The surface of nodular cast iron （NCI） with a ferrite substrate was rapidly remelted and solidified by plasma transferred arc （PTA） to induce a chilled structure with high hardness and favorable wear resistance. The effect of scanning speed on the microstructure, micro-hardness distribution, and wear properties of PTA-remelted specimens was systematically investigated. Microstructural characterization in-dicated that the PTA remelting treatment could dissolve most graphite nodules and that the crystallized primary austenite dendrites were transformed into cementite, martensite, an interdendritic network of ledeburite eutectic, and certain residual austenite during rapid solidifica-tion. The dimensions of the remelted zone and its dendrites increase with decreased scanning speed. The microhardness of the remelted zone varied in the range of 650 HV0.2 to 820 HV0.2, which is approximately 2.3-3.1 times higher than the hardness of the substrate. The wear re-sistance of NCI was also significantly improved after the PTA remelting treatment.

目的探究魔芋葡甘露聚糖(konjac glucomannan,KGM)、海藻酸钠(sodium alginate,SA)、巴西棕榈蜡(carnaubawax,CW)与金丝桃素-β-环糊精络合物(hypericin-β-cyclodextrin complex,Hyp-β-cd)制备的光敏性保鲜膜在4℃储藏条件下对小龙虾的品质影响。方法将制备的Hyp-β-cd加入到KGM、SA与CW溶液中,采用流延法制备光动力杀菌保鲜膜(KGM/SA/CW/Hyp-β-cd膜),通过核磁共振光谱(nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,NMR)与荧光猝灭法验证了Hyp-β-cd的形成和活性氧(reativ oxygen species,ROS)的生成能力,然后用正交实验法对复合膜的制备进行优化。通过扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)、X射线衍射(X-ray diffrction,XRD)进行表征,最后,以pH、总挥发性盐基氮(total volatile basic nitrogen,TVB-N)、菌落总数及硫代巴比妥酸反应物(thiobarbituric acid reactants,TBARS)值做为指标对保鲜效果进行评估。结果NMR及荧光猝灭的结果表明Hyp-β-cd的形成和ROS的生成,通过正交实验法对复合膜的制备进行优化:KGM含量为0.7%(m/V,下同)、SA含量为1.2%、CW含量为0.6%、Hyp-β-cd含量为0.4%时,复合膜有最优机械性能,拉伸强度为51.84MPa,断裂伸长率为14.27%。SEM证明了各物质在复合膜中的均匀分布。FTIR与XRD结果表明,随着SA、CW与Hyp-β-cd的加入,KGM与SA之间形成氢键,提高了复合膜的物理性能,CW的加入减少了复合膜的微孔隙,其中水接触角从67.5°增加到88.7°,氧气透过率从32.96降低到22.37 m^(3)·μm/m^(2)·day·kPa。由KGM/SA/CW/Hyp-β-cd膜包裹且在黄色LED光源照射处理后的小龙虾,在第8d时TVB-N值为20.37mg/g,菌落总数为6.14lgCFU/g,TBARS值为0.85 mg/kg,pH超过7.6。结论KGM/SA/CW/Hyp-β-cd复合膜具有作为光敏性抗菌包装材料的潜在应用价值。

Ketones are one of the most important classes of organic compounds, and widely present in various pharmacological compounds, biologically active molecules and functional materials. Over the past few decades, transition metal-catalyzed conversion of aldehydes has been found to be a powerful *** the continuous development in recent years, it has become an efficient and uncomplicated strategy for constructing ketones. There are four major mechanisms for transition metal-catalyzed ketone synthesis from aldehyde:(1) carbonyl-Heck reaction, that is 1,2-insertion of organometal species to aldehydic C=O double bond,(2) direct insertion of transition metal catalysts to aldehydic C-H bond,(3) aldehyde as acyl radical,(4) aldehyde as carbon radical acceptor. This article summarizes related reports on the transformations of aldehydes to generate corresponding ketones under different reaction conditions.

Background Preoperative tumor grading becomes one of the most important predictors for lymphadenectomy at primary surgery for clinical stage Ⅰ endometriod adenocarcinoma. However, there is an inconsistency of tumor grade between preoperative curettage and final hysterectomy specimens, and its associated factors are poorly understood. This study aimed to evaluate the accuracy of tumor grade by preoperative curettage so as to achieve a better stratified management for clinical stage Ⅰ endometriod adenocarcinoma. Methods Clinical data of totally 687 patients with clinical stage Ⅰ endometriod adenocarcinoma who underwent preoperative curettage and primary surgery were retrospectively collected. Compared with final hysterectomy specimens, the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of tumor grade by preoperative curettage were calculated and their associations with clinicopathologic parameters, including age, status of menopause, position of uterus, location and size of lesion, histological grade, depth of myometrial invasion, cervical invasion, extrauterine spread, peritoneal cytology, metastasis to retroperitoneal lymph node, serum CA125 level, and hormone receptor status, were analyzed. Results In final hysterectomy specimens, 139 of 259 grade 1 patients by curettage were upgraded to grade 1 or 2; 31 of 296 grade 2 were upgraded to grade 3, with a significantly discrepant rate of 40.9% （281/687） and an upgraded rate of 24.7% （170/687）. The specificity and negative predictive value for grade 3 were 90.7% and 89.9%, while the sensitivity and positive predictive value for grade 1 were 67.1% and 40.9%, respectively. Conclusions Preoperative tumor grade by curettage does not accurately predict final histological results, especially in those classified as grade 1. Complete surgical staging seems to be necessary for clinical stage Ⅰ endometriod adenocarcinoma.

近年来,高电压LiCoO_(2)(LCO)正极的研发成为学术界和工业界广泛关注的焦点。研究表明,解决表面问题是提升高电压LCO性能的最有效途径。本综述系统回顾了高电压LCO所面临的问题,包括相变和裂纹的生成、与氧氧化还原相关的问题以及副反应,以及表面结构的退化。接着,我们深入阐述了表面调制,以及表面调制与电解质调制之间的相互作用。最后,我们展望了更先进的LCO正极的发展前景,包括低成本高质量的制造,设计适用于极端条件(如高温、高速充电、低温等)的LCO正极,并实现约220 mAh·g^(-1)的稳定容量释放。我们期望这项工作能为未来推动高电压LCO的发展和应用提供参考。

Effectiveness of Glaucoma Diagnostic Parameters from Spectral Domain-Optical Coherence Tomography of Myopic Patients

Background： Currently, spectral-domain optical coherence tomography （SD-OCT） appears to be a new type of glaucoma diagnostic tool. Thus, this study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of glaucoma diagnostic parameters from SD-OCT of patients with different severities of myopia. Methods： This was a cross-sectional study. A total of 248 participants （248 eyes） were enrolled, including 51 cases in the early primary open-angle glaucoma group, 79 cases in the control group （0.50 D to -0.50 D, excluding -0.50 D）, 47 cases in the low-myopic group （-0.50 to -3.00 D, excluding -3.00 D）, 43 cases in the moderate-myopic group （-3.00 to -6.00 D, excluding -6.00 D）, and 28 cases in the high-myopic group （≤-6.00 D）. All participants were examined using the Humphrey visual field test and SD-OCT. The SD-OCT parameters of the retinal nerve fiber layer （RNFL） and ganglion cell complex were analyzed statistically using the receiver operating characteristic curve and area under the curve （AUC）. Results： The AUC showed that the best parameters for the control and low-myopic groups were the inferior and inferior temporal RNFL thicknesses （AUC 〉0.94）, respectively; for the moderate- and high-myopic groups, the best parameter was the temporal low RNFL thickness （AUC, 0.926 and 0.896, respectively）. The AUC of the inferior parameters of the moderate-myopic group （0.864） was lower, ranked 15^th among all RNFL parameters. When the sensitivity was fixed at 85%, the specificity of the inferior, superior, inferior temporal, and superior temporal quadrants was higher （〉80%） in the control and low-myopic groups, while they were lower （20 60%） for the moderate- and high-myopia groups. The green color based on the OCT database was also less for the high-myopic group compared with that of other groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： Glaucoma diagnostic parameters from SD-OCT were not clinically effective for the moderate- and high-myopic groups. The specificities were low. The moderate- and high-myopic grou
