is easier to appear. Zeolite imidazole skeleton(ziF-8)is a promising option for self-cleaning of building exterior walls due to its large specific surface area,high antibacterial activity and low ***,it suffers from low antibacterial efficiency and yield under visible light *** address the issues,we developed the photocatalytic materials T-ziF-8-TDI(thermally treated-ziF-8-toluene 2,4-diisocyanate)by modifying ziF-8 with thermal oxygen sensitization and chemical *** results show that the yield of T-ziF-8-TDI photocatalytic antibacterial agent is increased to 11.5 times of that of T-ziF-8,while maintaining the crystal structure of T-ziF-8 and thermal stability up to 60℃.Furthermore,T-ziF-8-TDI exhibits extended optical response range to the nearinfrared region,significantly narrowed band gap,improved photogenerated elec tron-hole separation efficiency,reduced recombination rate,and excellent photocatalytic *** the concentration of antibacterial agent is 600 mg·L^(-1),the antibacterial rate of Escherichia coli(***)reaches 99.99%irradiated by visible light for30 min,and when the concentration of antibacterial agent is 200 mg·L^(-1),the antibacterial rate of Staphylococcus aureus(***)reaches 99.99%irradiated by visible light for 25 *** also analyzed the reasons in detail from the aspects of bacterial species and antibacterial mechanism,and proposed the antibacterial mechanism of·O_(2)^(-)and h^(+)as the main active *** findings suggest that T-ziF-8-TDI photocatalytic antibacterial agent has potential for use in self-cleaning of building exterior walls.
