To address the pressing need for intelligent and efficient control of circulating fluidized bed(CFB)units,it is crucial to develop a dynamic model for the key operating parameters of supercritical circulating fluidized bed(SCFB)***,data-knowledge-driven dynamic model of bed temperature,load,and main steam pressure of the SCFB unit has been ***,a knowledge-driven method is employed to develop a dynamic model for key operating parameters of SCFB *** model parameters are determined based on the operating data of the unit and continuously optimized in real ***,Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory combined with Convolutional Neural Network and Attention Mechanism is utilized to build the dynamic model of bed temperature,load,and main steam ***,a collaboration and integration method based on the critic weight method and the variation coefficient method is proposed to establish data-knowledge-driven model of key operating parameters for SCFB *** model displays great accuracy and fitting ability compared with other methods and effectively captures the dynamic characteristics,which can provide a research basis for the design of intelligent flexible control mode of SCFB unit.

The mixing effectiveness of the airflow between the inner and outer bypass inlets of a Rear Variable-Area Bypass Injector(RVABI)is the key to the afterburner performance of variable cycle *** paper describes an optimized RVABI design based on an alternating area regulator to improve the velocity/temperature uniformity of the incoming flow at the *** with a classical RVABI,numerical simulations show that the proposed alternating RVABI performs better in terms of thermal mixing efficiency and total pressure loss in different variable cycle engine *** the increasing air contact area between the inner and outer bypass of alternating structure RVABI,and a larger streamwise vortex in the inner bypass inlet due to the proposed alternating lobe structure in the RVABI contribute to the significantly increase of mixing ***,the alternating regulator induces strong streamwise vortex,which helps to improve the airflow mixing with its vortex-induced *** interaction between the streamwise vortex and azimuthal vortex further promises the velocity/temperature uniformity after the *** the increase of alternating lobe’s height ratio,the covering area of the streamwise vortex and the azimuthal vortex is enlarged,which further enhances the thermal mixing efficiency of the *** design gives an insight into the future design and optimization of RVABI.

BACKGROUND For the first time,we investigated the oncological role of plexin domain-containing 1(PLXDC1),also known as tumor endothelial marker 7(TEM7),in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).AIM To investigate the oncological profile of PLXDC1 in *** Based on The Cancer Genome Atlas database,we analyzed the expression of PLXDC1 in *** immunohistochemistry,quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR),and Western blotting,we validated our *** prognostic value of PLXDC1 in HCC was analyzed by assessing its correlation with clinicopathological features,such as patient survival,methylation level,tumor immune microenvironment features,and immune cell surface checkpoint ***,to assess the immune evasion potential of PLXDC1 in HCC,we used the tumor immune dysfunction and exclusion(TIDE)website and immunohistochemical staining *** Based on immunohistochemistry,qRT-PCR,and Western blot assays,overexpression of PLXDC1 in HCC was associated with poor *** and multivariate Cox analyses indicated that PLXDC1 might be an independent prognostic *** HCC patients with high methylation levels,the prognosis was worse than in patients with low methylation *** enrichment analysis of HCC tissues indicated that genes upregulated in the high-PLXDC1 subgroup were enriched in mesenchymal and immune activation signaling,and TIDE assessment showed that the risk of immune evasion was significantly higher in the high-PLXDC1 subgroup compared to the low-PLXDC1 *** high-risk group had a significantly lower immune evasion rate as well as a poor prognosis,and PLXDC1-related risk scores were also associated with a poor *** As a result of this study analyzing PLXDC1 from multiple biological perspectives,it was revealed that it is a biomarker of poor prognosis for HCC patients,and that it plays a role in determining immune evasion status.

Dietary fat and carbohydrate-balancing the lactation performance and methane emissions in the dairy cow industry: A meta-analysis

For the agroecosystems of the dairy cow industry, dietary carbohydrate（starch, neutral detergent fiber[NDF]） and fat could directly affect rumen methane emissions and host energy utilization. However, the relationships among diet, lactation performance, and methane emissions need to be further determined to assist dairy farms to adjust diet formulations and feeding strategies for environmental and production management. A meta-analysis was conducted in the current study to explore quantitative patterns of dietary fat and carbohydrate at different levels in balancing lactation performance and environment sustainability of dairy cows, and to establish a methane emission prediction model using the artificial neural network（ANN）model. The results showed that the regression relationship between dietary fat, carbohydrate and methane emissions could be shown by the following models: methane = 106.78 +（14.86 × DMI）, R2= 0.80;methane = 443.17-（46.41 × starch/NDF）, R2= 0.76; and methane = 388.91 +（31.40 × fat）-（5.42 × fat2）,R2= 0.80. The regression relationships between dietary fat, carbohydrate and lactation performance could be shown by the following models: milk fat yield = 1.08 +（0.43 × starch/NDF）-[0.34 ×（starch/NDF）2],R2= 0.79; milk protein yield = 0.68 +（0.15 × fat）-（0.016 × fat2）, R2= 0.82. In the structural equation model, we found that when formulating dietary carbohydrates and fats, it was necessary to balance the relationship between methane emissions and lactation performance. Specifically, dietary starch/NDF was lower than 0.63（extremum point） and dietary fat was between 2.89% and 4.69%（extremum point）, it could ensure that the aim of methane emission reduction（methane emissions decrease with increasing dietary starch/NDF and fat） was achieved without losing lactation performance of dairy cows（lactation performance increase with increasing dietary starch/NDF and fat）. This paper proposes a method for learning background restoration for infrared small target detection,employing a local sparse dictionary alongside an equalized structural texture *** method is specifically designed for the detection of small infrared targets,accommodating various levels of brightness,spatial size,and *** proposed model intelligently combines global low-rankness and local sparsity to estimate the rank of the background tensor,leveraging spatial and structural information to overcome the limitations posed by insufficient detailed texture ***,a structural texture representation,combining local gradient maps and local intensity maps,is applied to emphasize small *** comparing our method with nine advanced and representative approaches and quantifying the comparison using various metrics,the experimental results indicate that our proposed method has achieved favorable outcomes in both quantitative assessments and visual results.
