In this paper,we construct a bounce inflation cosmological scenario in the framework of the modified symmetric teleparallel gravity,namely f(Q)theory,and investigate the tensor perturbations *** is well-known,the tensor perturbations generated in the very early Universe(inflation and pre-inflation regions)can account for the primordial gravitational waves(PGWs)that are to be detected by the next generation of GW *** discuss the stability condition of the tensor perturbations in the bounce inflation process and investigate in detail the evolution of the perturbation *** general form of the tensor power spectrum is obtained both for large as well as small scale *** a result,we show both kinds of modes(short or long wavelength modes),and the tensor spectrum may get a positive tilt in the parametric range where the tensor perturbation proves to be stable—this interestingly hints an enhancement of gravitational waves’amplitude in the background of the f(Q)bounce-inflation ***,we study the LQC-like scenario as a specific case of our model,in which,the primordial tensor power spectrum turns out to be nearly scale-invariant on both small and large scales.

The automatic cutting of intersecting pipes is a challenging task in *** improved automation and accuracy,this paper proposes a model-driven path planning approach for the robotic plasma cutting of a branch pipe with a single ***,it summarizes the intersection forms and introduces a dual-pipe intersection *** on this model,the moving three-plane structure(a description unit of the geometric characteristics of the intersecting curve)is constructed,and a geometric model of the branch pipe with a single Y-groove is ***,a novel mathematical model for plasma radius and taper compensation is ***,the compensation model and groove model are integrated by establishing movable ***,to prevent collisions between the plasma torch and workpiece,the torch height is planned and a branch pipe-rotating scheme is *** the established models and moving frames,the planned path description of cutting robot is provided in this novel *** accuracy of the proposed method is verified by simulations and robotic cutting experiments.

In this paper,we propose a finite volume Hermite weighted essentially non-oscillatory(HWENO)method based on the dimension by dimension framework to solve hyperbolic conservation *** can maintain the high accuracy in the smooth region and obtain the high resolution solution when the discontinuity appears,and it is compact which will be good for giving the numerical boundary ***,it avoids complicated least square procedure when we implement the genuine two dimensional(2D)finite volume HWENO reconstruction,and it can be regarded as a generalization of the one dimensional(1D)HWENO *** numerical tests are performed to verify the high resolution and high accuracy of the scheme.

The Cu/ZnO catalyst formed upon the calcination of aurichalcite has a uniform distribution of ZnO,which can delay the sintering of Cu species at high *** this study,aurichalcite possessing a nearly pure phase was prepared using the ammonium complex dissociation precipitation method,and the effect of calcination temperature on the structure and surface properties of the derived Cu/ZnO catalyst was *** results show that the calcination temperature determines the particle size and crystallization degree of the Cu/ZnO catalyst and the surface properties of the corresponding copper oxide and reduced ***-temperature calcination is more conducive to reducing the particle size of the Cu/ZnO catalyst,increasing the specific surface area,and generating abundant defect characteristics on the surface,which is key to obtaining highly dispersed copper and copper-specific surface area catalysts by subsequent ***,the Cu/ZnO catalyst derived using a 300℃or 400℃calcination proved to have a higher specific activity per gram of copper than a commercial Cu/Zn/Al *** discovery in this study opens up a new method for the convenient preparation of a high-temperature resistant Cu/Zn methanol reforming catalyst.

Background:ziwan and Taoren(ZT)is a classic medicine pair in the formula of Mai Dong Di Shao Decoction,has been used to treat primary Sjogren’s syndrome(pSS)for more than 20 *** its action mechanism is still *** study is aimed to reveal the potential mechanism of ZT treated pSS and discover its active compounds of ZT and therapeutic target for ***:Firstly,the potential pathways of ZT for pSS treatment were predicted through network pharmacology and GO and KEGG enrichment ***,the inter-structural relationships between active compounds of ZT and target proteins were visualized using molecular docking ***,efficacy and mechanism were conducted through in vivo experiments,such as water intake,spleen index,hematoxylin-eosin staining pathological changes,ELISA,Western Blot analysis,and immunofluorescence ***:Nine active compounds were extracted from network pharmacology,including quercitrin,luteolin,kaempferol,β-sitosterol,isorhamnetin,galangin,hederagenin,diosmetin and gibberellin *** disease targets were identified:RELA,TP53,AKT1,interleukin(IL)6,MAPK1,ESR1,IL10;with RELA being the most core *** and GO enrichment analysis indicated that ZT may act through the TLR/NF-κB/RELA inflammatory mechanism *** results of molecular docking showed that ZT’s active compounds bind well to the RELA(p65)*** vivo results demonstrated that a high dose of ZT significantly improved water intake and reduced lymphocytes infiltration in submandibular gland pathology in NOD *** expression content of AQP5 and vasoactive intestinal peptide in the submaxillary gland was significantly increased,while levels of inflammatory factors such as tumor necrosis factor-α,IL-6,and IL-1βalong with protein expressions including toll-like receptor4,p-p65 and p-IKKα/βin NF-κB pathway were ***:The ZT treatment exhibits a promising efficacy in mitigating dryness symptoms of pSS,potentially attr

Objective:Gut-derived serotonin strongly inhibits bone formation by inhibiting osteoblast *** previous study demonstrated that the lignan-rich fraction prepared from Sambucus willimasii Hance,a folk herbal medicine used to treat bone fractures and joint diseases in China,exerted bone-protective effects,and its actions were modulated by suppressing the synthesis of gut-derived serotonin via the inhibition of intestinal tryptophan hydroxylase 1(TPH-1).However,there is no direct evidence for the action of lignans on *** study aimed to verify the direct action of lignans on the TPH-1 and its influence on serotonin synthesis and bone ***:Molecular docking and surface plasmon resonance were performed to determine the affinities of lignans to *** cell viability and the protein activity and expression of TPH-1 were measured in RBL2H3 *** serum serotonin level and bone mineral density upon lignan treatment in ovariectomized mice were ***:The lignans showed high binding scores and binding affinities to TPH-1,inhibited the activity and protein expression of TPH-1,suppressed the serum serotonin levels in ovariectomized mice as well as promoted bone mineral ***:This is the first study to report that lignans are novel TPH-1 inhibitors and that these lignans could be potential agents for the management of serotonin-related diseases,including osteoporosis.

Although CRISPR/Cas9-mediated gene editing is widely applied to mimic human disorders,whether acute manipulation of disease-causing genes in the brain leads to behavioral abnormalities in non-human primates remains to be *** we induced genetic mutations in MECP2,a critical gene linked to Rett syndrome(RTT)and autism spectrum disorders(ASD),in the hippocampus(DG and CA1–4)of adolescent rhesus monkeys(Macaca mulatta)in vivo via adeno-associated virus(AAV)-delivered Staphylococcus aureus Cas9 with small guide RNAs(sg RNAs)targeting *** comparison to monkeys injected with AAV-Sa Cas9 alone(n=4),numerous autistic-like behavioral abnormalities were identified in the AAV-Sa Cas9-sg MECP2-injected monkeys(n=7),including social interaction deficits,abnormal sleep patterns,insensitivity to aversive stimuli,abnormal hand motions,and defective social reward ***,some aspects of ASD and RTT,such as stereotypic behaviors,did not appear in the MECP2 gene-edited monkeys,suggesting that different brain areas likely contribute to distinct ASD *** study showed that acute manipulation of disease-causing genes via in vivo gene editing directly led to behavioral changes in adolescent primates,paving the way for the rapid generation of genetically engineered non-human primate models for neurobiological studies and therapeutic development.

Nitrogen availability mediates the effects of roots and mycorrhizal fungi on soil organic carbon decomposition:A meta-analysis

Plant roots and their associated mycorrhizal fungi critically mediate the decomposition of soil organic carbon(C),but the general patterns of their impacts over a broad geographical range and the primary mediating factors remain *** on a synthesis of 596 paired observations from both field and greenhouse experiments,we found that living roots and/or mycorrhizal fungi increased organic C decomposition by 30.9%,but low soil nitrogen(N)availability(i.e.,high soil C:N ratio)critically mitigated this promotion *** addition,the positive effects of living roots and/or mycorrhizal fungi on organic C decomposition were higher under herbaceous and leguminous plants than under woody and non-leguminous plants,***,there was no significant difference between arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and ectomycorrhizal fungi in their effects on organic C ***,roots and/or mycorrhizal fungi significantly enhanced the decomposition of leaf litter but not root *** findings advance our understanding of how roots and their symbiotic fungi modulate soil C dynamics in the rhizosphere or mycorrhizosphere and may help improve predictions of soil global C balance under a changing climate.
